The Townhouse Hotel

Deteriorated over the last couple of years, no longer breakfast included, poor service

Clean room but service has deteriorated over the past year.

Great location

I had to change room 3 times during a 3 night stay. The penthouse did not have curtains which means the room never gets dark. There was also a crack in the window, so with night construction right outside, it felt like the window was wide open and was unbearably loud. Had to sleep in another room. The next day maintenance personelle tried to come into the room while I was showering, luckily I had the deadbolt on. The door to the terrace also only has a simple indoor lock on it which is not safe, anyone can get access to the roof. There was also an extreme perfume smell from either cleaning supplies or just fragrance they spray after cleaning. I was eventually moved to the suite which was better, but will absolutely never stay there again and do not recommend staying here. They said someone will get in touch with me regarding my experience and no one ever did.

Older hotel (many stairs to lobby/check in) great location (3-minute walk to the beach, and an additional 5-minute walk to the complementary chairs and umbrella). Parking offsite is expensive. Thin walls (loud neighbors at 3am which hotel staff was quick to respond to).
