Loews Miami Beach Hotel

Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful experience at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. As an international travel group coordinating logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and accommodating the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lucy Krasteva for her outstanding assistance coordinating our airport transportation. The communication was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful, and everything was organized smoothly for our group arrival in Miami. One thing that especially stood out during our stay was the hospitality shown by the hotel’s restaurant team. Our group of 11 decided to have dinner at the hotel somewhat spontaneously, and the staff graciously accommodated our large group with kindness and professionalism. Despite the size of our party, they made the experience feel seamless and welcoming, which we truly appreciated after extensive international travel. The hotel itself is beautiful, lively, and perfectly located right on Miami Beach. The atmosphere, service, and overall hospitality made it a fantastic final stop for our travelers. We would absolutely recommend Loews Miami Beach Hotel for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Miami.

Our group stays at this property every year during Mother’s Day weekend, but this visit was far below expectations. We were first assigned a room that did not match our reservation, forcing us to move after check‑in. While at the pool, we were repeatedly approached and reprimanded about having drinks in the water. After years of visiting this property, this is the first time we have ever encountered this issue. The situation escalated into constant monitoring and unnecessary harassment from security. Even our waitress—who was kind and attentive—expressed confusion about the treatment we received. We had nearly 30 guests booked for the weekend, and unfortunately, none of us will be returning. The level of strictness over a drink, especially when many resorts offer swim‑up bars, was unreasonable. Quite frankly, the focus would be better placed on addressing the number of people who openly urinate in the pool rather than policing a possible vodka tonic. Our stay was overshadowed by this experience, and the attempt to “make it right” by handing out ice cream scoop tokens only highlighted how poorly the situation was handled.

Excelente localização, com excelente atendimento dos funcionários, que foram muito receptivos. Hotel com pé na areia, ótima piscina, mas para ficar na praia tem que pagar USD40 para alugar guarda-sol :(
