Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Milford

The heater to the pool was broken. The water was icy cold so it was very disappointing. The staff offered their Sister hotel to go swimming. We took the offer and enjoyed several hours of swimming in warm water. It made four children very happy.

My family enjoyed the room, Pool was very cold. The most concerning thing about the property is that there is very questionable floors in hallways. It feels like there are holes underneath the carpet. My wife tripped on one and almost fell.

Very dated. Definitely needs some updating. Paint, carpet, electronics were all dated. TVs would work then not work. The gym had dumbbells just laying in a pile on the floor. The pool heater was torn up so not able to be used.

We brought in a group of 7 girls for my daughter’s birthday and this place was amazing!!! The Pool was heated which was great! They had a basketball court which was incredible & the girls enjoyed. The staff was very friendly, the property was beautiful. The staff allowed us to bring in pizza to feed our entire clan and even offered to help clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience and my family and I look forward to coming back and staying ourselves! 5 out of 5!!

Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly. The only problem was a broken pool heater.

No room service after I requested it twice.the front desk employee apparently forgot to enter it in the system twice. Then once I requested a third time they tell me there’s no room service on the weekend. Wow. No towels left after room service finally came. Laundry was broke. Pool wasn’t warmed. No drinks for purchase in snack area.

Did not appreciate the hidden cost of parking fee. It’s not the amount that was the problem but that I was told about it when I left. Its not like I was in a city with limited space but it’s wide open there.

Hotel was alright. The pool was closed due to the heater being broken all week. It is an older hotel and it shows its age. Was generally clean though.

The hotel suite was nice.. lots of restaurants and shopping around. I dont think it was really ridiculous that they charge you an extra $5.00 a night to park at the hotel..

This was a night out close to home. Wow, we were so impressed with the quality of the room, amenities and pet allowance of the property. Breeakfast was okay, could have been more options. Pool was clean, fitness center is a bit small. The room was a spacious suite with a fantastically tall shower for my 6\'3" husband and a super soft and cozy king bed. Doordash was perfect for a variety of great food options. We will definitely return for a stay-cation weekend

When we arrived for check in, we were notified that the swimming pool was closed. With children this was something we were excited about but there was nothing the hotel could do. We were then put into a room that smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this to the front desk she told me that they had an issue with someone smoking the night before and that the police had to be involved with a prior guest. She informed me that they had no other rooms our size and that the room I was in was my only choice. When we returned to the room and began to get settled in we opened the pull out bed to realize that it was broken and would not function. At this point we had to return to the front desk and try to figure out how to proceed. The hotel did manage to get us into two connecting rooms after which was fantastic of them. When we arrived into the new room we found the floor with excessive stains on the floor, lights out throughout the rooms and food on the mattress of the pull-out bed. At this point I was beyond frustrated and tired, so we accepted what we were given and made do. While the attendant on duty did everything she could, the hotel itself was run down and poorly maintained. I would not recommend a stay at this property.

We stayed for two nights. We picked the hotel as it said that it has an indoor pool. Well that’s been out of service for a while but we weren’t told until check in. An alarm kept beeping on the lobby. It was so loud. It smelled old and breakfast was awful because they didn’t make enough food so everyone had to wait. The worst part was l left my kindle and when I called and explained exactly where I left it in the room they said they didn’t find one. I’m sure someone just took it home with them. There was always a group of people sitting outside smoking pot. You could smell that in the hotel too. It’s in a good location but I will not stay again.

