No ice machine? Door proped in rear of building?

There was no water

Broken elevator as soon as you walk in the door. Which one of the other guest told us it had been broken for four months. Only one staff member working running front desk and cleaning rooms. We were checking in late 8:15 pm we were told we had the last double bed room and it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 1/2 hour. He was going up to check and see how long it would be. We waited for almost an hour and the room still wasn’t done and the front desk worker wasn’t back yet. So we went looking for him and found him in the room trying to clean and set it up and he was no where near finished. So we decided to go elsewhere and find a room never getting to check in. But while waiting downstairs there were other patrons rolling around smelling horrible, people waiting with other issues and no one to attend to them. It was a complete disaster for us.

Driving thru so it was a last minute stay I have a disability and the elevator was out and no rooms on the first floor there was a lot of young people back and forth in th in the hallways I just need 6 hours of sleep and left it did have a kitchen with nothing in it you had to ask and come and get it downstairs I wasn't going to do inorder food had to come downstairs and get it it probably a great place they had construction as well maybe I was there at the wrong time

One word, filthy. The floor in the room had not been mopped. I used a room towel to mop the floor and it came up black from dirt. The cabinet in the room kitchen was full of food left over (and rotting) from the last guest. But maybe the worst was that the backdoor was propped open with stick so that anyone could access the hotel unnoticed without a room key! Terrible for security.

The elevator didn’t work. Hotel not up to date at all. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

No ice (unless you have time to freeze your own in room with provided ice cube trays) No hair dryer in room ( ask for one at front desk) No coffee in room (carafe available by front desk in morning) Bath tub faucet extremely loose

Room 214, 3/28/25--2 luggage carts in the hotel. 1 with 1 flat tire, the other with 2 flat tires. Difficult to push a load of luggage with flat tires. An egg container in the fridge with 2 eggs. A carton of milk with 1 inch left in the bottom. An empty box of brownies and a used roll of aluminum foil in a drawer. Was the room even cleaned? TV didn't work. The front desk guy said we could get another room, but it would not be what we paid for, and he couldn't replace the TV because it was secured to the cabinet. It was not. Bed was made with a dirty blanket under the top sheet. Who puts a filthy blanket under the sheet? Anyplace is better than here.

Elevatornwas doen had carry luggage up 3 flights and noisy guest altertations.

Beds were ok. Came across two roaches - one that ran beneath the refrigerator and another in the bathroom. Was drying myself and it popped out of the towel. Coffee wasn’t ready in the morning.

The Carpet in the Hallway and in the Room was absolutely disgusting and extremely dirty. the Beds sheets were not clean. Very dirty place over all

The property was a convenient location for the reason of our stay and cost effective. However, the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, weed, and mildew. There was loud noises from the tenants upstairs and the room had blood stains on the carpet and little to no water pressure in the shower. The parking lot was a little sketchy at night with the groups of individuals that were hanging out by the cars.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The room was extremely damp. Towels were damp, floor was damp and sticky, bed sheets were damp. It was disgusting, I barely slept with how damp the sheets were.

The property looked very sketchy looking on the inside. The elevator looked like something out of a horror movie, it looks like someone never completed it during renovation. Although I had a non-smoking room my room still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room had laminate floors in it and I dropped something on the floor and looked under the bed and saw all kinds of crumbs and stuff all over the floor. The so called complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and small little muffins and nutrigrain bars.

It was an ok stay. The kitchen area looked like it had been used up. The bed was nice and clean.

This is my go to when I need to visit the Kennesaw area. Staff is always pleasant as well as the rooms clean. This visit there was a terrible sound while I was trying to sleep. Couldn’t figure out what it was. Low and behold it was the refrigerator/ freezer. Room 229. It was reported to the front desk staff this morning.

The first night there was beeping going on outside from 7:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m.. I called the desk of which they weren't concerned about! The TVs would be on and then pop off then back on. When I called the desk and told them about it they told me I could change the room that I settled into for 3 days! With that statement they couldn't even tell me that another room would be any different. Other than that I like rooms.

Spacious, rooms comfortable

Staff was very pleasant and over all cost was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Coffee at front desk was also good. However, hotel itself was very outdated and in need of help. Rooms were damp (everything felt wet), carpet was dirty (left dirt on your feet), furniture dated and scratched. Alarm clock woke me up at midnight. Ladies be forewarned but no hairdryer in rooms. Luckily front desk had one for me. Guess you get what you pay for… overall ok place to sleep on a long road trip. Again, staff was pleasant.

