This was such a convenient place to stay for us. I like the fact it has indoor pool along with a small arcade for kids to enjoy. Shopping mall was just walking distance from us. I also like the fact it’s pet friendly which made it easier for us to bring our dog along. Free breakfast was a plus point. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We were very disappointed when a child puked in the pool and pool area. When we went to the front desk and asked if it was going to be cleaned; they simply said they gave the parents towels to clean it up. Absolutely disgusting to not clean it properly, or at least disinfect the floor with clean mop water. They let children continue to use the pool with vomit in it as well. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed here in the past and love the location. Rooms are large and comfortable. Still a nice property but the cleanliness has been better in the past. The pool is really great for the kids. Unfortunately it was a busy weekend and they had to up the chlorine levels and it affected our eyes, breathing and skin. Hope our next stay will be better.

People from the pool are constantly leaving water ine hallways and elevator lobby causing the floor to be slippery. This also mixes with the tracked in dirt making the floor a mess.

Great room cleaning service. Grandkids loved the pool slide! Nice location. Two suggested improvements: 1- improve ventilation in pool area. Chemical fumes are very strong. 2- but another waffle maker or two. Twenty minute wait each morning.

For the amount of money we paid for our room we were quite disappointed - hair on the bathroom floor and bugs in the kitchenette area. Pretty gross if you ask me!

Another really nice stay, Thank you ! Our room was clean, well maintained and a nice view on the 4th floor. The bed is VERY comfortable. Thank you for being so pet friendly. Lots of great areas to take the dog out for a walk. Some of the public areas could be a little cleaner, especially the elevators. Alll in all a great stay and see you next time !

Our stay was not as nice as we wished for, that's for sure. Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was not clean - there was garbage sitting on the table and the furniture looked like maybe it had been moved around and not put back. The floor definitely needed to be vacuumed. My daughter used the restroom near the pool area before we checked into our room and there was no toilet paper in the stall. Once we checked into our room, we found the toilet seat had a huge crack in it and the toilet was not clean. Pretty gross actually. The main excitement for our stay was for the kids to swim which typically they'll spend hours in the pool whenever we are at a hotel. Unfortunately the pool area extremely over chlorinated and not well ventilated so our eyes were burning within minutes of walking into the room. We noticed a few other guests' children coughing and thought perhaps they were sick but after being in the pool area for about 45 minutes, we all started coughing as well and the kids complained about their chests hurting. We cut the pool play short and stayed in our hotel room the rest of the time. I asked for extra towels and pillows and the front desk told me they were completely out of clean pillows. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel.

Sadly the rooms were not clean. And there was a bad smell. It was also pretty clear that this hotel was understaffed. The available staff was kind and nice though…I would prefer though a clean room over an average customer service.

Hotel is very clean. Pool area is fun if you have kids. There’s a slide. My room was clean, beds were comfy. Shower~I wasn’t a fan of, because the pressure stinks! Bring your own hairdryer as well, as they are small inexpensive ones, that don’t blow hot air!! Staff for my stay was all around great! Very nice! Even though, I had a knock at my door at 11:12am, telling me it was time for me to leave. A bit of a language barrier, but I got across to him I paid for 2 days.

The room was very clean...however, the fitted sheet on the king size bed did not fit. The corners at the head of the bed came off as soon as we got into it. Seems strange...but check in was very easy, nice gentleman at the desk, and we left happy with our coffee and tea. We will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The room was large and clean. Would’ve preferred drawers to store our clothes instead of open shelves. Water pressure in the shower was light and spotty. Long waits for the elevator. I’d say a little overpriced, but overall, a pleasant stay.

We had a very spacious king room with the stand alone spa bathtub. Room was clean and comfy, there was a couch and den area separate from the bed with its own TV and desk area for computer use. Felt like a nice little apartment. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but my wife loved it

Great hotel and room! We were there for a high school XC event so there were a lot of kids and families in the hotel. The only complaint I have is that the walls are thin and we could hear every time someone in our hallway opened or closed their doors, talking etc, but the problem was likely exacerbated by the number of kids in the hotel at the time.

The room was gigantic, which was awesome. Super clean four minute drive from town, one minute away from Starbucks and the rest of the shopping outlets. The front staff was very nice.

The hotel is clean , but do not be fooled by the “queen”beds . They are double beds on a very wobbly platform . There are no cabinets to put your clothes in . If you need to hang up more than 5 items of clothing you have to bring your own . Other than that it is a nice place . Staff are very friendly.

