Pool kept very clean. Staff was very good natured and easy to have them respond to any needs. Breakfast was good and covered a variety of favorite foods. Building was pretty spotless inside and out but there was some trash that blew onto property from elsewhere.

I had a great stay, my family was safe and comfortable and there was breakfast daily, fresh coffee and laundry facilities. The only thing that would have been better would be if the hot tub was warm. It was cold.

It was a very Comfortable Stay. The room was excellent condition. The service there was excelkent, friendly, and very helpful when needed and was always greeted with a smile and pleasant voice. It is my home away from home. I Love the acess to the pool, jacuzzi, and the sauna room. I love the breafast. Great service and amenities.

The lights didn’t work in the room there wasn’t adequate towels available in room. Breakfast was terrible staff was not readily available for food. I had assumed this property did upgrades however I’ve learned that they haven’t. Will not stay here again. Next door guest were loud until 5am!!! And they only have one ice machine which is on the first floor!

Room was on third floor and the elevator was broken. Was told by what i assume was the night supervisor.. "dont worry the stairs are not that steep". Requested a non smoking room and entire floor smelled like weed as soon as you enter. Grout in shower was moldy and the only option for temperature in the room was the room fan air

My stay was okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations based on the photos provided. The room was uncomfortable, and the water was cold at night when I tried to take a shower. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told the hotel was full and I would have to wait for the water to warm up again. Additionally, both the hallway and the room had a strong musty odor. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing particularly impressive. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient—right off the interstate—and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Actually got upgraded to a King Suite after they sent me to a room they knew had a problem with the door that wouldn’t open. The carpet in the hallway is filthy. The couch in the room had stains on it. Did not want to sit on it. The tiny TV is sitting on the counter in the corner. Should be a lot larger TV mounted on the wall in front of the couch. Nice size room but it feels empty with the bare floors. Then a tiny table with two chairs that look like they found them in the dumpster. Suites need full size refrigerators and microwaves. Not these little tiny dorm appliances.

When u arrived at the property my bed linens were dirty. I helped change the sheets. I received no discount for this. The hallway carpeting was filthy. Prior to checking in the property called me to find out what time i would be coming. This was about 3 pm. I explained that i was at the hospital with my father who was dying. I assured them that I was coming. At 8:30 they called me again to find out when I was coming. Seemed very insensitive when I had already explained what was happening and assured them that I was coming. No plates for first breakfast, overall not a great experience.

The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I can't remember her name, but she mentioned she was from Jordan. Very good employee! Everything was as we expected from a Comfort Inn Hotel. The only unpleasant experience was the heater was very loud and wouldn't turn off . It got very warm in our room. I had to turn it off.

Room was a great size and bed was very comfortable. Sofa was comfortable as well and layout of hotel was simple and nice. A few things could have been updated for example our shower curtain had some rings that were falling apart and the sofa had a hole in it. No big deal and had a great stay.

The king bed was nice. The pull out couch has a broken support and one cushion cover was ripped. The breakfast was horrible. The sausage taste old, the coffee was vey low quality. And the eggs were the texture of cardboard.

Really noisy location right next to the highway. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the ceiling in pieces. I really just needed a place to sleep, but the heavy drapes didn’t even close all the way to offer some form of soundproofing,

I need to say that the entire staff that we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. But, I need to give a special shout out to Justine. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was always friendly and anything we needed, she was on it!!

Elvis who checked me in was rude and extremely customer unfriendly. Even very very disrespectful. When i asked for the manager he was still interfering. The manager was apologizing for his behavior seceral times. Elvis was smiling disrespectful and even making a laugh at me out loud hahaha. Later he said that did not happen. Minutes later outside when i adressed him on his disrespectful behavior and lack of any customer service or respect he even ignored me. So extremely rude for someone who works at a hotel reception. This person should be let of or look for a different kind of job. Horrible experience

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told the hotel was full and I would have to wait for the water to warm up again. Additionally, both the hallway and the room had a strong musty odor. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing particularly impressive. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient—right off the interstate—and I felt safe throughout my stay.

My stay was okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations based on the photos provided. The room was uncomfortable, and the water was cold at night when I tried to take a shower. Pool kept very clean. Staff was very good natured and easy to have them respond to any needs. Breakfast was good and covered a variety of favorite foods. Building was pretty spotless inside and out but there was some trash that blew onto property from elsewhere.

The suite was nice and big, but there were no extra blankets and it smelled like smoke (I'm an ex-smoker, I know that smell). Our room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there (5 days) - usually you have to specify when you DON'T want cleaning, not the other way around. We requested fresh towels and they said there weren't any, we had to wait for laundry to be done. Asked again the next day and they wouldn't give us any until we brought them our used towels. So weird. Only one ice machine in the whole building and it was broken. And they ran out of coffee at breakfast.

The king bed was nice. The pull out couch has a broken support and one cushion cover was ripped. The breakfast was horrible. The sausage taste old, the coffee was vey low quality. And the eggs were the texture of cardboard.

The lights didn’t work in the room there wasn’t adequate towels available in room. Breakfast was terrible staff was not readily available for food. I had assumed this property did upgrades however I’ve learned that they haven’t. Will not stay here again. Next door guest were loud until 5am!!! And they only have one ice machine which is on the first floor!

The room was very clean and the shower was good. The problem that we had was a strong odor of pot in the hallway which came into our room under the door. I called the front desk and she said she would check the hallway. Nothing more was done, we had to use hand towels under the door to remove some of the odor. Both of us have breathing and heart issues and the odor doesn't do well with them. Breakfast was good!

Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful and my suite was clean and comfortable. I don’t mean the following statement as criticism, but as a way to improve your breakfast experience. The eggs at breakfast tasted powdered/artificial (they were “spongy”) and the coffee was undrinkable…very bitter…no matter what I put in it. The coffee service in my room was much better than that in the dining room. I don’t know if it was the water or brand of coffee…but could definitely be improved. Thank you for an otherwise enjoyable stay.