The window curtains immediately fell off when trying to open them. Let the front desk know and they said someone from maintenance could come another day. I was here for a week and no one ever came. The air conditioner did not work and the room stayed hot. The side door to get into the building did not work and I kept getting locked out and had to get several new keys.

Check in was quick and easy.. not understanding why there is No ice machine.. door to parking lot doesn’t work.. no one fixed it .. had to walk to front door instead of door closest to my room.. bed needs a pillow top mattress did not sleep well during my stay.. loved the fact I could do laundry .. That’s a blessing ! Would like some fruit for breakfast please

Always pleasant to stay at a hotel With a kitchen. Comfy bed, OK towels,nice black out curtains. Only complaint- you can hear your neighbors!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was good. My only negative about the property is that it needed updating - there's a bit of a musty smell.

Staff was non existent, cursing the last customers as they were leaving. After that , it was clean, dry, and habitable . I wondered if the customers were looking for a free stay. My stay was uneventful, room seemed clean and comfortable.

Tried calling multiple times 4 hours before I was going to be there cause I figured I would be nice enough to let them know I would be a after midnight Check-in. After phone ringing for 30 minutes and multiple recalls, I called Extended Stay reservations and asked them to call and then was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up. I called again a hour or 2 after the first initial calls, and it sounded like someone answered but I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me. I did this twice and both times it was just silent. Once I arrived at the hotel, was told I had to wait 50 minutes until 2:30 a.m. before I could be checked in. I arrived at the hotel at 1:38 A.M. I had to sit out in the parking lot fir 50 minutes before I could get checked in due to the hotel not having a working phone so that I could tell them and they could just easily had gone ahead and did the paperwork when I arrived, since they alreqdy had all my card info to reserve(hold) the room. Very unprofessional business and hotels.com should drop this location from its sponsorship as it tarnishes your reputation as well. I will be having a heated discussion tomorrow when I wake up to get this refunded through you since the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it and wont even offer me a hour stay past check out. I don't leave reviews except for when it is really poor service and making a customer wait outside in your parking due to your(hotels) inability to have working phone at front desk

This property is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and very professional they are always willing to help and assist you with any questions issues or concerns!! I will definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends!! Keep up the great work guys

I enjoyed my stay here the staff was really great

We booked through Hotels.Com and were told the room was double booked and they had no room available. We had to find another room elsewhere that had only one bed for three people. We also had to pay more. It was another hotel with the same company. It had a full kitchen without and utensils and only empty cabinets. Worst experience at any place I’ve stayed.

Great Location to stay

It’s a fine place to stay. North of special. Breakfast options very limited. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Good location as we were attending an event at Fifth Third Stadium. Nothing special, nothing wrong.

It seemed like long term housing for a lot of the guests. Not family oriented. It wasn’t very clean, there were stains on the carpet, broken flashing into the lobby, and wear and tear basically everywhere. Definitely needs updating. But, it was inexpensive and close to restaurants.

Wouldn’t stay again. People hanging around at night by the side doors and in the parking lot.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and I am always pleased with my stay. Rooms are very clean, appliances work, quit, and in a good location!

The first room we were assigned was filthy and stank. Garbage can full of old food. French fries in the sink and molds in the toilet and old dog food left on the floor…we went to get a new room but didn’t need the hassle and transferring everything after a 14 hour drive. Breakfast was stale muffins and lukewarm coffee.

It was advertised as free breakfast, breakfast was a granola type bar and juice. That is not breakfast. The bed was clean but the floors really need to be cleaned. The carpet looks like it has not been shampooed in years. When I checked in I had to find someone to help me. The person waiting at the counter didn’t great me at all. He barely said two words to me. The cleaning staff were nice. Other than it being convenient for the concert I attended, I am not sure we will stay again. It was too expensive for the type of room and amenities. No pool. No food. Nothing

There were roaches, no free breakfast, housekeeping never came, I was charged $40 for a late check out fee after being told I would not be charged for that, and I still haven’t received my security deposit.

everything is good just the breakfast selection very limited

This looked like an okay place for my family to stay from the pics and description online. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star place, but it was very different upon arrival. There was not a single dish, pot, pan, cup, or silverware in the kitchen. Bullet hole in the elevator door. “Grab n go” breakfast consisted of 5 Nutrigrain bars sitting on a counter. No juice, no coffee, no other options for food. I didn’t feel safe with a family here. The front desk was very accommodating in letting me check out early though so I’ll give them that.
