Chesa Martina is located in the upper part of La Punt, a quiet Engadine village. The location is ideal for those seeking peace without giving up the services of the village: the station and bus stop are about 600 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns facilities, connected to the entire Corviglia ski area, are 12 km away, while St. Moritz is reachable in about 15 km. The accommodation, approximately 150 m² in size, is located on the third floor of a multi-family house (without a lift) and is spread over two levels. The living area includes a spacious and bright living room with a dining area. The kitchen, equipped with a table, is well-equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The second level, a mezzanine accessible via an internal staircase, houses a second small living room and the entire sleeping area. Here there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a double room with single beds, and a quadruple room with two bunk beds. There are three complete bathrooms: two with bathtubs and one with a shower enclosure. Two parking spaces are available to guests in a small-sized garage.
