Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa

The location is fantastic - across the street from the water. The town is pretty with lots of interesting dining options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is awesome. The spa and fitness center are excellent also. The only slight inconvenience is the free parking is mostly in a public lot across the street from the hotel. But there is plenty of it.

The hotel & rooms are dated inside but outside view is realy nice.

The rooms themselves were clean and very spacious but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Unhelpful staff, run down hotel in need of painting, refurbishing and no open bar (open only at the weekend). Breakfast was ok though. Wouldn’t return.
