Lovely house set in beautiful karri forest surround. We had a great stay and enjoyed the dog friendly Quinninup Tavern. Great dog friendly home in great little town close to Manjimup, Nannup and more.

What a beautiful cottage with every attention to detail to make sure guests feel relaxed and comfortable. We absolutely loved it. Cosy log fire, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bush garden with lots of handmade decorations. Fairy lights on the wrap around veranda, and at night the trees are lit up with blue lights. I could go on and on.I also enjoyed reading the history of this cottage, very interesting. Thank you to the owners. We will definitely be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karri tree cottage very comfortable and cosy being able to bring our dogs was a bonus lots of nice walking trails beautiful area wish we could of stayed longer

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the locality and it was a great bonus to be able to have our dog with us. Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved all the arty bits and pieces about the place and the handmade trinkets available for purchase. Fireplace or heating available to keep cosy during cooler weather. An excellent undercover verandah perfect for some outdoor relaxation. Lake is a very short walk away, although swimming is not permitted. This is an old timber cottage - the floorboards creak underfoot and there are cobwebs here and there, but overall it is clean and comfortable with loads of character. We greatly enjoyed our stay there amongst the trees.

This was our 2nd stay at Karri Tree Cottage. We again enjoyed the rustic feel of the cottage in a very peaceful location. The addition of the new sofa in the lounge room added to the cosy feel when relaxing by the fire. We also enjoyed relaxing on the verandah and using the fire-pit. Being able to bring our dog on holiday is a bonus. Thank you for another wonderful holiday.

Great place to stay, plenty of room, well appointed, lots of charm. Very quiet and well located, a great base for exploring the district without having to locate in a major town. Spectacular garden lighting system in extensive grounds.

We were very excited after having booked such a lovely looking place. That look well maintained and pretty secluded. But on arrival we found houses very close on each side, the pictures on stayz didn’t look current to the state of the property when we arrived. The decking was pulling up or felt kinda flimsy (rotted) in places, the stairs didn’t quite feel safe. The furniture outside was falling apart or probably infested with something (we didn’t even try to sit outside). The flooring inside is incredibly squeaky, the guest bed was quite short ( I’m 5’6 and my feet hung a little over the bottom ). There were cobwebs and dust everywhere that wasn’t a normally used surface (which as an asthmatic triggered several episodes) the place doesn’t seem to have been looked after much. Sadly I would not recommended this property for anyone who expects a higher standard of accommodation and cleanliness

Just what we needed! Karri Tree Cottage is homely and clean, and the owners have thought of everything. Right on natures doorstep with easy walks and a friendly tavern nearby. The trees lit up at night is a lovely touch. Caretaker was quick to respond and act when we had a small issue.

Property was falsely advertised. Property has certainly been neglected. Very disappointing as it was a surprise 60th birthday treat for my husband. Needs updating and attention to cleaning. Various items are old and need replacing. A lot of items missing from the in-house inventory. Just to name a couple there was supposed to be 8 of everything but only 2 wine glasses were in the cupboard. The old wooden airer was broken. It is a shame as even though it’s an old cottage could have been better maintained and represented.

We didn’t venture out cause of the rain. Cute little cottage but a bit outdated according to online pics. Some amenities need to be attended to more often between guest ie: dishwashing liquid/bar soap for shower. All other kitchen items we could not fault! PLEASE replace the two recliners in lounge room with new ones! More detailed instructions needed for tv/remote/surround sound stereo. We don’t think we got the full extent of use due to not really understanding how it worked. Amazing wood fire which had been lit before we arrived which was a beautiful touch thankyou. And plenty of wood supplies if we needed. Bathroom needs updating/renovating (and please include a power point), and a blind at the shower window!!! Most of all the fact that you are dog friendly means more to us than anything! Our little girl enjoyed her stay.

Rustic charm, tranquil bush setting close to a lovely lake. Toasty wood fire and all you need to be self sufficient- no phone or Wifi for me at the cottage but that just added to the restful stay.

