Best Western Plus Lexington Inn

Parking does not seem to accommodate everyone.

This hotel is tucked into a tight area between other buildings. Parking is problematic. The front desk was friendly. Our room was o.k. but was tired. The A/C was noisy and turned on and off all night with a gurgling noise. The bed was o.k. but had lumpy pillows. We asked to have our room made up and they replaced towels and emptied garbage (except they did not remove old cups of coffee and other items) and did not make up the bed. We used this hotel for the Masters which worked out o.k.

Parking was a bit crowded but other than that it was a good stay.

I could not use the pool my whole 10 day stay. Bottom of pool was brown when it should be blue. It has not been cleaned. I picked this hotel cause it said it had a pool. Very disappointed it was dirty. When I told lady at front desk all she said was I’ll tell manager. I told her twice during my stay and they never cleaned it. Not coming back here.

Easy check in. Parking was a challenge coming in late at night. Property may have been full but not a lot of parking available in rear parking lot. Rooms were not well insulated and heard every door close on first floor. TV had screen problems. One night stay so didn’t request room change.

Clean property, clean room, offered laundry room with cheap prices for laundry, as well as fitness room, close to restaurants and coffeehouses, stores, etc. Staff was friendly, pool was clean, the tub was clean, linens and towels were clean, the mini fridge and microwave were clean. I was able to cast my phone to the tv. My son and I were very happy guests.

Hotel was good. Parking not so much. There is parking but not so much in front of hotel. I think the staff used the handicap parking. Parking behind hotel seem a little scary.

Incredibly clean rooms! Safe area and close to shops and dining options. This by far has been the best hotel I've ever stayed at! Bummer the pool wasn't working but other than that they get 20 stars on my book :)

It’s a busy area! Parking is sufficient but in demand.

This was a great hotel to stay in for our family trip. Everything was so clean! They came everyday to clean our room and to make sure we didn't need anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.We loved that they had somewhere to do our laundry and a gym to workout anytime we wanted, which was also very clean. The breakfast was also very yummy and had a great variety to choose from. We will definitely stay here again. Great job!

The clerk was nice but my problem was she never gave me a layout about the hotel- like what time breakfast was served, where the fitness room or elevator was. Parking was horrible. If you don’t get there early you don’t get good parking. In the back of the hotel there’s a parking lot but was full with boats and cords running all in the lot. They had a second row of parking which was no lights at all back there so it was pitch dark. There was a fire pit but didn’t work. It’s surrounded around a lot of restaurants and stores which was great but it’s hard getting out of there. It was a weekend trip so early Saturday morning was woken up by and housekeeping knocking hard on doors. This was my first time at this location and will be the last. The tub could have used a good cleaning because there was like around the tub. A lot of dust over the beds was tacky. I read the amenities online but wasn’t sure if they really had what they said because I wasn’t told about anything which kinda pissed me off. I travel a lot and this was different.

2 night stay Room was ready when we got there...needs some deep cleaning to non visible areas ( under the bed, under the shower trays, headboard behind pillows, window sill and tops of light fixtures. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 a.m., but is actually 6:30, food was good, area was clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy with no issues. On a scale of 10, I'd give it a 7.5....I would stay there again, without hesitation.

Very clean room and helpful friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. The staff was amazing and very friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast was very good and so was the cook. Overall I would recommend Best Western Plus to my family and friends if they ever visited.Again overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean room.

There were dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling, hairs in the shower, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The room was cozy and quiet.

