Inn at Lebanon - Hershey & Manheim area

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very nice. Otherwise, not a great experience. My parents had a mouse in their room and we found a roach in our room. It was very dingy and rundown. They didn’t tell us that the free breakfast is in a small area that’s not part of the diner. I don’t think you can bring your food to your room. The beds were comfortable and the temperature of the room was good. The place didn’t smell very good and the shower water was so loud. Would not stay here again.

There was rodents in my room

Convenient location, met the standard needs. I liked a microwave and fridge in room. Bed was comfy. Liked having a diner attached. Could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of dirt clumps or dead bugs in the light of the bathroom. Aside from that everything was fine.

The stay was terrible. The lady at the front desk had an attitude problem. There was no washers and dryers to do laundry, there was no couch in my room. They only would give me one extra pillow, and 2 extra towels. The online reservation said about having a pool, but did not specify that the pool was not inside. They then proceeded to tell me and my 6 year old son that we couldnt play with the squirt guns that we bought specifically to use at the so called pool. They had a phone in the room, but no paper or labels telling you what extensions calls where. Not even for the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very rude. And had this really annoyed look on her face everytime I had to come and ask her a question. The ice floor is only on the 1st floor which is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. Completely unimpressed.

The “complimentary hot breakfast buffet” was cereal, a few slices of bread, and an apple. Thankfully, there was a diner attached to the hotel so we ate there, but only once because my eggs were uncooked and it took 20 minutes to get new ones. The hallway on our floor was dark and smelled heavily of cigarettes. The room smelled better once the AC was on. Our room was mostly renovated, but the curtains were kinda gross, the tv’s picture wasn’t clear, and there was a bug in the bathroom that looked like a roach. I would’ve taken a picture but it crawled back into the wall before I could. Thankfully the bed was clean and everything looked fresh and new or we would’ve left right away.
