It's convient, quiet and they dont make you pay a huge deposit or a huge pet fee. Plus it was one of the cheapest rooms I could find at $87 after tax before the small deposit and pet fee. The service was adequate they weren't very friendly and you can tell its an older building. The some of the towels were stained and had an old cooking oil smell on some of them. The toliet was leaking water behind it and some of the lights in the room didn't work and the a/c took from 2pm until 2am to finally get the room cool and comfortable. The walls and diors were banged up and i saw a couple baby roaches that I had to kill. The fridge was brand new and the tv microwave and shower all worked great. And the room was clean but I wouldnt pay more then $50 a night for a room at this place.

This place is disgusting. Both dead and alive roaches in my room. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even wash the towels between me and the last tenant, as they were discolored and stained. The comforter was covered in white stains. I would genuinely be embarrassed to sell a room in this condition. I chose this hotel because it was cheap and in a convenient location, please do not do this. There is a nonzero chance that I walk away from this hotel with bed bugs. Please do not go to this hotel, it needs to be burnt down, turned into an EPA superfund site, and the former owners arrested.

The desk ladies were very nice and professional. The room was musty. The phone was dirty and sticky. There was some substance stuck to the wall next to the headboard. There was dirt built up in the corners of the bathroom. Sand in the bed.

I would never stay here again. My check in clerk was in workout gear and did not have the time of day to really interact. The appearance left me disappointed. Nothing seemed organized in the surrounding workspace. Papers everywhere and a food container sitting out in the open. My room was not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. There were stains in the sheets, comforter, bathtub floor, and carpets. the air conditioner sounded like there was running water in it, the curtains had electrical tape covering a hole I suppose which left me wondering if it was a bullet hole and the stains on the bed were cleaned up blood stains. I stayed the night only because my fiance and I were exhausted and simply did not have the energy to attempt a refund which I would not likely receive nor try to find somewhere else to stay for an additional cost. Side note: My son told me that he was specifically told to never stay in this motel.

There was nothing unique except the fact they think filth is OK. A cockroach was on the bathroom wall and one crawled on my wife's arm. The carpet could not be walked on with bare feet it was so filthy. The fact that you as a corporation even recommend this place is disgusting and unconscionable. We had to go and stay with some people we barley met.

When I stayed the Wifi didn’t work, only one lamp worked in my room, the ac unit stopped around 7pm and didn’t turn on when I switched it to low temperature and the lights in the walkway which are left on all night and shines in the room.

When I arrived, some woman in the car told me that the office was in the back building. After I started walking back there she got out of her car and said no you better come to the front. So I went to the front. I got into my room and sadly There was no thermostat in the room was freezing and there were not enough blankets. Further, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, so the hairdryer did not work and fourthly. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. And lastly, the curtains did not even close properly, and there was actually some man looking in part of the window that I couldn’t close once I got into bed. Not a good experience

Sink faucet sprays water on your chest, bathroom door coming apart, and WiFi wouldn’t work for three days. I spoke to the manager and asked him to reboot the router. He refused saying it was working for his office. My cellphone connected to other public WiFi systems nearby with ease. We travel to the area twice yearly, but will never stay at Rodeway again.

The night clerk was very nice that checked us in but the owner was very obnoxious when checking out and did not give back my deposit after he stated that he posted it back I would never stay here again and will tell everyone that I know not to go there there were a few dead bugs in the room on the floor

When I arrived, some woman in the car told me that the office was in the back building. After I started walking back there she got out of her car and said no you better come to the front. So I went to the front. I got into my room and sadly There was no thermostat in the room was freezing and there were not enough blankets. Further, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, so the hairdryer did not work and fourthly. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. And lastly, the curtains did not even close properly, and there was actually some man looking in part of the window that I couldn’t close once I got into bed. Not a good experience

It's convient, quiet and they dont make you pay a huge deposit or a huge pet fee. Plus it was one of the cheapest rooms I could find at $87 after tax before the small deposit and pet fee. The service was adequate they weren't very friendly and you can tell its an older building. The some of the towels were stained and had an old cooking oil smell on some of them. The toliet was leaking water behind it and some of the lights in the room didn't work and the a/c took from 2pm until 2am to finally get the room cool and comfortable. The walls and diors were banged up and i saw a couple baby roaches that I had to kill. The fridge was brand new and the tv microwave and shower all worked great. And the room was clean but I wouldnt pay more then $50 a night for a room at this place.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in! Very dirty! Drug dealers in the parking lot. Roaches across the bed. I asked for a refund and will never stay here again. Very run down!

I liked that you could have pets. I hated the filth and the way it was so unkept. No coffee pots in the room and no coffee in the office. Got up at 7:00 went to get coffee there were two cups and no coffee. She said they ran out

If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare feet after the shower I had to clean my feet again before getting dressed. The place needs to definitely improve on security as the door isn't secure to the room, but again I got what I paid for.