The service at the front desk was especially helpful, welcoming and very willing to make our stay comfortable. He went above and beyond. The staff very willing to help especially the person running the continental breakfast (very crowded and he was the only one working it)! The only small issue I need to report is there was a sticky substance on the rug and on one of the nightstands. I cleaned it but thought you should be aware. Also window was missing a screen in room 307. Thank you!

If I could rate this place higher it gets 20 stars from me.It started with Check in was great with Matthew at front desk needed extra blankets and pillows he took care of himself.great customer service Matthew.Next day was breakfast Angie was great the place was clean the food was cooked perfect and hot.She welcomed you and made you feel comfortable.She had sparkles for my wife’s waffle cause my mother in law told her that’s why we were there.great job Angie when we left she said goodbye and said hope to see you again.This place is great from hello too goodbye.Close too shopping and lots of food choice close bye.If you want a great place too stay La Quinta inn is it.

We stayed 5 days family trip . Everything was awesome. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed in a 3 queen bed room. Beds were comfy, room was clean, no issues. They have washer/ dryer that uses quarters that you can purchase from receptionist which came in really handy. The indoor pool is a plus. We had a rainy day and the children were still entertained. The breakfast was very good. The first day was very packed but still enough food for all just a bit of a wait for the waffle maker. Location is great less than 10 minute drive to everything. Lots to do in the area. My family had a wonderful time.

Looks great on the internet but because of the location; they are understaffed. Had numerous problems that were not addressed and the underlying cause was the lack of staff. They only have 1 person to manage the property after 3 pm.

Hotel was in good condition and staff was always available and friendly. Outside areas such as multiple picnic tables and a screened gazebo were a pleasant surprise. The location is great with the outlet mall right down the street and Lake George village center a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in was a bit rough - room wasn't ready and the man doing check-in was in training and didn't speak English very well. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The property was well kept, very clean and I felt safe in the parking lot. (Traveling alone). The continental breakfast was mid. Juices, coffee, bagels, yogurt and cereal. No fresh fruit other than oranges. Eggs were hideous frozen things that were re-heated. On the plus size, you could make yourself fresh pancakes and waffles. The breakfast attendant did a great job with what was provided.

I liked the people at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful. The cleaning and kitchen staff members were nice as well. They let us shut off the TV in the breakfast room (no one else was in there) which we appreciated early in the morning. The room was clean and comfy and large. The breakfast consisted of hot eggs, sausages, waffles and many other cold items like yogurt, bagels, and fruit - which was all really appreciated. Coffee or tea available all the time. Very reasonably priced.

The property is generally clean but for the price I would have expected something a little more updated. However the waterslide and arcade are a huge bonus for kids as is the playground out back. Just note that the pool is really loaded with chlorine so bring goggles.

Very convenient location in Lake George area. Although many businesses including dining places are open seasonally only. If you came for hiking, it may not affect you. Otherwise you should be very creative to entertain yourself. Walking distance outlets are open year around. The hotel itself was very noisy during Veterans weekend, pool and hot tub was too crowded. Complementary breakfast was generously served.

Great room cleaning service. Grandkids loved the pool slide! Nice location. Two suggested improvements: 1- improve ventilation in pool area. Chemical fumes are very strong. 2- but another waffle maker or two. Twenty minute wait each morning.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay. We specifically chose this hotel, and paid more to stay here, because the advertised jacuzzi and kiddie pool were important amenities for our family. We traveled with our toddler, who was very excited about using the kiddie pool, and my 75-year-old mother, who was especially looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that BOTH were out of order. What makes this especially frustrating is that we called the hotel a couple of days before our trip and were NOT informed that these amenities were unavailable. If we had been told, we could have reconsidered our reservation or chosen another hotel. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but guests should be notified when major advertised amenities are unavailable, especially when those amenities are a significant reason for booking and paying a higher rate. Our entire family was disappointed. My toddler didn't get the experience she had been looking forward to, and my mother missed the opportunity to enjoy the jacuzzi she was so excited about. We feel that we did not receive what we paid for. This was more than simply an inconvenience. These amenities were specifically part of the reason we selected your hotel, and we were given no warning despite contacting you before our stay. I am requesting an appropriate partial refund or compensation for the unavailable amenities. I hope you will take this seriously and make this situation right today
