Check in was great. The lady behind the desk was friendly and explained everything. We stayed in a balcony king, which was great in the morning. However the doors to the balcony provide little to no noise insulation due to the large gap at the bottom. Shower had lots of power, but needs a better shower head. Parking was OK, but I imagine if the hotel is full you wouldn't get parked.

Check in with Nicole was so lovely, she couldn’t be more helpful. The location is amazing and bed was so comfortable. Parking was so great especially for such a busy place. Such good value for the price, we will definitely be back. Customer service 10/10

the Hotel is more like a motel with separate buildings behind the reception. However, design is modern, almost like a small resort, and great access to parking and to the main street of Hahndorf. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy. One thing I am particular about is a good sized towel and their towels were bug and fluffy.. The rooms have a fridge, sink and tea/coffee which you dont really need given the great coffee in the area. Would totally stay here again
