Will be 5 starts if they won’t charge you for towels or add maybe one room service at least, after 7 nights of stay. Good and comfortable rooms, maybe rooms needed more storage for clothing. But overall very satisfied. Great apt since is more like an VRBO Style then an Hotel. Took Uber to Center or Red light District is 10 min $10-$15 euro charge, not bad at all. Cheaper in bus or train, but you got to walk around 8-10 blocks, which in rain and cold weather can be challenging more if you have kids like us. Overall will recommend this hotel for couples or families. Great parking under the building. Will be back there for sure! 👍

Wonderful hotel - large 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed. Washer /dryer present as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher. Paid parking on site with in/out privileges. Easy communication to get into unit which is nice and soundproof. Only negative is location which doesn’t have much that is close by. You have to drive to restaurants and to the tourist areas.

Rigtigt fin ophold. Perfekt til en familie med 2-3børn. Gode parkerings muligheder i kælderen. 10min. I bil til centrum. Nemt med Über. Numa Docklands er stilet og pænt indrettet. Området omkring er helt sikkert optimal om sommeren grundet havne lokationen.

I love this place. Easy to drive to or travel by foot. Just outside the centre so not busy. Apartment has all the essentials needed. Albert heijn a 5 minute walk and friendly staff. Stayed once before but came by foot. This time i drove. Carpark safe clean and under the building which is great. A++

Los apartamentos Numa en Ámsterdam están prácticamente nuevos, bien equipados y cómodos. Quizás un poco alejados del centro, pero bien comunicados. Lo peor de la experiencia fue el aparcamiento: cada día, para poder salir, había que enviar una foto del ticket por WhatsApp al equipo de Numa para validarlo. En dos ocasiones tardaron más de una hora y nos quedamos bloqueados. El último día teníamos un vuelo y casi lo perdemos por el retraso. Presenté una reclamación y me han confirmado que me devolverán el importe de ese día, pero este sistema de validación debería solucionarse urgentemente porque empaña una estancia que, por lo demás, sería excelente.

Fantastic stay would stay again. The only improvement would be cleanliness as the microwave was dirty and no sheets were provided for the sofa bed. However they do have an essential cupboard which you can help yourself to stuff that is needed.

The reception/front office is exceptional. Mohammed/Claire are caring, helpful and friendly. Room is clean,spacious and in good condition. Would definitely recommend this place. It takes around 5-10 mins walk from public transport to the hotel

엄청 깨끗하고 넓고 관리도 잘 된 곳이예요~ 세탁기 건조기도 있고 식기세척기도 크고 잘 작동되요 침실도 2개 욕실도 2개여서 가족이 머물기 너무 좋았어요' 암스테르담오면 다시 오고 싶어요~

Stayed with my family. Hassle free check-in, and top notch on cleanliness. Will book again anyday, for stay in Amsterdam!✨ One key thing to note though is that it takes ~10min to walk to the bus stop and ~20minutes from there to the Central Station. The area was super safe and pleasant to walk around, during the stay in any case.

This property exceeded our expectations. Although it is far from the city proper, this added a plus point in the score given. There was a good neighborhood vibe away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The property, from the hallway up to the apartment smells very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and equipped woth everything we need. Airconditioning was good as well as all the amenities. So far, I can say this is the best accomodation we ever stayed in. We also stayed in Numa Rome which was very good as well but this I can say is better x Definitely coming back.

Enjoyed the communication with friendly staff. Everything was easy and convenient. Location a bit far from everything but rather good access to downtown with public transportation. Cleanliness could have been better. Overall: We felt that our money was well spent on this accommodation.

Apart son derece konforlu ve temizdi. Özellikle mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan tüm ekipmanı bulduk. Numa Dockland sakin bir lokasyonda olup, şehir merkezine otobüsle 15 dakika mesafede ve ulaşım çok kolay. Numa çalısanları iletişim konusunda da çok başarılı idi. İlk check in yaptığımız apart 1.katta ve duvara bakıyordu. Burada kalmak istemediğimizi mümkünse başka bir apartta kalmayı tercih ettiğimizi söylediğimizde hemen yardımcı oldular ve bizi güzel kanal manzaralı bir aparta aldılar. Özellikle Numa Dockland ekibinden Smaranda'ya yaptığı güzel jest için cok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir sonraki Amsterdam seyahatimizde de yeniden burada kalmayı dört gözle bekliyoruz.

Location was good and away from touristy buzz which was good was the family trip. Comfortable stay and helpful reception staff(Rishab) Wifi was a big let down as it was not working during one of the days of our stay. Kitchdn puld ve equipped with more utensils and crockery.

Pros: nice location. good scenery. staff was very plesent and willing to help where they could. Cons: not much comfort in the living room space. was interrupted by engineers who didnt check to see if we were present in the room. internet was not working on our last day.

Residence perfetto, pulito, stanza panoramica, letti confortevoli, cucina funzionale, suddivisione bagni intelligente (uno con wc, l’altro con lavabo e doccia), receptionist sempre presenti e veloci non solo in presenza ma anche nelle domande via whatsapp (ci hanno dato preziose info sui trasporti, prenotato un taxi e tenuto bagagli fino all’ora del check in e del check out). La struttura dista dai 10 ai 15 minuti a piedi dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici ma la passeggiata è piacevole e consente di immergersi in Amsterdam Oost. Da segnalare Javaplein e Javastraat per caffè, ristoranti, locali vari, negozi. Una vacanza in famiglia piacevolissima anche grazie a Yays e al suo staff.

