Carpet filthy. Bathroom dirty

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. Everything was outdated, worn out, and visibly dirty. There were stains on the bed, stains on the upholstered chair, and the carpet in the room was just as disgusting as the rest of the hotel. Instead of being able to relax, I spent the entire stay wondering how clean anything actually was. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly frustrating. We booked a room that sleeps four people, yet we were given only two sets of towels. When we asked for enough towels for everyone in our room, we were told we couldn't have any additional towels until we turned in the dirty ones. I've stayed in countless hotels over the years and have never experienced something so ridiculous. If a room is designed for four guests, it should be stocked accordingly. The entire property feels neglected. It doesn't just need updating, it needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom. I took pictures because I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. There are far better options than
