Venezia Hotel

Quarto incrível e equipe super atenciosa!

I had a very good stay at Venezia Hotel. It is a charming, classic hotel that has been restored, so it has character while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the service provided by Josiah. He was very attentive, always available through WhatsApp, and extremely accommodating with my check-in and check-out schedule, which made my stay much more convenient. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's within walking distance of Lincoln Road, close to CVS, supermarkets, restaurants, and the free Miami Beach Trolley, making it easy to explore both the north and south areas of the city. The beach is also just a short walk away. The hotel does not have a pool, but for me the excellent location and service more than made up for it. The only downside was that the air conditioner was quite noisy, and because of the humidity, a dehumidifier was needed in the room. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Service was great and we felt very welcomed. The bed was so comfortable and rooms were clean. The beach is a 3 minute walk and south beach was a quick 10 minute drive

Although the customer service was excellent, I firmly believe I should receive some form of compensation. This was a birthday trip, and we did not get the third floor as promised prior to our arrival. There were large cockroaches throughout the hotel; one was in the elevator, another by the door separating our room from the lobby, and yet another at our door. Additionally, there were more outside along the side of the hotel as we walked up the rail. I reported this to the hotel, and while they did clean it, there were still more roaches, which was utterly disgusting. The shower soap caddy was filthy and appeared to be moldy or something similar. I informed them, and housekeeping came, but she only cleaned the bathroom and the room, not the caddy. Furthermore, the smell in the hallway leading to our room was nauseating; my clothes absorbed that odor, and I had to wash EVERYTHING as soon as I got home. It was terrible. The lamp was dirty, the curtains had stains, and the floor felt damp for some reason. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing, and we deserve a refund because those three days were extremely difficult, and we tried to spend most of our time outside.
