Hotel is fantastic and brilliant that there are plenty of free water fillers in the hotel but was surprised to be charged €3 for a water at the pool bar, despite also that sometimes free drinks are handed out. So seemed inconsistent. Free yoga classes and aqua aerobics great. Gymn is adequate although a little small and could get busy at peak times.

This is the third time we have stayed in the Anthelia. The hotel is really lovely in a great position in Costa Adeje. The facilities are superb the food is excellent and all the staff are friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the walkway which can take you on a scenic route to La Caleta, a lovely fishing village. This is a wonderful hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel which is very well maintained, with a fabulous seafront location. What really stands out though is the staff. They are all really friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the housekeeping staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff, everyone was so welcoming. They all appeared happy in their work! The rooms were spacious, we had an interconnecting room which was ideal for travel with 2 teenagers. Evening entertainment was excellent. There were always pool beds available, even on busy days. The main pool is seawater so it is cold but we managed to use it . We were all inclusive. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and varied. If I had one ‘complaint’ about this hotel, it would be that it is absolutely huge and very spread out, with long walking to get anywhere within the hotel. The elderly or infirm may therefore struggle

This is a lovely hotel which is set in large grounds in a very nice area. Our room was spacious and had a lovely sea view. The pools are excellent as is the quality of the food. The things which let the hotel down for us were the lack of air conditioning in the gym and the ambiance of the buffet restaurant, which really could do with improved lighting and redecorating.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, modern rooms, powerful showers. No rush to claim sun loungers. Plenty of room by the pools and strict policy on reserving beds. The loungers are also very comfortable. Couldn’t fault the place. A large impressive hotel that never felt busy.

This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained.

We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks. Sunbed reserving (have to have the towels placed by 8am!) a little annoying but that really was the only minor thing.

I can not recommend this hotel highly enough, this Halliday was fantastic, staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms, restaurants, bars, pools and communal areas are being cleaned constantly. The organisation and attention to detail of all areas including bars, food and activities was faultless

Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Anlage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat einen direkten Zugang zur Promenade am Strand. Die Poolanlage ist fantastisch. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantasktist Hotel och alla som jobbar på/runt all service var toppen! Det som skulle kunna fixas är städningen, då menar jag att man kan meddela på bättre sätt ner på dagen dom kan/man vill att dom städar.

While the rooms were remodeled, the hotel needs an overhaul. Still feels very dated. Not old world or antique, just old. The food was poor, the room never cooled, there was a roach in the room and smashed bugs on the walls. The staff in the gift shop was excellent and Housekeeping very kind, check in was great. Yet this hotel outside of being close to the beach wasnt worth the cost. Better options in the area. I will never ever return.

Really lovely hotel in great location. Well spread out meaning it always felt quiet even although it was full. Very comfortable although rooms were probably not 5 star. Grounds and pools made up.for this though. Staff were great although some of the reception staff could have been a bit warmer. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely go back.

We always enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The shower is the best hotel shower we have ever been in! A large, powerful, rain shower head. Pure luxury! The food at the hotel is amazing and varied. The waiters and waitresses are always available and willing to serve you drinks and snacks and always with a smile.

Beautiful property, very nice garden and pool area, comfy sun benches, friendly personnel. What I did not like is that the room was not really soundproof, we could really hear the tv from the room next door and the people upstairs walking around and pulling chairs, etc.. The bathroom door is just a thin glass door with a min. 1 cm gap from the doorframe and there is no way to close it properly, in our case was not an issue but maybe fresh couples would find it uncomfortable. When making a reservation, I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor if possible and have 2 separate duvets instead of 1 big duvet as we tend to pull it from the other in our sleep, but we still got 1 big duvet (we thought we give it a try but did not work out), room was on the ground floor. There were 3 sets of curtains on the window but still not enough to block the light, the thickest one was definitely not a blackout curtain, luckily I had my sleeping mask with me. The tv had a very poor selection of channels, hardly anything, could not log in to Netflix, no possibility for other streaming like Amazon, etc.., luckily ITV2 had Family Guy on. Overall a nice stay but the mentioned things would need improvement to meet the indicated stars of this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend it more. Our room was incredible, ocean front view, multiple levels with three outdoor areas and a jacuzzi. It was phenomenal. Breakfast is ok, with made to order omelets and host of sweet carbs to choose from. I liked that they had multiple types of milk to choose from for those with different preferences. The location is sublime. Walking distance from everything you’d ever want to do, beautiful views, close to all the bars and restaurants. Lots of shops around. Was really fantastic. Great staff, super nice, helpful, engaging, multi-lingual, oh and as a bonus this place has an awesome gym. As a frequent traveler, I never know what I’ll find. Didn’t miss a day here. Lots of hills around for running and the gym itself has free weights and I’m talking, a squat rack In addition to dumbbells. Can’t beat it.

