Un hôtel très bien entretenu, mais plusieurs déceptions et un manque d’attention envers les clients L’hôtel est très propre, parfaitement entretenu et bénéficie d’une ambiance agréable, notamment grâce à une musique d’ambiance diffusée dans les différents espaces. Ma chambre Business était un peu petite, mais correctement équipée, avec une bouilloire et un minibar. Malheureusement, plusieurs points négatifs ont gâché mon séjour. La piscine : J’avais notamment choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine. Or, lorsque j’ai souhaité en profiter, celle-ci était fermée aux clients en raison d’un cours privé organisé pour des personnes extérieures à l’établissement. Je trouve particulièrement regrettable que les clients de l’hôtel ne soient pas prioritaires pour l’utilisation d’un équipement qui fait pourtant partie des prestations annoncées. Le service de ménage : Un matin, alors que j’étais dans ma chambre, la femme de ménage a frappé à la porte avant de l’ouvrir immédiatement, sans même attendre ma réponse. Ce manque de respect de l’intimité des clients est difficilement acceptable dans un établissement de cette catégorie. Le stationnement : L’hôtel dispose d’un parking supposé gratuit juste en face de l’établissement ainsi que d’un parking À la réception, on m’a bien informé que le parking souterrain était payant, mais rien sur le parking présupposé gratuit annoncé par hôtels.com

Returning guests. It was the second time our family of 4 stayed in the double bedroom, which was really nice. Spacious, clean and updated (although the sleeping-couch is rather hard). The indoor pool and wellness area are nice and enjoyable. Service in the restaurants was very good as, and the breakfast was splendid. We will definitely be coming back.

Gutes Hotel, welches relativ modern von der Einrichtung ist. Allerdings war bei mir das Waschbecken nicht ganz sauber. Die Matratze ist sehr hart. Beim Frühstück gab es weder Croissants noch Nutella und die Butter war sehr weich. Den wellnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.