The 2 bdrm apt we rented was spacious and clean. Not being European we had some fun figuring out appliances, but we did it! Grocery store was 10 minutes walk. Bus stop was 5 to 7 minutes away. Tram station was about 10 minutes as well.

Everything was perfect! Staff at reception was great! The nearest bus/tram station is around 400m far. You need around 20mins to the city center, of 15mins to the National Maritime Museum, or Nemo Museum. The only thing that I would like to mention is dailylight in the apartment. The light was not so strong, in living room and kitchen lamps/bulbs are weak even after we turn them all on. Beside that, top !

Amazing hotel! Trip to Amsterdam for valentine's, stayed four nights here. The apartments are so nice and come fully equipped! The beds are comfy and can easily access apps on the TV. They allowed me to have flowers delivered as well and put fake petals on our bed for valentine's! Amazing! Front of house staff really friendly as well, also loved that we could borrow games. Really recommend here if you're staying in Amsterdam, easy to get into center as well. Loved my stay here!

I needed an early checkin and they held our luggage so we could explore the area. It was a bit far from the centre, but we didn’t mind the train ride.

Pros: nice location. good scenery. staff was very plesent and willing to help where they could. Cons: not much comfort in the living room space. was interrupted by engineers who didnt check to see if we were present in the room. internet was not working on our last day.

Residence perfetto, pulito, stanza panoramica, letti confortevoli, cucina funzionale, suddivisione bagni intelligente (uno con wc, l’altro con lavabo e doccia), receptionist sempre presenti e veloci non solo in presenza ma anche nelle domande via whatsapp (ci hanno dato preziose info sui trasporti, prenotato un taxi e tenuto bagagli fino all’ora del check in e del check out). La struttura dista dai 10 ai 15 minuti a piedi dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici ma la passeggiata è piacevole e consente di immergersi in Amsterdam Oost. Da segnalare Javaplein e Javastraat per caffè, ristoranti, locali vari, negozi. Una vacanza in famiglia piacevolissima anche grazie a Yays e al suo staff.

Los apartamentos Numa en Ámsterdam están prácticamente nuevos, bien equipados y cómodos. Quizás un poco alejados del centro, pero bien comunicados. Lo peor de la experiencia fue el aparcamiento: cada día, para poder salir, había que enviar una foto del ticket por WhatsApp al equipo de Numa para validarlo. En dos ocasiones tardaron más de una hora y nos quedamos bloqueados. El último día teníamos un vuelo y casi lo perdemos por el retraso. Presenté una reclamación y me han confirmado que me devolverán el importe de ese día, pero este sistema de validación debería solucionarse urgentemente porque empaña una estancia que, por lo demás, sería excelente.

Loved having a kitchen even just for a short stay. The area is clean, quiet, fun to walk around in and close to the water which was nice. Short drive (15-20) to the center of the city.

Wonderful hotel - large 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed. Washer /dryer present as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher. Paid parking on site with in/out privileges. Easy communication to get into unit which is nice and soundproof. Only negative is location which doesn’t have much that is close by. You have to drive to restaurants and to the tourist areas.

Rigtigt fin ophold. Perfekt til en familie med 2-3børn. Gode parkerings muligheder i kælderen. 10min. I bil til centrum. Nemt med Über. Numa Docklands er stilet og pænt indrettet. Området omkring er helt sikkert optimal om sommeren grundet havne lokationen.

Très bien, l'immeuble est très récent, tout le personnel parle très bien anglais (comme partout à Amsterdam d'ailleurs), très aimable et serviable. C'est un peu loin de transport (5 à 10 minutes pour le bus vers la gare ou le tram vers le centre) et il y a très peu de commodités à proximité, mais en conséquence le quartier est très calme. L'appartement est très grand (celui de taille supérieure), bien équipé, wifi et tv ok. Vraiment une bonne adresse. Attention au paiement de la taxe qui a lieu au moment du check-in, comme précisé lors de la réservation.

This property exceeded our expectations. Although it is far from the city proper, this added a plus point in the score given. There was a good neighborhood vibe away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The property, from the hallway up to the apartment smells very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and equipped woth everything we need. Airconditioning was good as well as all the amenities. So far, I can say this is the best accomodation we ever stayed in. We also stayed in Numa Rome which was very good as well but this I can say is better x Definitely coming back.

The property is located in the outskirts of downtown on the east side. The rooms and suites are very spacious but you have to walk about 8 minutes to get to the bus to downtown which takes about 30 minutes. We also used Uber and Bolt.

It’s a bit out of the way from the centre of Amsterdam and poor transport links into the centre, just one bus from outside and a tram service that was a 20 minute walk away that stopped after midnight. The apartment itself was pricey for where it was, it was clean & spacious. The other issue was the app going off line and my partner not being able to enter the building after a night out. Didn’t really see any staff but check-in was straightforward and checking out also. Will we stay there again? I don’t think so.. for the simple reason the cost and the location.

The apartment was an ideal place to stay with two kids. Place to be, cook, and eat. The separate bedroom and a baby bed made a week long stay comfortable for everyone, as others could spend time together in the evening after the little one went to bed.

The apartments were about 20 min bus ride from Centraal with a bus stop only 100m away. Great location on the water with new construction and a great little supermarket very close. Rooms and facilities were fantastic and the area lovely and quiet. it was a great sanctuary to return home to after a day of sightseeing. The app was also great with buttons to unlock the doors. The essential locker was also a great tool where you could go and get additional dishwasher tablets, tea bags, coffee pods, etc.