Got checked in everything was fine. Went to my room immediately hit with a smell of just nasty like teenage boys just left. The floor was so sticky my shoes wouldn’t stop sticking to it. Went into the bathroom there was a damn cockroach on the floor laying down on its back. Clearly had been there for a while. So I go back out to ask them how to get out of this and they were with another customer so I browsed the snacks and grabbed a few thinking I could say something while checking out but still there was more customers so I said to myself well you can call from your room. So I go back and call the front desk and give them a brief explanation and ask ya know how do I get out of this because I’m not staying and the man says oh you’ll have to call the booking website that you used and they can handle it I said ok! So I hang up call the booking they don’t pickup. So I use their chat person on their website and they basically said no the front desk was suppose to handle this and they kept on about how they don’t think I can get out of this I finally said look I’m literally packing my car back up I’ve been on the road for almost 14hrs and it’s dang near midnight and I have to find another place to sleep and stay for almost a week if you need to charge me for one night but I’ve been here less than a literal hr and haven’t even sat down on the bed then do that but at least don’t charge me for the other nights and then at that point the chat agreed to let me.

Wish they could have some better pillows. The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, clean, neat, modern looking. Jordan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Room was somewhat smallish in comparison to newer properties, but certainly adequate for our needs. Plenty of Wi-Fi speed. Good blackout curtains. The online reservation site promised a roll in shower, which matters for me, but it was not. Minor frustration. The king bed was very comfortable, though it’s significantly lower than most hotel beds. The TV remote should have a brief training course.’Never did get it under control. Parking fills up well before they reach capacity with no good plan B. We’d stay again, even with the little irritations. JPB

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated tile flooring in the room rather than carpet. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was booked solid. The staff were friendly. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Breakfast was a welcome treat. Centrally located to Columbia, Lake Murray and Lexington proper.

Bed was uncomfortable and air conditioner shut off most of the night. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

This place is amazing, the value and amenities you get is awesome. The rooms have been updated.

The bed squeaked whenever someone moved and the AC was very noisy. Every couple of hours the fridge emitted a high pitch whine. The staff were wonderful and it was all very clean.

Excellent and friendly staff. Front desk was manned at all times. Rooms were clean and linens fresh. Felt very safe here. No complaints at all. Will recommend and stay here again if ever in Lexington and needing a place.

Very disappointing. Staff is rude

Every employee I encountered was pleasant, professional, and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and recommend it to my friends and family members.

Woman at the front desk for check in was super welcoming, She went out of her way to explain everything that was available to us during our stay. She was a breath of fresh air after a day on the road. I have never felt so safe and comfortable in a hotel. Walked to Applebees and had a great dinner. Excellent stay.

Staff was accommodating and helpful. I slept great. Breakfast was great.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. I required a slightly later checkout which they approved without charging, and allowed me to then use their conference room for a meeting. Breakfast was good, the coffee machine in the front lobby was great. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff, manager/owner was amazing. Air conditioning was not working and he came from home at 9:30pm to change out the entire air conditioner to a new one. Took a total of 10 minutes. Never seen anything like it. Otherwise, you can tell it has been a refurbished hotel, not perfect, but exceptional service.

We had a flight delay after midnight and unfortunately our room was cancelled due to this, but the night auditor was very quick and attentive to resolving the issue with the 3rd party booking and got us taken care of. Very pleased with his customer service and willingness to get us into a room as quick as possible! Very friendly staff when we left and entered the property. Would stay again if needed and in the area.

The area of the hotel was in a location where things were not far so it was nice to have many eating options

Great spot! Not far off Rt. 20, very clean, staff was super friendly, tons of food and stores all around. Great place to stay if you are in the area!

The daily breakfasts were outstanding! Eggs, meat, pancakes, fruit and breads. A complete full breakfast as well as a coffee / latte station 24 hours. Since there is only one driveway in and out of the property off of Sunset Dr., getting out of the place can be a challenge because Sunset is SO busy every hour of the day. Ask the front desk staff how to avoid the tie-up by using a secret 'back way' that will bring you out onto Sunset at a traffic light. Will definitely stay here again. A good value.

Nice room but heater was very loud when it ran. Breakfast was poor quality.

Staff is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Very clean. Great hot breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful. The server for our morning meal was friendly and cheerful. She had all the food well stocked and ready, it made our stay there so nice.
