Shelley Hotel

Väldigt litet rum, fick plats knappt plats med fyra personer och fyra resväskor. OK sängar. Badrummet OK, men hade mått bra av mer städning. Vi fick betala skatt för två nätter, trots att vi bra sov en natt (missade en natt pga cancellerad flight), kändes snålt.

Our room was clean upon arrival and staff was amazing in accommodating to our checking in early needs. Staff was well informed about near by attractions and dining. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and would be delighted to stay again!

Didn’t see the bar open. Coffee across the street. Just get a Keurig! Bed was tilted. My head was lower than my feet. Room flooded. Room was super humid. Like the room fridge. AC worked. One unit. Loud. Doors in hall close loudly and wake you. Use the bar for coffee and breakfast would be better use in the AM.

Bathroom needs updating

The AC worked good it kept the room cool. The staff was great especially Litzy she made us feel right at home. She took really good care of us. Next time im back in Miami i going to definitely book at hotel shelly again. Thanks to Litzy im definitely returning back.
