This hotel became home after a long motorcycle ride with some friends that day. The lobby was very nice, clean and welcoming. The pool was a perfect addition to the deal and the room was amazing. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Clean rooms, kind staff, breakfast refilled quickly. Busy but surprisingly quiet! Pool looked great although we didn't use it. Can't wait to use fitness room and pool next time! Soft towels, good water pressure, good water temperature. Parking tight but good. Walking distance to credit union and restaurant.

It was ok not worth the $135 per night I paid. The gym equipment was mostly broken. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Overall not bad but not worth the price.

Property still does not have Pool/Spa open - appears this has been an issue for a while. Indoor Pool, so looks like it would be nice one opened. Fitness room appeared nice and clean and well appointed. Breakfast area was nice, although breakfast options somewhat limited. Rooms large and clean - excellent water pressure. Appears recently updated - there is some residual construction smell (carpet/wallpaper adhesive). One of the better "budget" options in Lexington.

The hot tub wasn’t hot Luke warm at best and the pool was locked even though it wasn’t supposed to be. The rooms are a bit rundown. Stains on the walls in the shower. The breakfast wasn’t great. I’ve stayed here before in the past and everything was much better then. Not sure what changed.

My wife and i stayed for 10 days. Our room was great. We had a king bed suite with a couch. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. House keeping came every day to refresh towels and clean up. We used the gym everday. Unfortunately the weight machine was broken and unusable. They have some hand weights but no bench ro use them on. We were able to get by. Breakfast was the same every morning with some microwaved scrambled eggs and sausage patties.

Very dirty place and room. I don’t understand the reviews saying it is clean. Could not have the air on DT the mildew moldy air condition/heating unit. Windows have condensation between the glass. Can’t see out.

Only a couple of things kept my review from being excellent in all regards. 1) The elevator rug was filthy for our entire 2 night stay and 2) our bathroom looked a bit shabby in that the wallpaper was peeling, mold was all around the tub, and the front of the vanity looked a bit "beat up". On a positive note the desk manager for our check-in was most accommodating. Our initial room assignment put us into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the desk manager immediately put us in another room.

Room was not very clean, bathroom had a few different hair types on surfaces, blow dryer didnt have an on/off switch, desk surface was grimy. No fan in the bathroom. Elevators were dirty. The staff at this facility is phenomenal! My arrival time was greatly delayed by an emergency before I left home. I called to let them know I’d be arriving after midnight after dropping a horse off at vet school in Pa. I got to the hotel around 2:30 AM, my paperwork was waiting and took less than 2 minutes and I was off to my room! Travis checked me in so quickly, I really appreciate the extra mile he went to, to make a long day/night a little better.

The staff at this facility is phenomenal! My arrival time was greatly delayed by an emergency before I left home. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we went to check in. There was a sign saying they stepped away, but we waited 20+ minutes. We he returned, there was no greeting at all. He didn’t say Hello, let alone apologize for the wait. I finally told him we’d like to check in before he acknowledged us.

Ruby Tuesday's is right next door and Walmart is nearby. Washington and Lee University is 2 miles (5 minutes) away. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Pool and hot tub both clean. Staff were nice and very helpful. The only downside for our 4 day stay there was they served the exact same not so good breakfast everyday. Scrambled eggs and sausage. You could also eat a thawed out waffle if you toasted it in toaster. However, there is a waffle house across the street and a Ruby Tuesday right next door.

I gave 3 stars because the WI-FI kept kicking all 3 of my devices off. When I brought it up to the front desk person upon check out all she said was it mist have been a problem with my device. If it would have been just one of my devices then may I could believe that. Also the breakfast was not the greatest and they did not have any waffle or pancake maker.

The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. All amenities I look for were present (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, adequate free parking.) Breakfast was varied and bountiful. The facility and rooms offered more than other hotels in the same price range. I would definitely stay here again.

The king bed room was comfortable & roomy with an exceptional side chair & ottoman. Bedding/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel itself just seems a little tired. Our big disappointment was the breakfast. It was very minimal. Yes, they had a bowl of scrambled eggs, but... No oatmeal except instant pkgs. No waffles except packages to microwave. No fresh muffins or pastries & no bananas. No orange juice but sealed cups of cranberry drink. Not what we expected from a chain we trusted.

Great stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very limited, but was okay. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Everything was really good. My only recommendation would be to serve a variety of hot food items for people staying longer. It was tiresome having sausage and powdered eggs for breakfast.

Room was ok. Bathroom was clean, but outdated. We typically book a hotel with free breakfast so we can grab a quick bite and be on our way. And we're not picky, even a bagel will do. This hotel advertised breakfast from 6a-10a. We were heading out around 9:15-9:30 and there was no breakfast. Not sure if there ever was any or they cleaned up early or what. But if you advertise until 10a, it should be until 10a.

Very nice hotel, clean, convenient and affordable. Breakfast left a little to be desired. We were in the dining room about 6:15 / 6:30 AM. One other person was there to dine. Only one serving left IN the egg warmer, Just 5 sausage patties left. No yogurt in the fridge. We had to ask at desk to refill the warmers. We waited 15 minutes for any service. This is unacceptable.

Helpful and polite staff, bathrooms are outdated, property needs maintenance. Ceiling was leaking right on us while we sat at the breakfast table. No cones or signs flagging the leak under missing ceiling tiles. Room ceiling had spider webs and window glass was dirty blocking the beautiful view

The bathroom had black mold around the tub and the room didn’t get vacuumed during our 4 day stay but beds were made and towels were put in each morning. The coffee was good. Breakfast was very basic.

The room was beautiful with plenty of places to sit but there were no end tables by the seating. The tv claimed to be smart but wasn’t. I was really surprised that I couldn’t access Netflix etc.
