My wife and I have been waiting on our new home to become available and staying here for the time being. I’ve stayed in much worse that’s for sure, but just consider this is an extended stay. Kitchens with stoves and cookware, grease that occurs and after years and years of use, you can only clean it all to look new for so long. Nothing nasty found, the room had an odd scent upon arrival. If you plan on staying for a bit, I’d recommend bringing some all purpose cleaner for vinyl floors in kitchen and bathroom. The carpet in the room is old and outdated, we brought our vacuum from storage which made a huge difference. Know one can clean something to my own liking better than myself. Some air freshener or candle, essentials you’d need to stay somewhere for an extended period of time. All towels and blankets have to be brought back to the front desk for cleaning, you don’t get new, they clean what your given from day 1 and you do get them all back same day, normally a couple hours. Majority of staff is pleasant, everyone can have a bad day. Everyone stays to themselves, it’s a nicer environment where I feel safe leaving my wife and daughter there during the week while I go to work. Any issues we’ve ever had were always fully addressed. We like having a full size fridge / freezer, actual kitchen sink and stove top with vent hood to exhaust. Toasters, silverware, cookware and plates are available for free upon request, long as they aren’t all given out.

ROACHES!!! I addressed my concerns to management verbally & via email. I thought it was an isolated case, but there are more. Just waking up in the am and I see more. There is Lilly an infestation in one or more of the rooms..Would like a resolution ASAP Thank You
