All the employees and owners are rude, rooms either have a microwave or mini fridge NOT both! The entire bottom floor was infested with roaches I mean they gave me 3 or 4 different rooms and all had roaches except for the one I got on the top floor

Black mold where baseboard otherwise would be. Hazards from construction and junk. DO NOT BOOK ANOTHER CLIENT until it has been somehow inspected.

Our heat did not work in the room, nor did the hot water. The room was dirty with food wrappers under the tv stand. Refrigerator didnt work & smelled bad. We werent able to stay in the room, so we left. I want to be refunded.

Stay away from this place! The guy at the front desk was rude. The room had broken, outdated furniture. The tub was dirty. The carpet was disgusting. Mold was in the room and on furniture. Linen was dirty and stained. I had to put a chair up against the door at night due to the cheap, loose-fitting door and unsecure door latch. The grounds were covered with trash, and broken furniture littered the property. You definitely get much less than you pay for!!

Was quiet had no problems at all but the laundry room if you don’t want any one to use it needs to have a sign or a door that locked other than that it would be opened to the public

I have traveled all over the world and this had to be the dirtiest room ever have ever stayed in. The bed had cigarette burns in the comforter and mold on the box springs. The microwave was disguising. Won’t be staying there again.

Sheets and towels were worn and stained. Finish was worn off bathtub and surface was extremely slick. Some of the light switches didn’t work and you need a degree from MIT to get the tv on. How about some instructions for the tv system?

It was a Valentine’s Day stay we had 2beds but it has great because it made the decoration look even more beautiful and it was spacious I wish I could show pictures I loved it The room was spotless the staff was very helpful and friendly and they they went above and beyond I enjoyed my stay and yes I will be going back and I tell everyone I know about my stay.and I love that there was no carpet on my room floor a table for two to dine a regular size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker a sink for kitchen I was able to was the dishes out and a sink outside the bathroom I sat my body soap and lotion and bath bombs up there was a spot to put my clothes other than in the drawers it was so clean I didn’t mind soaking in the tub of course after washing it out myself as I do at home before taking a bath the bed was soooo soft and comfortable we slept through the rain.i came back because I enjoyed my stay as well during the hurricane last year I had two rooms 1 king and 1 double with my dogs(inside pets with there kennels )and my kids I remembered it was nice and clean and had friendly staff and it’s very affordable with tv and WiFi nice size rooms it was very spacious

It was a Valentine’s Day stay we had 2beds but it has great because it made the decoration look even more beautiful and it was spacious I wish I could show pictures I loved it The room was spotless the staff was very helpful and friendly and they they went above and beyond I enjoyed my stay and yes I will be going back and I tell everyone I know about my stay.and I love that there was no carpet on my room floor a table for two to dine a regular size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker a sink for kitchen I was able to was the dishes out and a sink outside the bathroom I sat my body soap and lotion and bath bombs up there was a spot to put my clothes other than in the drawers it was so clean I didn’t mind soaking in the tub of course after washing it out myself as I do at home before taking a bath the bed was soooo soft and comfortable we slept through the rain.i came back because I enjoyed my stay as well during the hurricane last year I had two rooms 1 king and 1 double with my dogs(inside pets with there kennels )and my kids I remembered it was nice and clean and had friendly staff and it’s very affordable with tv and WiFi nice size rooms it was very spacious
