Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mission-McAllen Area by IHG

Me dieron una habitacion de un precio menor a la que pague. Me comentaron no me podian reembolsar.

The room had a horrible smell as soon as you opened the door. It smelled like food, garlic, very very strong. I asked the at front desk if I could get a different room since the odor was very strong but she said they couldn't give me another room. She did give me some sort of air freshener but it made it worst because the scent from the air freshener and the bad odor from the room mixed and the smell was stronger. Also the restroom was not clean, there were hairs in the shower, by the trashcan and near the sink. I had booked this room to avoid driving home after a concert but I could not stay in this room. I ended up checking out early after the concert ended.

Muy. Une estancia. Lugar limpio, el desayuno esa excelente y muy buena atención. Lo que no me pareció es que tengas que dejar un depósito de 300 dólares en garantía. El triple del costo de la habitación. Y lo pero fue que no podía pagar el depósito con algo distinto al pago de la habitación. Yo hiba apagar la habitación con efectivo, pero no traía suficiente para el depósito. Así que quise pagar con tarjeta el depósito y me comentó que no se podía. Tenía que se todo con tarjeta o todo con efectivo. Muy mal en ese aspecto.
