We loved the location and view from the house. It had plenty of room for all of to enjoy and hang out. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. All of us enjoyed the pool & hot tub. It was great to be close to Niagara Falls!

Amazing location by the water. We spent a long time by the campfire, hot tub and pool. Between that and the spacious kitchen and board games, we were thoroughly entertained throughout the weekend. We highly recommend Glenn and his hospitality and hope to be back one day

The amenities at this place were wonderful - heated pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Plenty of lawn chairs for use. Just a 20 minute drive to Niagara State Park. If we return to visit the area, we will look for this place to stay again.

We (family of 10) stayed at Glenn’s home for a short vacation. Age range of 15 to 70. Location is perfect to visit all the attractions on the American or Canadian side. The inside of the home is exactly as he described, well maintained and stocked with extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. We literally just needed to bring our own food and drinks. Pool is gorgeous and hot tub felt wonderful after exploring all day. The teens loved to fish off the docks. I might add Glenn had a couple fishing poles sitting out for our use. About a 5 minute drive away is the Blue Water Marina where we rented kayaks. Glenn also directed us to some great restaurants located nearby. Glenn does have a residence in a lower level apartment, no worries everyone had their private areas. Not a problem.

We had a family wedding in Buffalo over the weekend and chose to stay together… this property was perfect! Glenn was informative and showed us around when we arrived so we could ask questions. He left information on local restaurants and attractions, that came in very handy. The weather was a bit on the cool side for most of our stay, so we didn’t use the beautiful heated pool, but we did use the hot tub and that was so nice on a cool evening. The views from Glenn’s place is fantastic! We highly recommend it. Plenty of room for 8 of us to stay and a huge octagon shaped kitchen/family room to gather to sit and play games with an outdoor balcony off of it that overlooks the pool and Niagara river. We enjoyed playing pool on the full sized table and fooz ball too!

So much room in the house! All of us really enjoyed the pool and game room. Glenn was an excellent host with lots of local information such as dining and attractions. We had everything we needed and Glenn was always available if there were any questions. I would definitely recommend this vacation getaway!

Well established, beautiful home on Grand Island. Glenn was an excellent host. Pool was well maintained, loved watching the boats on the river. Got to see a heron catch a large bass on the dock. Well stocked home. Loved our time with family here.

This house was exactly as advertised. There isn’t one thing I would change about our stay. Glen was the perfect host, always available but never intrusive. Everything was well stocked for our use. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and campfire to make s’mores. Thanks Glen for allowing us to enjoy your home.

This home was everything it was promised to be and even more beautiful than the pictures. We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) all had a wonderful time. The property is so peaceful and well maintained. The backyard view cannot be beat. The pool was wonderful, perfect temperature and has a really nice shallow end if you have smaller children. Close to the falls and other attractions but removed enough to have peace and quiet. The beds are comfortable, it has a large great room with lots of dining seating. Everything you need for cooking is provided, including a grill. The owner, Glenn, is very nice, respectful, and he does not intrude on your stay. Do not hesitate to book this home if you’re looking for a place to experience Niagara Falls and the surrounding area.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious. Stayed with my three children and everything was just as shown when you look through the pictures. Glenn was a great host. The only thing that would have made it better would have been me winning at pool instead of getting beat by my oldest, lol!

Property is well maintained and all essentials provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood but easy access to the highway. Glenn did a very good job welcoming our family and showed us the area map. We had a great time and we loved just about everything about this place.

The veiw is amazing, the house was great. So much room for out family of 7. Nice to hv a bed for everyone. And 2 showers. And 2 toilets. Definitely recommend coming to atay on Grand Island if u are visiting the falls. Its only 18 mins from falls and Canada.

We brought our family to see Niagara Falls and it was so nice to be able to come back to this peaceful, relaxing home. Plenty of space for the 10 of us. Loved the grand room and the pool for us to hang out. Glenn was a great host with lots of recommendations and information.

Great place. Room for the whole family which was my wife and I, our grown children, and grandchildren. Dock for fishing, nice pool. Large common room for eating and games. Pool table and foosball. All bedrooms were nice. Fire pit as well for s'moresGlenn was great with communication and was available for anything needed. Towels, linens, and cooking stuff were all provided. We had a bad weather day but there was enough space that being stuck inside most of it wasn't bad. Nice quiet location on Grand Island but anything you could want is within a short drive.

Glenn’s place is wonderful. It met all the wants of our large family, and that is hard to do! Perfect location, quiet and peaceful, comfortable, beautiful sunrises, and something for everyone! It was absolutely perfect!

Glenn was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful home and likely will return. We accidently left a suitcase behind and he was kind enough to bring it to the airport for us. What a sweet man! Also, his food recommendations were spot on. We had dinner TWICE at Dick and Jenny's and we were not disappointed. Nice relaxing vacation with my family. Thanks Glenn!

The house was nice but it was strange having the owner staying on the properly wih us. We used the shower downstairs and it was possible for him to be walking through and see you in just a towel.or worse!!

