A estadia foi de 5 noites

Dirty place. People were living in the suites. Not renting them for the weekend or something like that. No families or people from out of town. A lot of homeless people hanging out outside. I arrived to town late in the night. After getting my room key I noticed the one pillow that I had was very thin. So I went to the front desk. Asked for another pillow. Was told I couldn’t get another pillow until 7am. I asked again because I wouldn’t be able to sleep without another pillow. Then was asked why do I even need another pillow? I told him it was very thin. The employee reluctantly went I. The back and gave me two more pillows. I left in the morning and booked a hotel elsewhere. Terrible staff. Could t care less about the people staying there.

It was a quick raervation for a 2 day work in the city. Cleanliness needs more attention based on the smells from other rooms. Strong cigarettes odours. Some roaches were also found in the washroom areas. Internet did not work for me. Hope these aspects can be taken into account for other customers.
