Rommet var rent og pent. Praktisk tilgang med egen kode som fungerer hele døgnet. Frokosten var enkel men smakfull, og de ansatte var veldig hjelpsomme. Det som trekker ned er: * manglende air-condition i en så varm by som Zürich * manglende gardin/forheng på toalettet (se bilde) * manglende luftavtrekk i dusjen.

The unit is undoubtedly in a great location. However, I stayed during Zurich's hot summer, and the lack of a working fan made me seriously rethink my choice of accommodation. To be fair, I did not ask for a replacement fan, partly because of the language barrier and partly because I was only staying for four nights. On my first night, I had to sleep without a fan. At around 2:00 a.m., I called the front desk to ask for one, but I was told none were available. The following day, however, another staff member informed me that there was a fan stored in one of the cupboards. Unfortunately, it was not very effective, and by then I decided not to pursue the matter further. Perhaps I should have, but the experience had already affected my stay. For me, this significantly diminished what was otherwise an enjoyable visit to Zurich. I would not stay here again unless I was assured that the room had either air conditioning or a properly functioning fan. There were also some cleanliness issues. It appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly, as the faucet still had dried toothpaste residue on it. I ended up cleaning it myself. While it was a minor issue, it gave the bathroom an unhygienic feel and detracted from the overall experience.

I would say that I'm quite disappointed with my stay at Vision apartments, it was incredibly expensive for a stinky hotel room, where the air conditioning did not work and every time I wanted to air out the room during this heat wave, it smelled of dumpsters as the room was located just right above the trash area. Will not stay here again.

Good location within a short walk to the lake or to the bus station. We were on the 5th of 6 floors and the elevator only fits one person and a suitcase, that’s it. If the elevator breaks down the 5 flights of circular staircase would be brutal. Some wear and tear issues in the apartment but overall a good fit for our 4 person stay.

Do not rent this hotel. The communication is horrible. I had to follow up with them the day of our check in as they still didn’t send me a check in code. There is nobody to talk to at the hotel itself. The room was not as it was advertised. There was no separate living space, you only get one terrible pillow each, one towel each and no soaps! No hand soap, dishwasher or dish soap. There is no air conditioning and we were on the top floor. Our room was right above the street car tracks and there is a bar right across the road so the noise even when the windows were closed is very loud. The hotel itself is run down old carpets in the hallways. The room itself was clean and had no carpet but the bed is very dated. The location is convenient and easy walking and the free laundry facility was nice. The restaurant was closed the entire time so don’t expect to get breakfast as advertised if there was ever an emergency (example fire) there would be no warning as there is nobody around The frustration of trying to communicate with them is not worth renting here. There are lots of other hotels near here at the same price points that would be better
