We had an unusual experience in March 2026. When we arrived, the building housed hotel rooms from several hotels and we had trouble getting help from our hotel staff because our "no-contact" check-in information never arrived and there was no reception desk. A very apologetic and borderline panicked woman came to help eventually, and she realized she assigned us a room for the wrong dates and so we had to stay in two different rooms for the two nights we were there (we reserved Fri-Sun, and she put us down for Sat-Mon). It took about an hour to get checked in, and she gave us multiple new, full-size tubes of toothpaste that I think were her personal items as an apology. The rooms were tight but as pictured and described. The value was fine, except for the mix-ups that cost us time and stress. The long, confusing check-in and having to move rooms on my daughter's birthday trip was very inconvenient.

離扎嘎其地鐵站5號出口非常近，旁邊也有地鐵電梯，對拖著行李或兒童推車的人來說非常方便，附近餐廳選擇多，業者積極回覆問題，房間雖然不大，但該有的都有，住起來很舒服，旅行如果住宿在南埔洞或扎嘎其，這裡是非常棒的選擇

地下鉄駅からもビフ広場からもとても近く、立地が最高！建物も部屋もきれいで過ごしやすかったです。夜何時までかはわからないですが、1階に建物の管理人さん？が常駐されてたのが安心でした。 ただ1つ残念だったのはシャワーの水圧が弱すぎたことです。蛇口からは勢いよく出るので、蛇口からのお湯で髪の毛も洗いました。
