No hot tub!

The pool was nice I was just a lil upset the hot tub wasn’t able to be use

We used the stairs to get to our room. Then a few hours later we went down to the pool. There was apparently a sign in the elevator stating the hot tub was broken and we could get a refund, but we did not see the sign until 4 hours after checking in. Nothing was said at check in about it. Plus it was Valentine's night so we would not have been able to find another hotel. It said the pool was heated and working fine, but it felt like someone had filled it with ice cubes. Kids would not even swim in it . Also, the bed felt like sleeping on a board. And the door handle did not work right. You had to hold the inside handle down and the outside handle down at the same time and hurry to shut it quickly so the lock did not pop out and keep it from closing. Walking in the room it smelled like someone had been getting high in there. There was a chunk out of the inside of the bathroom door and a burn mark in the shower.

Staff was great. Hot tub was not working & pool was chilly. Room was very nice. I would stay again.
