Stanza non corrispondente alla prenotazione ho viaggiato con la famiglia e mi sono ritrovato in una stanza sporca con 4 letti senza lenzuola senza condizionatore e la finestra bloccata siamo stati costretti a dormire in un forno e la cosa piu' grave che avevamo i bagni in comune con gli altri mentre dalle foto che voi mi avete mandato c'era una camera con bagno. Questa e stata una pessima esperienza e la vostra mancanza di proffessionalita' vi penalizza molto quindi faro' in modo che nessuno venga piu' truffato da voi mettendo feedback negativi

Otel konum itibarıyla mükemmel. Onun dışında çok birşey beklemeyin. Yataklar filan sünger yatak ve biraz rahatsız.

Literie dans un état lamentable, assemblage de feux fines couches de mousse complètement applities. Un des lots de la chambre 107 craquait à chaque mouvement, très difficile de dormir pour tous, sans compter les groupes de jeunes hommes venus faire la fête qui rentrent à toutes heures et dans tous leurs états. Les salles de bains communes sont à l'étage, dans un état général de délabrement avancé. Aucun service, aucune personne pour réclamer un changement de matelas. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement proche de Marienplatz.

I am writing this to warn other travelers about the hygiene standards here. I ended up with over 30 bedbug bites during my one-week stay. Although the hotel relocated me and provided a 30% refund initially, the situation didn't improve as I kept finding new bites. When I contacted them again to discuss a full refund for the distress caused, they stopped responding entirely. The lack of professional communication was disappointing. Beyond the bedbugs, the general maintenance is poor. Hair in the shower facilities remained uncleaned for the entire week, which makes me doubt their cleaning protocols. Even if this place fits your budget, the lack of hygiene and the anxiety of sleeping in a bug-infested room are not worth it.
