Easy access, nice room for the price, had room to park a trailer

Quiet, great parking, water is hot and receptionist is very nice

I can't recall ever staying in such a place before. A cup was left in the microwave. There was hair sticking out of the shower drain. The TV remote was sticky so I opted to not use the TV. The bed seemed okay sheets were clean and mattress was firm. The fridge seemed to be in good order and larger than some in other hotel rooms. This was the only room I could find in the area so I was thankful to have a bed to sleep on while attending a festival it was definitely a no frills.

Nothing was good about the property. The room had mold growing and the world’s stiffest bed. This was a place to stay out of necessity and was not worth the price we paid

It’s a great place. They keep everything very clean as a family atmosphere. You feel like you’re at home.

This property is very aged. The office staff was friendly and did put us in a corner room which was farthest from the road. This is an old school motor inn. The room was decently clean but cobwebs in and out of the room. Small things would make a big difference here like replacing a broken shower rod and bathroom window shades, and a new shower curtain. Looks like lots of paint has been used over the years as a "spruce up".

Don’t go here!! What a dump!! Filthy room! We left and got our money back (hopefully!!) because it was so disgusting!! Dirty sheets, carpets were stained very badly, bathroom was filthy!

This is a simple but clean place to stay. No frills but also no bugs or disgusting things in rooms.

The first room had spiders and dog hair all over the bed and when I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do one and gave us another room.

We had scheduled a two-night stay at the Valley inn and ended up only staying one night. Blood stains on unwashed sheet! We had to ask for new sheet. This was late at night or else, we would have went elsewhere immediately. First we were told the stains were old and had been washed and then when we went to the office and told them we weren't staying the second night and wanted to be refunded for night #2, we were told the stains looked fresh, which we interpreted as being accusatory. At this point it was late at night, it was cold outside and we decided you just sleep in our clothes and hope for the best. In the morning we were given a refund for our second night stay and moved on. Any other establishment would have refunded both nights and apologized profusely, but the proprietary of this dump did neither. We filed a complaint with the department of health.

The rooms are generally run down and there was no soap or coffee pot in the coffee machine in the room, which seems like a ploy to save money by the family that owns and runs this place. When I went to check in, the dad was out in the parking lot, pacing back and forth across the lot while the youngest daughter of the family was being taught how to check someone in by a non-english speaking woman at the front desk. After I checked in for a 4 night stay, I was told I need to pay a $100 cash deposit, even though this was not mentioned when I reserved the room and I didn't have any cash on me. The non-english speaking woman kept repeating sentences in a foreign language, but adding the word "deposit" until the daughter said I would need to drop off the deposit the next day and that there is an atm across the street. On these work trips, I'm generally working from 6am to 7pm every day, so I'm not sure if that ATM (in a bank lobby, not my bank) would be open when I'm done with work for the day. Throughout the check-in process, I got the general feeling that the people at the front desk were the customers, and I was the business owner. They treated me like I was the inconvenience for just wanting a hassle-free check-in to a room after a 10 hour drive from Idaho.

Horrible place to stay. Looked like a 60’s motel that was never maintained.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. I know some other reviews have knocked the front office staff for their friendliness or lack of and for the cleanliness of the ribs. I however had a different experience. My flight was delayed by a couple hours and didn't get to the hotel till 11:45 p.m. the front office staff stayed up late and made sure that we got into our room. I am super thankful of her for doing that. As to the rooms themselves, the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is a little old and dated and yes could probably use some tender loving care. But for the price I paid I got exactly what I expected and was satisfied.

We didn't have a fridge in our room and didn't have a hair dryer, thought a staff person did loan us her hairdryer. The first room they put us in was supposedly smoke free and it wasn't, we did switch to different room.

If you’re not willing to learn a new language or use Google translate probably not the place for you, family oriented place. It’s quiet there so if you’re a light sleeper like me go there. Some rooms are still being re-done but budget friendly.

The television only had one channel. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, literally. No water came out of the spigot. There was no microwave in the room and i had to ask for coffee for the coffee machine. They also required a $100 cash deposit at time of check in. The room was very basic, no extra blankets or toiletry items. Very much a disappointment from my stay there last year.

Booking was easy. We had a very late checking 2:47 am and the staff was there for us. I had trouble contacting them via text or email but I was in an area with no cell service. I was able to leave a phone message. Upon arrival we were able to check in seamlessly. I was so grateful! The properfy is aged but is clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic amenities is all there is but that is all we wanted anyway. Bring your own blow dryer if you need one.. Thank you Valley Inn!

The office staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Very nice folks.

We arrived at 11:30pm front desk staff was Rude, demanded a $100 cash deposit,.Upon checkout, same clerk was dismissive, and to busy to say thank you. Overall the property looked poorly maintained, over grown,

No one was there to help when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes. The place is not in good shape. The lady was very rude and yelled at us to check out 15 minutes before checkout.

The staff was friendly and helpful but had a hard time with English. I would certainly go back. Nice place.

We needed a quick, easy and affordable place to stay for one night on our long drive and the Valley Inn was perfect! Everyone we met was kind, helpful and welcoming. It was a great stay!
