Our room door bolt didn’t work, there was only one chair in the room (2 guests) general lack of fresh air in the hallways, maybe the air system was down. No elevator if your room is on the second floor, you have to haul your luggage up two flights of stairs. Most of the property is in a general state of disrepair. Free parking was appreciated and staff nice but unable to help with the broken bolt.

This is an older hotel, but very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were placed in a first floor room near an exit, so we could take our dog outside easily. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great, inexpensive, dog-friendly hotel for an overnight stay while traveling.

It was pet friendly, the room was clean, the staff was friendly. The ironing board was awful, falling apart. I had to fix it to use it, but it leaned. I didn't dare to put the hot uron on it. Also, I didn't appreciate whoever used their key to open our door to see if the room was occupied. They should have knocked.

Carpeted part of room floor left soles of my feet black. When I got home I wiped down the soles of my house shoes, same thing - black on cleaning cloth. Safety latch on door wouldnot budge. Toilet seat attachment point was broken on one side. Front desk staff was competent, morning person was way overworked covering multiple jobs. Night person was helpful with identifying a channel number. Parking was great.

I booked this Super 8 through Hotels.com and was shocked by the condition of the room when I arrived. The bathroom was filthy — no shower curtain, dust and hair in the corners, and debris and staining around the toilet. I never even entered the bedroom after seeing how dirty it was. I immediately went to the front desk, and the clerk agreed the room was unacceptable but said there were no other rooms available. It was late at night, and as a single older traveler, I was forced to search for another hotel at a much higher cost, on top of what I had already paid through Hotels.com. The next day, the manager refused to answer or return Hotels.com’s calls regarding my refund. Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Amanda, was the only helpful person — she contacted regional management and was able to get two of my three nights refunded. However, since I did not stay even one night, I am now forced to dispute the remaining charge through my credit card company. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. The cleanliness was unacceptable, management unresponsive, and I expected far better from a Wyndham-branded property and from Hotels.com’s partner network.

This was awful. I can’t believe it has the Wyndham name associated with it. There was stuff splattered on the bedroom ceiling & also wall of shower above tile. It came off with wiping, so no excuse for it to be there. Floors were cringe worthy. The rug had stains & the bathroom corners were filled with dirt. We asked that the shampoo & body wash be refilled in our room & that didn’t happen. Coffee in room was not replaced after the 1st day. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in & I’ve stayed in hundreds. Yuck!

Checked into our room, pulled back the blankets on the bed and the sheet had a big stain on it. Immediately grossed out I thought it would be a good idea to check the rest of the bed. Pulled up the corner of the box spring and immediately saw bed bugs crawling around the seams. Went to front desk and she admitted the management was new and the "bug guy" had just been there within the last week. Highly discourage this property.

Hotel was decent. Room was normal. Only issue was roaches - yep - there were many. First time we've ever had that in any hotel. Our room was in the "old" building and by an outside door. Basically, had it none been for that, I would have given it a much better rating - I just don't do bugs.

Don't stay here unless you like bed bugs and like walking across the street to use another hotels pool. Even though you wake up with 8 bites on your body and find a bed bug they will only offer for you to put your clothes in their dryers, NO refund! They also let me put our dog bed in their dryer. So if you can imagine them washing sheets and then putting them in their dryer full of my dog hair now. Happy sleeping!

This is an older property but it's been well kept. It is clean, quiet and in a relatively safe quiet neighborhood from what I could tell. Our one complaint was the a/c. It was very loud and not very cool, so our night was not restful at all unfortunately.

Staff was great. Had problems with stool not flushing properly. Staff showed that the handel needed to be pushed up. Which i have never had to do. Air conditioner made terrible noise. Did not sleep well. Checked out a day early. Was told there are plans to up grade.