We had a family wedding in Buffalo over the weekend and chose to stay together… this property was perfect! Glenn was informative and showed us around when we arrived so we could ask questions. He left information on local restaurants and attractions, that came in very handy. The weather was a bit on the cool side for most of our stay, so we didn’t use the beautiful heated pool, but we did use the hot tub and that was so nice on a cool evening. The views from Glenn’s place is fantastic! We highly recommend it. Communications with Glenn were seamless from booking the property to check in and check out. The property has literally everything that any family could need while they are there including a bottle of welcome wine. The pool was such a great asset especially for the heat and a 9 yr old grandson. Easy to get to Niagara Falls and Lewiston. His maps and tips were greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay and visit. 5 star property

This house was exactly as advertised. There isn’t one thing I would change about our stay. Glen was the perfect host, always available but never intrusive. Everything was well stocked for our use. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and campfire to make s’mores. Thanks Glen for allowing us to enjoy your home.

We loved the location and view from the house. It had plenty of room for all of to enjoy and hang out. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. All of us enjoyed the pool & hot tub. It was great to be close to Niagara Falls!

Amazing location by the water. We spent a long time by the campfire, hot tub and pool. Between that and the spacious kitchen and board games, we were thoroughly entertained throughout the weekend. We highly recommend Glenn and his hospitality and hope to be back one day

Location! Location! Location! This place on Grande Island is a short drive to falls and to Buffalo! So much to do on the Island itself. Mini golf, groceries are close and great restaurants! The lake view and swimming pool were amazing! Thank you , Glenn

The amenities at this place were wonderful - heated pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball table. Plenty of lawn chairs for use. Just a 20 minute drive to Niagara State Park. If we return to visit the area, we will look for this place to stay again.

We (family of 10) stayed at Glenn’s home for a short vacation. Age range of 15 to 70. Location is perfect to visit all the attractions on the American or Canadian side. The inside of the home is exactly as he described, well maintained and stocked with extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. We literally just needed to bring our own food and drinks. Pool is gorgeous and hot tub felt wonderful after exploring all day. The teens loved to fish off the docks. I might add Glenn had a couple fishing poles sitting out for our use. About a 5 minute drive away is the Blue Water Marina where we rented kayaks. Glenn also directed us to some great restaurants located nearby. Glenn does have a residence in a lower level apartment, no worries everyone had their private areas. Not a problem.

Glenn’s place is wonderful. It met all the wants of our large family, and that is hard to do! Perfect location, quiet and peaceful, comfortable, beautiful sunrises, and something for everyone! It was absolutely perfect!

This home was everything it was promised to be and even more beautiful than the pictures. We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) all had a wonderful time. The property is so peaceful and well maintained. The backyard view cannot be beat. The pool was wonderful, perfect temperature and has a really nice shallow end if you have smaller children. Close to the falls and other attractions but removed enough to have peace and quiet. The beds are comfortable, it has a large great room with lots of dining seating. Everything you need for cooking is provided, including a grill. The owner, Glenn, is very nice, respectful, and he does not intrude on your stay. Do not hesitate to book this home if you’re looking for a place to experience Niagara Falls and the surrounding area.

Glenn was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful home and likely will return. We accidently left a suitcase behind and he was kind enough to bring it to the airport for us. What a sweet man! Also, his food recommendations were spot on. We had dinner TWICE at Dick and Jenny's and we were not disappointed. Nice relaxing vacation with my family. Thanks Glenn!

I recently stayed at Glenn's home for a family get together (a chance for my 3 children to get to see their grandparents who can no longer travel). The property was fantastic. We cooked at home one evening and the kitchen was well stocked. The large dining room table in the great room was perfect for a group.The home was well furnished, all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and the view of the river is incredible. We visited in late December so didn't get to use the outdoors. Though, the pool, hot tub and firepit look like they'd be great in the summer. Glenn was a fantastic host, and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Buffalo/ Niagra area.

Glenns place is the most stocked v.r.b.o i have ever been to. The teens and their father's had bonding and fun playing pool against each other and their cousins..My two grandsons loved fishing off the deck. Glenn even had the poles available. This place was close to everything we wanted to do. Didnt have to drive hours to get there. I would highly recommend this place

Great place. Room for the whole family which was my wife and I, our grown children, and grandchildren. Dock for fishing, nice pool. Large common room for eating and games. Pool table and foosball. All bedrooms were nice. Fire pit as well for s'moresGlenn was great with communication and was available for anything needed. Towels, linens, and cooking stuff were all provided. We had a bad weather day but there was enough space that being stuck inside most of it wasn't bad. Nice quiet location on Grand Island but anything you could want is within a short drive.

Everything is exactly as you see it online and in the description. Just an absolutely wonderful location right on the niagara river. Glenn met us when we arrived and was super helpful with getting us acclimated to the general area. Although there are three small restaurants on Grand Island, “Dick and Jenny’s” is far and away the best (we ate there two nights in a row it was so good). There are also a couple of fast food locations two minutes from the house. Buffalo zoo is 20 minutes from the house, the Navy Yard is 40 minutes from the house, and the airport is only 30 minutes from the house. We had about 50 ducks swim from the river over to the house and hang out down around the dock all afternoon two days in a row, which was really cool as we relaxed on the back deck. The kids also swam in the pool, which was a warm 86°, and also played with the foosball table and pool table. I can’t recommend staying here enough, and we will definitely be back!
