My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We booked this hotel because of its hot tub, not many hotels in the area offer a pool and hot tub. The breakfast bar was pretty impressive compared to other hotels in the same price range. The only thing we were truly disappointed in was lack of parking and the pillows are too soft.

The staff was incredible. Terry especially. Our bed was very comfortable. Though you can see the Interstate we never heard it. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. For anyone with mobility issues, both pool and hot tub had stairs for entry. Would definitely stay there again

The property id under a HUGE renovation. I was sdoevident as you walked in the door. The stay was acceptable but there was several amenities unavailable. I should have been given the notice this was the case. This property MUST have changed hands and shoul;df not put my weekend get away at risk. The net outcome was positive but the room was way toop cold the thermo did not work. They get a solid "C. acceptable but not much else. Hopefully after the reno they will be awesome.

We did not know prior to booking that it was under major construction. The pool was not open. No lobby area. Our room was nicely remodeled. Hot water was not available, at best one day of warm showers. The other day was cold. The staff was very nice.

Under construction so it’s a little dusty in shared areas, but that’s to be expected. The good: staff was really friendly, rooms were practically brand new and really clean, beds were comfortable, tv is huge for a hotel room. Not so good… just a little dusty everywhere, pool area had rocks everywhere, breakfast was not good and the temporary breakfast room was really dirty. Overall not bad for what’s available in the area! Would stay again if I had to be in the area again if the updates were finished and improved on the breakfast

Property was under rehab, which I understand. However we were put in one of the newly rehabbed rooms. Sheets had stains and hair on them, toilet shook/wasn’t attached properly, there were shoe prints in the entryway area, stains from a leak at the front of the refrigerator, and the water didn’t get really hot, just warm-ish. It’s great that they’re fixing it up, but it needs a better cleaning service. Very disappointed, especially considering the price of the rooms. Will not stay there again.

The room smelled like animal urine with spots all over the carpeting. The entry way and bathroom floor was tile and appeared to have not been washed in a long time. I wet a wash cloth and hand soap and was the floor using my foot. The towel was dark brown when I was done. My daughter is very ill and was is awful pain when we arrived at 10:30pm and almost immediately went to sleep or I would have walked right back out. DISGUSTING!!!

My sister 72 yrs old and myself 68 yrs old stayed 2 nights. The beds are way too high. My sister who has knee issues and on the shorter side struggled to get in bed and ended up injuring her right leg where she could hardly walk on it for 4 days and was in a lot of pain. I ended up with bed bug bites on my hands, upper arm and on my nose. The check in staff was super nice. The individual who was working the breakfast area was blaa. No smile or hello. Overall typical Holiday Inn Express.

Ungergoing renovation as they fall under IHG as Holiday Inn Express. Room renovations were nice, comfy beds, bathroom was amazing. It was an actual suite with a separate room. A couple of things I would fix, the shower in the bathroom had a rain like drizzle even when the knob was all the way down. There was nothing in the room (fan, etc) to muffle the highway noise or the people outside talking. The door closer needs to be fixed so that the doors don’t slam shut. At 4AM you could tell when people started to check out and over and over you could hear the doors down the hall slamming. The staff was super nice. I would stay here again.

Its just a short drive to downtown. The grocery store is just up the road. It was clean, quiet, and a great staff. The restaurant next door had excellent food at a great price. The room was very elegant and high end. No complaints and would definitely return. My husband said he felt like a king!! Very nice place and the breakfast was also awesome!!

Really like the property and the staff. Everything was clean and updated. The only significant negative is the proximity to I-43 and the constant traffic noise. The odd number rooms are on the opposite side of the building from the freeway so when booking, make sure to request a room on the east side of the building.

Pollows in room 304 go flat extremely fast both Husband and I woke up with neck ache. Although we always enjoy the staff the breakfast, the pool in the hot tub great location for us right between both of our kids.

We were on a short-stay vacation for Port Fish Day. We had stayed here before and will again when we're in town. It is close to the downtown area, Marina, and Lighthouse, while also being close to the Interstate, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable and the free breakfast was more than ample for a busy day of festival fun, sightseeing, and fireworks. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This will be our "regular" place to stay when in Port Washington.

We were on a short-stay vacation for Port Fish Day. We had stayed here before and will again when we're in town. It is close to the downtown area, Marina, and Lighthouse, while also being close to the Interstate, shopping and restaurants. Everything was great until breakfast. The continental breakfast was lacking food options and each of the dining area trash cans were overflowing. Staff wasn’t cleaning tables or clearly taking out the trash.

Our party had an overall positive experience for our stay. Our request for our hotel rooms to be placed next to each other was grated, our kids were able to play in the pool and extra pool toys were offered by the Front desk staff. Breakfast was hot and the area was exceptionally clean. Bravo! Thanks so much for a great stay.

Property was neat, clean. Night clerk was extremely helpful friendly & courteous! Room was very clean, nice bedding & clean bathrooms, appeared to be recently updated throughout. Breakfast was very good & included in the stay. Would highly recommend this place to family & friends! Would stay here again!! 😊

We were on a short-stay vacation for Port Fish Day. We had stayed here before and will again when we're in town. It is close to the downtown area, Marina, and Lighthouse, while also being close to the Interstate, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable and the free breakfast was more than ample for a busy day of festival fun, sightseeing, and fireworks. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This will be our "regular" place to stay when in Port Washington.

Everything was great until breakfast. The continental breakfast was lacking food options and each of the dining area trash cans were overflowing. Staff wasn’t cleaning tables or clearly taking out the trash.

Under construction so it’s a little dusty in shared areas, but that’s to be expected. The good: staff was really friendly, rooms were practically brand new and really clean, beds were comfortable, tv is huge for a hotel room. Not so good… just a little dusty everywhere, pool area had rocks everywhere, breakfast was not good and the temporary breakfast room was really dirty. Overall not bad for what’s available in the area! Would stay again if I had to be in the area again if the updates were finished and improved on the breakfast

It was a nice stay and this hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower. The check in was welcoming. We needed 2 rooms and we were able to get them close together. The breakfast was good. They even served some healthy options. My sister and I used the fitness room. There were no mats and the floor was dirty. When we were finished, we walked into the hallway and smelled pot (very strong). We went to the pool, but did not swim because the water was hazy. Also, the hotel is right off the freeway. It was definitely noisy in the room when trying to sleep. Overall, not terrible, however I won’t stay there again.

There was some construction in front of the hotel we were not made aware of and the pool had closed down early one night. Those were the only two negatives, the breakfast, the staff, the location, and the rooms are beautiful.

We stay here every year, and it’s always a great value for the money, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Terry was especially helpful and welcoming. The pool/hot tub/exercise room are a nice amenity, and the breakfast is better than most hotels in this price tier, and the all day fresh coffee is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