Someone working at Super 8 had canceled my reservation earlier in the day for some reason (I did not call or cancel) BUT the person working the front desk was able to go ahead & reserve the room back & for the same rate. I am not sure she was able to show that I went thru hotels.com for the reservation but I do appreciate that Super 8 was able to honor the same rate and find me a room. The room itself was a little small but sufficient for my grandson & I. It was very clean and I did not smell any of the smells in the hall or rooms that others have commented on. I found everything clean & fresh. The television had alot of channels to choose from. The pool was awesome and very clean! The breakfast was good with several selections. It was located conveniently to some unique antique/outlet shops & to Bennett Springs State Park. Again, special kuddos to the front desk clerk for making what could have been a stressful check-in, not stressful. I even called to confirm the reservation the evening before I arrived & it probably helped that at check-in, the same person was working & remembered my call. I am still confused at why and who canceled it but at check-in, she said it appeared someone there had canceled it. I hope they resolve that problem because if they had been full, the outcome could have caused me to be looking for another room at a late hour with a 5 year old. As it all worked out, I will stay here again in the future and I would recommend it to others!

There was one sweet girl at the front desk, I'm not sure of her name. My husband, son, father in law and I only stayed one night but whoever is in charge of bookings and reservations needs re-trained, badly. My husband, son, father in law and I only stayed one night but whoever is in charge of bookings and reservations needs re-trained, badly. When I arrived at 11:30 pm the staff wanted a $250 cash deposit with no notice because my drivers licenece had Lebanon address and "those are the rules". She would not take a debit or credit card for the "deposit" I explained that I did not reside in Lebanon and had very recently moved 800 miles away. After approximately a half an hour discussion with the front desk person explaining that I WILL NOT be handing over $250 in cash she finally checked me into my fully paid for room.

I had asked for a ground floor room but when my husband checked in they gave him a second floor room. I have a slight mobility issue but can manage stairs if I take it slow enough. I asked the clerk where the elevator was and she said they didn't have one. I made a comment about how I had asked for a ground floor room but oh well. She immediately stopped me and said the reservation didn't say that but she would check and see if they had one available. They did and she very happily moved us to a ground floor. THAT is customer service! The breakfast was small but adequate. They actually did room service every day.

This is an older hotel, but very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were placed in a first floor room near an exit, so we could take our dog outside easily. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great, inexpensive, dog-friendly hotel for an overnight stay while traveling.

Everything was fine, Basic hotel. The room looked clean, the young girl at the front desk was really sweet. The only thing id like to see updated is the breakfast, they do have biscuits and gravy, it was good, and a machine that makes pancakes. Muffins, ect, would like to have, eggs or waffles. We stay here once a year. Thanks.

This hotel is under renovations and I think the construction workers are living on site. Breakfast was sub par for my taste and I don’t have high standards. Biscuits and gravy was the extent of the hot breakfast, no eggs or meat.

Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Plus side no bugs seen. The room was okay. The TV didnt work, the toilet didnt always flush, sink slow to drain but the shower worked well. One of the trash cans were full from previous to us. Breakfast was not appealing so we didnt even try it. I do not think I will stay here again. I think for the amount that was charged it could've been a lot better.

I travel for a living and stay in many hotels but this was a personal vacation so my family was involved with multiple rooms rented. The woman who checked us in was absolutely amazing - kind, helpful and very attentive to our needs. We were instructed that the pool was closed and we’d have to go down the street to another hotel that was owned by the same man. We were 2000 miles into our journey and specifically chose this hotel for the pool and location in proximity to where we needed to be. This was an inconvenience but not horrible. Upon arriving at the other hotel on a 97degree day they instructed us that their guests came first and we’d have to wait but that the pool closed in two hours so we probably wouldn’t get a turn. My grandbabies were bawling and there were no swim parks within a decent distance that would be open by the time we arrived. We asked the original woman who checked us in to be notified if there became room available and if they would let it stay open longer. We later had to ask again and were able to swim from 10 pm to 11:30 pm. This was very late and a very big inconvenience that could have been avoided had the company put the information on the website about the pool being closed. We had a used tissue in our ice bucket and a toothbrush package on our bathroom floor. The door to room 134 was broken and very difficult to lift to shut as I just had back surgery. Most super 8 are great. The front desk lady was amazing.
