Super 8 by Wyndham Mobile I-65

I'm not trying to bash the property. I believe people are living there full time. The outside appearance is awful. Paint is peeling on all the doors and sidewalks. People stacked trash around the garbage cans and cigarette butts in the courtyard everywhere. The breakfast area was terrible. Very little food and they couldn't keep up with coffee. The (1) person at the front desk was also handling the breakfast area. Terrible idea. Had my family and I seen actual pictures of the property, we never would have stayed there. This was the 4th Super 8 that we stayed at in our 2 week vacation and ALL the other properties looked like palaces compared to this one. The one positive was the staff was fantastic.

It was convenient but very unkept and no elevators. Older hotel.

Bedding had stains on it so it wasn’t the cleanest, staff was helpful with changing them out. They had security on site. Overall it was a one night stay wasn’t good was horrible.

Was quiet with fast check in. Property was clean. No one hanging outside. I couldn't get remote to work they quickly came and helped out.

The property is located centrally, but it requires armed security in the lobby AND patrolling the parking lot, with frequent police presence. My room is missing the smoke detector, there was pee on the bathroom floor, the sink is leaking onto the shelf below it, and the non-smoking room has cigarette burns in the comforter. The first stay here was nothing like this, but this 2nd stay here will be my last. I wish I could leave earlier!

Clean, nice interior very affordable price with nice breakfast and swimming pool. Front desk Simran is awesome, professional, friendly and helping. Keep up the good work. We’d definitely visit again

This was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed in. The parking lot was rutted, the exterior landscaping and facade were bleak and uninviting. A dour looking young woman sits behind a desk on a dirty carpet. She appeared to be the only person working at the hotel. Lack of personality seemed to fit right into the post-apocalyptic surroundings. My initial room sat at the back of the property. I had a good view of my truck. I was hesitant to close the curtain because what would happen when no one was watching? If that’s running through your mind, it’s probably not the best area. The bedroom itself was fine. It appeared to have been updated at some point. The bathroom, however, was an entirely different story. The sink and pedestal were half turned away from the wall and the back of it where the pipes were was covered in slime and dirt. The stopper levy was missing entirely. There was some sort of hardened goo on the floor. There was hair in the tub. The metal shelf on the wall was covered in rust spots. There was no toilet paper. Then, the smoke detector started chirping. That was the final straw. I packed all of my things and went right back to the lobby. I showed the girl the photos and demanded a manager contact me immediately. No one ever contacted me. They say you get what you pay for, and in this case, the low rate is literally telling you that there, you really will get what you pay for: absolute garbage.

Dirty and bed bugs

People were loud, obnoxious and we can smell cigarettes through the vents from outside. The room wasn’t swept and there was hair everywhere

Sheet’s were moldy and damp, rooms were unclean, noisy workers felt unsafe. Staff was nice but not helpful I told the desk staff that the sheets were moldy and damp she tried to hand me sheets I told her I was not on payroll. We rented 3 rooms and none of them were clean.

Was given a room that had 3 roaches. Then was given room next door. Founds insects in this as well. Was there 3 days. Room was never cleaned on any of the 3 nights. Only left towels in room. Would not ever stay there again. Would sleep in my vehicle. Coffee was not good and watery. Just nothing good.

The floor was dirty, it was sandy and damp even I wiped it down with towel. The vicinity doesn’t look safe either. I won’t recommend this place.

My first room was disgusting. Dirty floors, dirty sink and toilet, dead bugs and cigarette butts under microwave/fridldge cabinet. Went to desk and requested a new room, which the nice lady at the front desk gave me, but thev2nd room was almost as bad. The rooms are pretty run down. I would never have my family stay here.

Many things were brocken in the room and in the bathroom. Air cond. very very very noisy. The room was wet. The bed was good and clean. The breakfast too succinct.

Was promised twice to have someone to fix the door and no one showed up. Striker plate on the door was missing so the door would close but was very loose and easy to break into.

The bathroom had no plugs….The lamps was rusty. Quick Question: How you going to have a hair dryer without a plug in the bathroom

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Very cold that night and the heater didn't work. Plumbing in the shower was terrible and no television

The room doors didn't close properly

The door went closed securely there was rust all around the bed on the light post and there was black mold on the side of the wall now granted I did get four nights for $293 so I took the good with the bad and they charged me $25 for cleaning the floor with some towels but overall I would stay there again only cuz I'm grimy like that LOL

Absolutely terrible, the door was broken. We had to put a table in front of it to keep it closed. They said they were out of towels. It looked like rent by the hour or month going on there. The floors were sticky amd dirty. People were doing drugs. It was awful!

The room was fine except bathroom door wouldn’t close and toilet paper holder was broken. Lobby section great, outside areas dirty.

The woman who checked me in was really nice. It isn't bad but the shower curtain rod is about to fall out of the wall and we had the slam the door for it to actually shut. The GPS directions did not take us to our hotel either.

Hair dryer unit came off of the wall, nailed me in the head and despite being plugged in would not turn on. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement and was told I could get one at 8:30 the following morning. I advised I was leaving for the airport between 3-4 and begged to please pull one from a vacant room. After an hour I finally got one. This was following a tub that would not drain and I stood in standing water water as I showered. I have photos of the hair unit, the tiny screw holding it and the multiple holes in the wall where this had been replaced multiple times. I would like a refund or a credit at the very least. The front desk was very nice, however the manager was very unpleasant.

The cashier offered me a smoking room didnt ask for it but the accidental fee was 50 less non smoking 100 so I said ok im only here til the morning as soon as I swiped my card for a price she couldnt tell me what it was ,She said "oops I dont have any smoking rooms" Im like ok just put me in one she said I had to pay another 100 dollars and called security refunded my money so now I dont have a room or money cause the funds return in 7 days she said 3 day and I dont have no receipt asked for one ,to be my first stop they definitely needs training here people skills are gone and ability to handle situations under mess up caused by her for her turn me away like she owned the place and didn't try to fix her mess up was really incompetent

Bad English speaking in the evening And no phone in the room. I left my phone some where else. And the night person, with terrible English refusing to use a house phone to call my phone and have it returned.

My Stay was Very Rejuvenating. I can honestly say that I was more comfortable during My stay at Super8 than My very Own Home. Maids were very attentive. They made sure as to not disturb my room whatsoever whilst cleaning it n changing Linen. The Jewel of This Treasure and The Very Cherry On Top of It All was Night Manager Shae. She knew what I needed begore I even Asked. I would make Stuff up just to yalk with Her. Thank You Shae.

It was great, comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly.

The gentleman who checked me in was very very professional knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was very unhelpful, sleeping while on duty, never answered the phone at the front desk, very poorly stocked rooms and disgusting bedding.

I greatly appreciated how accommodating respectful and caring the staff was with my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked the convenience of location for food and traveling the city sections: Not good: Quality of bedding; door to room-safety questionable; overall ambience for morning breakfast (4 different staff persons could not get dining room tv working-); questionable room assignments- appeared very racial with certain group asdivned in back section).

There was a hole in the wall and the door lock didn't properly function. Plus the area just did not feel safe.

Rooms were old door wouldn't shut correctly roaches crawling on counter ceiling was old no breakfast like it says check out guy was wacked look like he was on crack didn't know what he was doing when we asked for reciept super 8 needs to look at what they are hiring this place needs to be shut down

Staff didn’t want to be bothered with a customer at check in…. Room was very nasty and flooded, there was a lot of mold. We were changed a room not much better, but there didn’t seem to be any mold. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was not at all impressive. For a hotel with such amazing potential, the owner / manager doesn’t seem to want to reach for the top of the stairs, much less reach for the stars.
