The property looked clean, with bedding and rooms looking freshly done. The chlorine level in the hot tub was so high that it was unbearable to even sit in and I found a golf ball size hair ball on my leg while sitting in the sauna, There were also a lot of stink bugs on the walls and carpet, which I know is somewhat unavoidable. Staff was polite and friendly, especially the gentleman who overheard one of my kids say they were cold by the pool and he promptly came back to close a door that was open to outside.

My family arrived into the room with blood on the walls by the light switch. Pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet seats. Blood on the bathroom towels. hair on the pillows. Dirt and more blood stains on the beddings. We will never come back here

This location has great potential but needs some tlc. The attached fitness center is HUGE but a lot of the treadmills didn't work. The pool and hot tub were under renovation, which could be a good sign.

First, the pool was closed for renovation, and we were never notified about this before our stay. When we asked about it, we were told that the hotel didn’t have our phone number. However, there were other ways this information could have been communicated, especially since the pool is an advertised hotel amenity and had been a factor in choosing the property The condition of the room was also disappointing. The TV stand/dresser had wood visibly chipping and peeling off, as shown in the photo. There was also a stained pillowcase, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The lamp had visible staining, and the bathtub had noticeable discoloration and buildup. These weren’t just minor cosmetic issues—the room gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance were not being handled as carefully as they should be. I understand that hotels experience normal wear and tear, and I don’t expect everything to be brand new. However, I do expect a room to be clean, properly maintained, and free of stained linens, and I expect to be informed in advance when an advertised amenity such as the pool is unavailable. I hope management addresses the maintenance and housekeeping concerns and improves communication with guests when amenities are unavailable. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would think twice before booking this property again.
