The place is well located but very small, definitely not suited for a family of 5. The biggest issue however was the pungent smell, we believe it was mildew but regardless it was truly nauseating. My wife is able to deal with just about anything but she could not sleep without keeping the windows wide open, despite freezing cold temperatures. We thankfully only spent one night in Blackheath and this place was incredibly disappointing.

Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains

A beautiful cozy cottage that offers a peaceful experience and a lovely fire pit to toast marshmellows and chat. Everything was very lovely and the rooms are devine.

We stayed two nights. Loved the old world ambiance. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Lovely linens. Two gas heaters and an wood heater made it very cosy. Quiet location. I advised the owner of a few things that needed attention and I hope these will be attended to. Enjoyed out stay.
