Quality Inn Lexington

Parking was good, AC was great, Property address is listed across the street On-line, however staff indicated property had moved from old address listed. Lighting on outside was VERY BRIGHT...our room nearly daylight, making it not very restful.

Pluses: Staff courteous. Room comfortable. Beds fine. Mixing Faucet not properly attached to the sink. So it was not easy to use. Second night no hot water. We thought we should receive some discount accommodation for the inconvenience of cold showers. But they deferred to Hotels.com for that consideration. If that is not offered through the app we are not likely to use it again.

Driveway was bumpy and horrible. Had a hard time sleeping, the lights outside were way to bright, hard a room darkening blind but the light shines in around it, could walk around the room without turn the lights on at night. Also it took 10-15 minutes before the water got hot to take a shower, was starting to think they had no hot water.
