This was a big disappointment. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last decade. It use to be a nice place to stay. However right now it’s really gone downhill big time.

Proper. Ty is under renovations, front desk.Staff did not tell me at check-in that they're pooling.Hot tub was closed down and then gave me a hard time.Because I wanted to cancel my reservation and get my money back

They are currently upgrading carpets, so 3 floors were closed. The breakfast was really lame. No hot food at all, not even waffles. One kind of mini Muffin, bagels, some fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal. It was terrible. I was disappointed. Hot tub and pool water were clean . Hot tub bubbles did not work. It seems in the off season they let things go. You may want to check with them before booking.

Very clean room, the staff were incredibly polite, and the free breakfast was a good variety. Would stay again as it was conveniently located off the highway.