We loved our stay at Karri Tree Cottage. Extensive check in instructions were provided & we had everything we needed at the house. Bring anything you want to cook/eat/drink and you'll never have to leave. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and everyone, 2 & 4 legged, had a sensational sleep every night.We would definitely book this gem of a cottage again.

Perfect family cottage! Only downside is the rooms weren’t set up as per photos with 2 sets of bunks in the one room as we were expecting- means our kids were separated Otherwise stunning location and bushy peaceful stay

A wonderful historical property set amongst incredible karri trees! We loved the setting and the cottage which is located close to wonderful walking trails. We were surprised to see other properties so close but thankfully there wasn't any intrusion on our space. This property definitely delivers on comfort and historical legacy.

Absolutely loved the house and area. Beautiful and clean and super easy to ask questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Just what we needed! Karri Tree Cottage is homely and clean, and the owners have thought of everything. Right on natures doorstep with easy walks and a friendly tavern nearby. The trees lit up at night is a lovely touch. Caretaker was quick to respond and act when we had a small issue.

We didn’t venture out cause of the rain. Cute little cottage but a bit outdated according to online pics. Some amenities need to be attended to more often between guest ie: dishwashing liquid/bar soap for shower. All other kitchen items we could not fault! PLEASE replace the two recliners in lounge room with new ones! More detailed instructions needed for tv/remote/surround sound stereo. We don’t think we got the full extent of use due to not really understanding how it worked. Amazing wood fire which had been lit before we arrived which was a beautiful touch thankyou. And plenty of wood supplies if we needed. Bathroom needs updating/renovating (and please include a power point), and a blind at the shower window!!! Most of all the fact that you are dog friendly means more to us than anything! Our little girl enjoyed her stay.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the locality and it was a great bonus to be able to have our dog with us. Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved all the arty bits and pieces about the place and the handmade trinkets available for purchase. Fireplace or heating available to keep cosy during cooler weather. An excellent undercover verandah perfect for some outdoor relaxation. Lake is a very short walk away, although swimming is not permitted. This is an old timber cottage - the floorboards creak underfoot and there are cobwebs here and there, but overall it is clean and comfortable with loads of character. We greatly enjoyed our stay there amongst the trees.

A wonderful historical property set amongst incredible karri trees! We loved the setting and the cottage which is located close to wonderful walking trails. We were surprised to see other properties so close but thankfully there wasn't any intrusion on our space. This property definitely delivers on comfort and historical legacy.

What a beautiful cottage with every attention to detail to make sure guests feel relaxed and comfortable. We absolutely loved it. Cosy log fire, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bush garden with lots of handmade decorations. Fairy lights on the wrap around veranda, and at night the trees are lit up with blue lights. I could go on and on.I also enjoyed reading the history of this cottage, very interesting. Thank you to the owners. We will definitely be coming back.

Rustic charm, tranquil bush setting close to a lovely lake. Toasty wood fire and all you need to be self sufficient- no phone or Wifi for me at the cottage but that just added to the restful stay.

We loved our stay at Karri Tree Cottage. Extensive check in instructions were provided & we had everything we needed at the house. Bring anything you want to cook/eat/drink and you'll never have to leave. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and everyone, 2 & 4 legged, had a sensational sleep every night.We would definitely book this gem of a cottage again.

The propery is absolutely gorgeous. It is a lovely old historical house with charm and I love the verandah around it and the bush. Feeding the all the birds was amazing and taking my little dog for walks which he loved was amazing. The only downside was the neighbour deciding to set several small fires along the edge of the his property which was near to the kitchen and living side of the house and we couldn’t keep the doors open and also made it less reclusive but otherwise we loved it.

We had a wonderful time in a very peaceful little retreat in the Karri Valley. Minutes walk from a beautiful lake and fantastic tavern, set among the trees. The kids, dog and us adults all had a fun and relaxing stay. Overall a brilliant stay!
