Front desk would not help my wife correct the reservation to her name. Instead, they denied her to check in and made zero attempt to help her contact Hotels.com to resolve. My wife (Princess) had me find another property and the same issue almost occurred again. There’s a situation when making a reservation on the Hotels site where if you leave the reservations page before booking and come back, the name of the guest reverts back to the site manager (me…Blake) instead of my wife. (Princess). I realized this after making the second reservation and called the property before she arrived. Fortunately at the Wingate, the front desk allowed the name change back to Princess. I want a refund for $145 or I’m done with Hotels.

The room wasn’t cleaned well: hair in the bathtub/shower; dust on furniture. I wasn’t impressed.

Breakfast was simple and fresh. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean but outdated.
