It was a nice room. Bath room was a bit questionable.

The hotel while a classic look and feel proved to be a mess... the room had a foul oder, and the bed was broken. The slats under the bed were broke. It was a cheap ikea bed and not meant to stand up to the rigors of hotel life. the joints had come apart and someone tried to smear glue on them to fix it, and then drive screws and brackets into it. the Air conditioning did not work. two towels were provided in the room. it was 97 degrees on the four days of our stay, and we found the only way to survive the heat was to buy a fan, and prop the window open. Of the three windows, we could only get one open the other two were stuck. There's some gross turd colored caulk in the bathroom on the shower tile. and a good one inch gap under the door. The restaurant was ok. oddly. but be careful, it's a bit pricey for what you get and check your bill. they charge a mandatory tip fee. Valet service... took a bit. about 30 minutes to get your car. could not find an ice machine, and all the vending machines were either pout of product, or broken. wasted a significant amount of money trying to get it to work. staff was not really much help. between the broken bed, and the foul oder, along with the AC not working, and staff not willing to help out in any way... I would look elsewhere.

The view is very amazing; however, the room requires significant maintenance. The water pressure is good, but the sink and toilet drain very slowly.

The worst stay I ever experienced ! The room was molded - bathroom door doesn’t close- vanity sink is clogged. To get into the room I had to wait for over 30 min for the guy to come … attempting to open the room .. changing codes and making calls … no paper towel on the kitchen - no tissues on the bathroom - the noise is just unbearable ! Couldn’t sleep at all not even for 30min straight… next units doors are slammed all night long and people screaming and talking out loud in the hallways .. elevator on the 7th floor was not working. Only one that was barely functioning after waiting for so long to get it stopped by the called floor. And last but not least this is not a hotel like hotels.com app is advertising !!! It is a weird Airbnb set up of using non conforming apartment units into a hotel system with one check in person at the front desk knowing nothing about the reservation neither the booked unit host and leave you with the unknown of what am I doing here ? It this a scam ? How does it work ? At which point should I know this is not a hotel ? How am I supposed to check in ? Who am I supposed to contact to get installed ? Who’s responsible for what and how ? …. The list of numerous nightmares thing in this stay is endless !! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !! KEEP YOUR SELF AND YOUR FAMILY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY !
