This new motel was very clean and cozy, for a good price. It is near lots of shopping and dining, and not a very long drive to the beach. It was great that parking is next to the room and it has a fun game room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We noticed the toilet seat was loose and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t seem to work, but these were renovation issues, I’m sure, and didn’t affect our enjoyment. Would definitely stay there again. A great price for the area!

You can tell the room has been totally redone and it was cute and modern. We loved the bonus room with games and extra room to relax or grab extra items! Not far from the beach! Good stay!

Room was small and did not have any place to sit but the bed. Water faucet was difficult to operate occasionally. There was noise and smoking outside close to our room. We had a coffee pot issue and it was resolved quickly. Shower was really nice and room had been remodeled. No microwave available in the room. Game room was really nice. Keyless entry and electronic access worked well. Sent wrong room number via text. Had to call to find room number. A little noisy next to a busy road.

The motel is spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable & I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay. My only slight gripe is the lack of an ice machine on the property, I’ve never stayed at hotel/motel in the US without one.

Neither of 2 TV’s worked. No ice maker to be found. No front desk for help. 3 times via an email someone said they send a maintenance person, no one ever showed up. I have any email saying they refund my money as we left after 2nd day of a 6 day vacation. Never got an miney back.

Nice place power went out because a duck tripped a transformer, but power was back on quickly, washer was broke down all week waiting on a part but offered to reimburse me if i went and did simewhere else, tv is Roku and streaming apps, we had a car hit the building and scared the life out of me driver had a seizure. Everyone was ok except buildingtook avhit. Would stsy again been exciting to say the least. Im Disabled and had to order out fir food and such bus stop on the other side of a busy 6 lane road. So that was an frightening experience.

Located on a busy street, entry to rooms dirty, housekeeping staff did not speak English. Rooms were tiny, but clean although they smelled musky, moldy and faintly of old smoke. We picked this place because it was local and pet friendly, we had planned on staying over night. But did not feel it was a safe or quiet area, so did not stay and checked out early. There is no one on site that spoke English that could help.

This place is very affordable, very clean, and lots of restaurant choices to choose from. West from the Motel is the beautiful Gulf waters, and to the East is the beautiful Tampa Bay waters. And so much to do and see maybe only half hour away around the place. It is like a Air BnB, but the staff is very pleasant to work with and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat if ever in that area again!!!!

The online check-in process is very confusing. There was no warning that we had to check in with an unknown site which looked like a scam because it didn't mention the motel name. The online checkin requires entering confidential credit card info and a photo of our ID. We did not receive the room passcode at 10 a.m. per their plan. It took several requests for entry code through text and chat....no phone call available. Finally received it just in time. The room was newly rehabbed but very tiny. I recommend avoiding this motel unless you like remote check in and small rooms!

The room was very small and cramped. There is no place to sit other than on the bed. There was a dog in the room next to me that kept barking and scratching at the door. The location is very loud with road noise. I could not stay in the room to take calls. Very inconvenient.

Avoid at all costs! Make note that there is NO PERSON present at the motel to get you into your room. Instead you have to follow a convoluted set of instructions to get a code to open your room. I spent more than 2 hours trying to get someone to text me instructions to get into my PREPAID room after 6 hours of flying and driving. When I did not get a return text in a timely manner I drove around and found and booked a $150 room in a fleabag motel which I lost once they finally got me into my room. Tech is fine for some things but in my opinion, NOT motel management. Expedia needs to be explicit in their description of this place so so you can make a decisions on whether to book or not.

The check-in was terrible with no one on the property and the code not working it took approximately 20 minutes to get into our room after talking to multiple employees. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig, in fact there was a used one in the machine. The TV & Roku were unplugged and it wasn’t worth my time to try and figure it all out. The beds were nice though

It was amazing! The 24-hour online/text communication associates were fast responding and clear responding. They were kind, and considerate. I love this place! Not only was it beautiful on the inside, but it had comfy beds and a smart TV. Dining table with enough counter space for cooking. Even a portable cooker guests can use in the cabinets below and a nice sized fridge. Everything was perfect. Even the shower! It was amazing!

Unsafe location. Creeps hanging out in parking lot watching rooms. Waited for me to pull out and then immediately went to our room where my wife was alone and started knocking on the door repeatedly asking her to open the door. No motel management present so we had to call the police so we could load up our belongings and find another, safer place to stay the night.

Waited for me to pull out and then immediately went to our room where my wife was alone and started knocking on the door repeatedly asking her to open the door. No motel management present so we had to call the police so we could load up our belongings and find another, safer place to stay the night.

Located on a busy street, entry to rooms dirty, housekeeping staff did not speak English. Rooms were tiny, but clean although they smelled musky, moldy and faintly of old smoke. We picked this place because it was local and pet friendly, we had planned on staying over night. But did not feel it was a safe or quiet area, so did not stay and checked out early. There is no one on site that spoke English that could help.

This place is very affordable, very clean, and lots of restaurant choices to choose from. West from the Motel is the beautiful Gulf waters, and to the East is the beautiful Tampa Bay waters. And so much to do and see maybe only half hour away around the place. It is like a Air BnB, but the staff is very pleasant to work with and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat if ever in that area again!!!!

This new motel was very clean and cozy, for a good price. It is near lots of shopping and dining, and not a very long drive to the beach. It was great that parking is next to the room and it has a fun game room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We noticed the toilet seat was loose and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t seem to work, but these were renovation issues, I’m sure, and didn’t affect our enjoyment. Would definitely stay there again. A great price for the area!

We stay here every time we travel to Florida, very clean , staff is very attentive and helpful! This is the place to be & there are endless food spots near the location !

Room was small and did not have any place to sit but the bed. Water faucet was difficult to operate occasionally. There was noise and smoking outside close to our room. We had a coffee pot issue and it was resolved quickly. Shower was really nice and room had been remodeled. No microwave available in the room. Game room was really nice. Keyless entry and electronic access worked well. Sent wrong room number via text. Had to call to find room number. A little noisy next to a busy road.

The check-in was terrible with no one on the property and the code not working it took approximately 20 minutes to get into our room after talking to multiple employees. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig, in fact there was a used one in the machine. The TV & Roku were unplugged and it wasn’t worth my time to try and figure it all out. The beds were nice though

It was amazing! The 24-hour online/text communication associates were fast responding and clear responding. They were kind, and considerate. I love this place! Not only was it beautiful on the inside, but it had comfy beds and a smart TV. Dining table with enough counter space for cooking. Even a portable cooker guests can use in the cabinets below and a nice sized fridge. Everything was perfect. Even the shower! It was amazing!

This is a different style Motel. There is no staff around for a prompt assistance. This is very cost effective, but if things get out of hand, it becomes an issue. The Motel has around 15 rooms and the parking spots are assigned by the room number. Unfortunately another guest parked on my assigned spot. I tried a resolution through the Totem, which is basically your front desk, and initially the solution offered was to park at the parking spots next to “mine”, which could be taken and would basically cause trouble to another guest, therefore I refused to accept the offered solution until the assistant offered me to park at the back up parking which was a little far from my room. Finally I was able to luckily find the guest who parked on my assigned parking spot and we were able to sort things out. Another issue is if you forget an item. I forgot my phone charger over the coffee maker and contacted the hotel at the same day of my checkout. Their immediate response was that nothing was found by their cleaning crew. I emphasized I was completely sure the charger was there. Their response was that they would check, but after a couple of days got no response at all. Maintenance is also an issue. The restroom had the towel hanger yanked, what left a hole on the drywall. The toilet paper holder was hanging by a thread. The dresser had its bottom drawer glued what made it impossible to open, apparently it got broken and they tried to fix it but used too much glue.

The room was nice. It was small but clean and well maintained. I only did a night stay and it was perfect for that. Very close to restaurants and such. I had two small issues and that was nonice machine on property and there was a overhanging plant in the way if getting to my room. I'm short so it wasn't much of a problem but could be a problem for someone taller. And u can hear the traffic outside. So that can be unsettling but overall I had a good stay and in a pinch I would stay there again.

Our 2 night stay was uneventful and the room was nice, just as in the website photos. The fridge has to be the coldest one I've ever had in any room we've stayed in. Plenty of places to eat nearby and shop.
