Parfait, rien à dire à part que l’hôtel est situé au fond d’une petite impasse pas facile à trouver

Parfait pour une journée en transit à 10 minutes de l’aéroport !

Au fonds d’une impasse, insonorisation limitée

La chambre est grande et moderne, le lit immense et très confortable. La salle de bain spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée

We booked the hotel for a night to stay before our morning flight the next day. Unfortunately check-in was stressful as they didn't have our updated booking. We had to change dates due to the Iran war and had all the confirmation emails however initially this wouldn't suffice. I asked if they could contact Hotels.com but said they don't communicate with them? They asked us to pay again and cancel when we got home but we declined to do that. Our original booking was in 3 days time so questioned why they couldn't just amend the booking which they eventually did. I don't know who was at fault for them not being aware of the change of date but it was 30 minutes we could have done without. The staff were friendly and helpful in general. We ate in the restaurant which was decent and the food and drink was reasonably priced considering it's an airport hotel. We didn't use the shuttle to the road. Our room was clean and spacious with a good degree of comfort. The bed was comfortable. The taxi to the airport was 250 bhat which you can factor into the price if comparing to other airport hotels as some offer free shuttles. Overall after our initial problem it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay again...maybe.
