Staff is friendly, rooms clean No problem parking

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. Several areas of mildew on the bathroom walls and hair on the floor upon checkin. I definitely think there could be better housekeeping and maintenance.

When we checked into our room, the bathroom was moldy and had black mold on the ceiling and in the tile as well as throughout the room. The room had a damp andmoist smell. We decided to check out early the next morning after breakfast and found boiled sausage links and a small bowl of scrambled eggs was all that was left by 8:30 AM. The room had trash underneath the table when we arrived, and the floors were dirty. Just overall not what I expected from such a high end hotel. The 9/10 reviews could not be more far off, unfortunately.

the bed was clean but the bathroom was nasty had hair and also wasn’t clean the ceiling was not good
