Nice view, but we reserved penthouse, it was small, bed sucked, leaking shower head and I couldn’t find any ice on top 2 floors. Just worn out

Very dated property. The tv was small too. It was about the size of a computer monitor. When I say dated….. the still have cordless phones in the room.

It appears not many guests. This is b/w winter and summer, and not too many travel to the mountains. Hotel looks downscaled, but it is in great condition, and we got good value.

The room and property as a whole is average, at best. Nothing bad, just average. Staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The faucet in my room was broken, there was a visible stain in the bathtub, and the toilet plumbing was not working properly. When I reported these issues to the front desk, the lady simply said “sorry” and told me the total for my stay. There was no real concern shown and no attempt to offer any incentive or solution for the inconvenience. Because of the poor room condition and lack of customer care, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