Breakfast is ok, with made to order omelets and host of sweet carbs to choose from. I liked that they had multiple types of milk to choose from for those with different preferences. The location is sublime. Walking distance from everything you’d ever want to do, beautiful views, close to all the bars and restaurants. Lots of shops around. Was really fantastic. Great staff, super nice, helpful, engaging, multi-lingual, oh and as a bonus this place has an awesome gym. As a frequent traveler, I never know what I’ll find. Didn’t miss a day here. Lots of hills around for running and the gym itself has free weights and I’m talking, a squat rack In addition to dumbbells. Can’t beat it.

The food was poor, the room never cooled, there was a roach in the room and smashed bugs on the walls. The staff in the gift shop was excellent and Housekeeping very kind, check in was great. Yet this hotel outside of being close to the beach wasnt worth the cost. Better options in the area. I will never ever return.

Beautiful hotel with every thing that we needed to enjoy our holiday. Lovely pools, one heated, comfortable deck beds and towels provided. Our room a duplex was large with sunny balconies, very comfortable seating areas. bed was a little too firm for me so a topper was provided, slept very well, quiet rooms. All staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed half board, break fast had a great choice and evening meal the same,so many delicious options to choose from. We would definitely stay again at an Iberostar hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

The hotel has an incredible location directly on the beach of Fanabe. Food is amazing with top chefs. However the heated pools are frozen with water at 18 degrees and unusable. The rooms are being renovated but with criteria of absolute poverty. The management of the hotel needs to be completely reviewed. We were stuck in the room because the door handle came off. It took them 20 minutes to "free us". No one who is there apologized for such a deplorable fact. The check in takes very long, more or less like at the post office... Very unpleasant because the hotel is potentially formidable. Iberostar in this case has really fallen to an unacceptable level: price-quality not convenient at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The location is central to a host of dining and shopping options all within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. Upon checking in, my husband mentioned it was his birthday. An hour later, room service delivered a chocolate birthday cake to our room! A great kickoff to a memorable vacation.

This is a gorgeous hotel which is very well maintained, with a fabulous seafront location. What really stands out though is the staff. They are all really friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the housekeeping staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff, everyone was so welcoming. They all appeared happy in their work! The rooms were spacious, we had an interconnecting room which was ideal for travel with 2 teenagers. Evening entertainment was excellent. There were always pool beds available, even on busy days. The main pool is seawater so it is cold but we managed to use it . We were all inclusive. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and varied. If I had one ‘complaint’ about this hotel, it would be that it is absolutely huge and very spread out, with long walking to get anywhere within the hotel. The elderly or infirm may therefore struggle

This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained.

This is the third time we have stayed in the Anthelia. The hotel is really lovely in a great position in Costa Adeje. The facilities are superb the food is excellent and all the staff are friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the walkway which can take you on a scenic route to La Caleta, a lovely fishing village. This is a wonderful hotel.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend it more. Our room was incredible, ocean front view, multiple levels with three outdoor areas and a jacuzzi. It was phenomenal. This was our fifth time at Anthelia, excellent stay as always with very good selection of food both at breakfast and dinner. Large and comfortable rooms, good space and service at the sun and pool area. Two issues we noticed that was not as good as before, the coffee at breakfast. The second one was a surprise, using the WiFi for chat and emails and to receive a notice from the hotel that "in case you need better WiFi connection, you can pay extra". A five star hotel asking for extra cost for faster WiFi connection is an insult. What is the cost for the hotel to provide the guests with high stream WiFi?

Pool area was super and pool bar staff, particularly Miriam, were excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to other 5 star hotels, but sufficient and clean. Large choice at breakfast although always very busy and hard to get a table. Main disapppintment were the drinks. At breakfast the fresh orange squash was very diluted with water and tasted like squash. At the pool, the beer and the soft drinks were also extremely watered down, which was annoying as we weren’t all inclusive so we were paying full price for terrible tasting drinks. This needs to be improved. Snacks at pool bar are basic but tasty and not too expensive. We did not eat in hotel in the evenings so cannot comment on restaurant food. Lovely hotel and super holiday but could easily be even better.

I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment is geared towards everyone :) I’m not exactly a ‘family hotel’ kind of girl, but honestly, this experience did the trick and I’m already looking at booking again!