This was one of the grossest hotel rooms I have stayed in with my family. Honestly if there were other hotels near by with vacancies we would have left. I never complain to hotel staff about dirty hotel rooms but this was so bad I couldn’t let my 18 month old freely walk around. Almost all the furniture was broken, ripped, and stained. There were fresh wet and very sticky stains over the chairs. There was shampoo and toothpaste smeared all over the shower. The walls had dark hair and lint(?) stuck to them. The fan in the bedroom was so dirty that it looked like it was covered in black mold (I think it was just hair skin and dirt). After I made the mistake of using one of the chairs (which literally stuck to my butt) I decided to say something to the woman at the front desk. We paid just under $300- for the room. I’m not sure what I was anticipating would be done. Honestly I just wanted them to see the room themselves. She took a ton of pictures and told me she was very sorry and would get us a discount and that she couldn’t believe the room looked like this. When she left she said she would call our room in about 30 minutes after she spoke to management. Unfortunately she never called us and nothing was done. I don’t recommend staying here… and definitely will avoid all Homewood Suites in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We really like it, it's clean, convenient, quiet, there are stores nearby , etc. The only issue I have is that the shower curtain always smells musty because there is no liner, therefore the cloth curtain never dries up completely. I hope they consider replacing the curtain for just a plain vinyl/plastic curtain.

The front desk help was extremely unfriendly. The carpet in hallways was filthy amd smelled so bad. The room was not stocked... no dishsoap to wash dishes and clean cooking area. A couple random pieces of silverware and bowls and plates. No pillows or sheets for sofa bed just one dirty blanket. Outside garbage cans overflowing with trash. We've been staying here forn5 or so years wherever we come to visit family. Definitely not like it once was.

Stains on couch cushions. Stains on pull out couch mattress.

Everything was pretty good except there was no room service given between my two nights of stay and the bathroom had a urine odor to it.

The check in girl was really blah, acted put out having to be there. Breakfast ok at best. Our bathroom in our room was dirty and our love seat had a smell to it.

Our room was great with the exception of the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and creaked so bad every time you moved. Actually used the pull out bed because it was more comfortable. Hotel is very nice and staff are friendly and helpful. Just a shame about the bed.

Starting to feel a little run down with wear showing on furniture. Hem ripped out of one of the sheer curtains. Bedding seems like whatever they could find. Water pooled on floor by toilet. Breakfast is wonderful to have something there but much more limited than on previous stays. Just not as good as previous stays.

But, it was maid serviced upon request...but it never happened when requested! They delivered fresh towels by leaving them in the kitchen area, but no washcloths. They said they were out of paper towels for the kitchen. Upon checking out, they barely spoke. Very disappointed with their staff. I will not go back.

I was here for only two nights to visit my daughter. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast nor the Wednesday evening social hour. I did not have an opportunity to use any other amenities such as the pool or gym. My king suite was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was unexpectedly large with plenty of towels. There were also a multitude of electrical outlets, but take your own cubes since there were no plug-ins for any kind of tech cords. That was surprising. I received a brief text message each morning from the front desk asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I didn’t, but it was nice that they asked. I noticed a sign that this is a pet-friendly hotel for anyone who travels with their family fur-person. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Cincinnati.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Only negative was that we were in a Suite neat an exit and stairwell, and it was kind of loud as people came and went (not very soundproof, in part because of the location of our room). Otherwise, we’d definitely recommend this property.

The only thing I have to say is that the curtains did not close all the way and there were only sheer curtains. I was not a fan of that at all!

Called for early check in at 11a they confirmed it didn’t get a room until 130p Anthony was rude at first but did was able to talk me down but still unacceptable how he acted

We got a 2 queen suite for our 45th class reunion and it was perfect for four ladies! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had plenty of room and no problem with four of us trying to get ready. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Handy to bike path, about 2 miles away and only 20-25 minutes to Great American ballpark. This was our second stay.

very convent location

We had a two- night family trip to the area. We had a 2 queen suite. It was perfect for us. We did need the staff to bring bedding for the pull out couch. She was the only one working. She arrived within 5 minutes to our room. Pool was warm and kids had a blast. We felt safe in the area. Quiet, easy to get to, right by Target and Walmart. This is my 4th or 5th time staying here over the years. Quality and cleanliness has not gone downhill.

It's very clean and located in a nice area. There are plenty of options for food and a Walmart. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is amazing.

It’s in the middle of an office park. Surprise parking charges added at end of stay!!! I mean…REALLY??! Junk fees. PATHETIC continental breakfast!! Absolutely PATHETIC!!!

Breakfast was not very good. Tater tots tasted stale and eggs were overcooked. Bed was hard. However, staff was very professional and room was clean.
