The overall stay was great and staff was wonderful. We did not require any daily room services as we were there for a family gathering and really only slept in the room each night. What we did notice is that it is not necessarily set up to accommodate seniors with disabilities, as it is an older hotel, i.e., no automatic front door entrance, elevator to 2nd floor, luggage carts, or bathroom with ADA standard facilities, etc. We did not realize that when we booked, but they were very accommodating to change our room to the first floor and we were very appreciative of that. As for the rest, we are of the generation that we know how to roll with it, because in our minds we are both still in our twenties, our bodies just act and feel in our seventies! All was good and we enjoyed our stay at Super 8 and our visit with family.

We were just passing through so it was located where we needed to stop and had a great price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The surrounding area was not great. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was out of order.

At early check in told only on second floor were one bed rooms. Downstairs under construction remodeling. Pool was empty closed for maintenance. We are seniors stairs are not that easy especially carrying our bags.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 6 and waited 27minutes for someone to come to the front desk (I even tried calling the hotel and the phone just rang as it sat on the counter). When the employee finally came to the desk he told us our room would be available ’shortly’ after he finished cleaning it. There was hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the curtain was broken, the doorknob to the bathroom was broken and the entire hotel smelled like weed. The back of the toilet where the lid attaches still had hair and ‘moisture’ on it. Bedspreads were stained and had holes in them. There were piles of what looked like gravel on the pool deck and the chlorine smell was so harsh on the pool area we choose not to swim. We have stayed at Super 8s in the past and they’ve been comfortable and clean. This location does not meet either criteria.

It was a horrible hotel. No elevator. Kept trying to put me in a smoking room when I kept saying no. The room AC barely worked. The fridge didn’t work. The walls going up the stairs had liquid stains all over it. Will never stay there again.

Just to begin with this is the second review I fill out about the same staying. Sink clogged, bathtub clogged, bathtub dirty, there is a gray line all arround, bathroom door does not latched, shower curtain to short, so there was watter all over the bathroom, heater too noisy, tv remote not working properly. Terrible room.

as we walked in to check in, overcome by the smell of marijuanna! poor lighting as we got to the second floor. light at other end of hallway was flickering which made it feel like a scary movie. upon entering room, window wasnt shut completely and there was a big water stain on the bathroom ceiling. funky smell we couldnt identify. comforter on bed was stained and had burns on it. mirror looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. tv picture was blurry and almost gave you a headache watching it. DEFINATELY WONT be staying here again

Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming! I stayed an extra night due to storms ahead in my travels.....no problem! The house keeping staff does an excellent job. I can't wait to stay here again. I almost wanted to stay another night because the bed and pillows were so comfortable!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I travel a lot and this is by far the worse!! I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they made me take a room with a king bed for 3 adults!! Said since my service dog is more than 20 lbs than they have to charge me for animal fee. They even got a copy of my service dog paperwork!! The check in clerk was rude cuz I had a hard time understanding him with his accent and I'm profoundly deaf.

Said since my service dog is more than 20 lbs than they have to charge me for animal fee. They even got a copy of my service dog paperwork!! The check in clerk was rude cuz I had a hard time understanding him with his accent and I'm profoundly deaf.

We were just passing through so it was located where we needed to stop and had a great price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The surrounding area was not great. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was out of order.

It was a pretty typical super 8. A little outdated, but we needed a place that 5 of us could stay in one room together and this fit the bill. The suite had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The breakfast is just a continental- a few pieces of fruit and some packaged honey buns, coffee or juice. It served our purposes.

The room had a musty smell, but was otherwise very clean. Towels and linens were serviceable. Breakfast was adequate. The largest annoyance was having to repeat all of the online checkin activities upon arrival. Doing the online checkin was a waste of time and effort.

Halls vacuumed in center, corner and edge areas visibly dirty. Half of bathroom floor was entirely missing grout between tile. Hair on “clean” towels in bathroom. No coffee, waffle maker did not work. Apple juice empty. Little offering for any sort of breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean and quiet however my issue was with my key card which kept being disabled. This was very annoying considering my room was upstairs and at the end of the hallway. I would have to comeback down and get it reactivated, This happened everyday. The AC unit in the room seems to be regulated it would stay off for long periods of time even though the room was warming up and when it came on it stayed on for approx 10 minutes and then go off for a longtime. The on and off times were pretty consistent. At night the unit didnt come on that much at all.

Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating stay. Breakfast was consistently disappointing. The coffee tasted like hot water, the apple juice was broken, and the orange juice tasted extremely diluted. One morning the waffle batter was so watered down it would not cook properly, and another morning the automatic coffee machine was completely out of all six coffee options. The room also had maintenance issues. There was no ice bucket or ice bag provided, the outlet used for the microwave was dead, and my key cards stopped working more than once. Both cards failed again when I returned late from a game. Unfortunately, the front desk employee I dealt with regarding the keys was extremely unwelcoming and made a simple request for assistance feel like an inconvenience. Checkout morning was the final frustration. Checkout was at 11 a.m., yet messages started around 6 a.m., followed by multiple reminders and a phone call while I was working and packing. Despite having a Do Not Disturb sign up, staff then knocked because they wanted my car moved for mowing. This had never been communicated in advance. They could have mentioned it at check-in, left a notice the day before, or included it in one of the many checkout messages. The individual problems were small, but together they showed poor maintenance, communication, and customer service. I would not stay here again.

When I checked in I was required to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the room which was not in any of the emails or anything that they sent me leading up to the day of my stay. I paid the deposit in cash but everything else on my card. Once I checked out they told me that I would receive the deposit on my card within 4 days. I haven’t received the deposit and whenever I call they say the same thing.The room had a STRONG fragrance when i walked in my room from a plug in that was plugged in. The toilet wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and they came and kind of fixed it. The toilet was low to the ground. Probably lower than the tub. I will NEVER stay here again!!!
