Four Seasons Lodging

Room had a weird sell. Pillows were small, so bring extra if you plan to stay. Bed was firm, but was somewhat comfortable. The A/C looked new and worked great. Had a large refrigerator for a motel. Had good size tv. Bathroom had caulking all over the place that didn’t match the grout. It was definitely a quick fix it job. The pool was closed and looked like there was no plans to ever open it back up. (No mention of that on their website). Just an average place to stay.

This is a very clean comfortable basic motel. We were welcomed by a friendly young man who made sure we knew all that we needed to and asked us whenever we ran into him whether all was well. Comfortable bed, easy parking made for a good stay! I recommend the Four Seasons Motel!

Went by the pictures online and they looked nice. They didn't have the double room we had reserved, so we took a king room. Pictures showed beautiful pool area, room with pretty artwork, white bedding, leather chair. Stated that breakfast was included, but when checking in, there was a note stating no breakfast. Pool area was very overgrown with weeds and pool liner was torn. Bedding was a stained dark blue blanket with a cigarette hole in it. Sheets and pillowcases were clean. Thin scratchy towels. The a/c unit was above the clothes cabinet and we couldn't reach it without standing on the wobbly, cheap desk chair, which was not a nice leather chair. The best things in the room were the nice fridge and the large flat-screen TV. Wasn't comfortable with the lock on the door. Did not feel safe at all.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms and property were nice, they are in the middle of a remodel, so I am sure when it is done they will be very nice.

The pool is being used as a garbage dump.

The Four Seasons is a no-frills roadside motel. It’s very clean, and the manager was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I slept comfortably there. But please be advised that the pool is closed and looks like it has been for quite awhile, despite the photos on their website.

The hotel was under remodel, so there was a bit of disorganization. The service was great, and the front desk was super helpful. 2 thumbs up, would stay again

Please do not include that breakfast is included. Frozen chicken patty, I think that’s what it was, is not considered breakfast. Motel is old and needs a face lift.

Older motel, but very clean and perfect for a one night stay for a wedding that was at Higher Grounds. Only a 17 minute drive.

they were very accommodating to my late check-in. the hotel was quiet, felt safe staying here with my kiddo. room was clean, shower was clean. they provided toiletries. full size fridge.

It was fine. The staff was nice, the bedding clean. There was some hair from the last guest left in bathroom which was gross and the smell wasn’t great but it served.

Also, I’m only 5’6” and was hitting my head on the shower head. Pluses: air worked great and it had a full sized fridge! Our second room had NO bath towels and had a take out container full of food in the fridge!! We booked here because they were the cheapest in the Evansville area but we clearly got what we paid for. Oh- I do love that they do keyless entry (pin pads on all the doors) so we didn’t even have to check in!

This property is not owned by the people in the picture and the photos of the property and rooms are not recent. Bare essentials are all the rooms have. Towel are very thin and small. King size bed had three very thin pillows as well. Coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous time the room was used. Would not stay there again.

First it was easy to check in I has stay 2night but the room was half clean just one towel, wash towels no shampoo or soap and no TV remote. I call and he got a remote and towels . The second day I came around 4 to the room and the room was not clean it’s just like I left it

Clean and quiet rooms

This motel is a throwback to the 1960s. My husband said it was just like ones he stayed in as a kid on family trips. Our unit was clean, quiet, well maintained. It had everything the current motels have...ironing board/iron, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, full size mirror, comfortable bed. It even had a retro looking full size refrigerator which I really appreciated. So glad we stay locally in Mt Vernon rather than driving out!

It is an old school motel but very well maintained. Amenities were a little sparse. Only a couple of towels, a couple very small soaps and shampoo. No water glasses or coffee machine and cups in room. It did have a microwave and full size refrigerator. All in all adequate for a short visit.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat so we just ran down to the dollar general and bought a few cheap pillows. Channel options were good, it's always nice to have something you like to watch on TV (they have showtime options). Also the blanket on the bed was very thin, we prefer a thicker blanket/comforter on the bed to sleep with. Couldn't figure out how to switch the shower to the tub faucet which wasn't a huge deal but the hot water did not last very long while taking a shower. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, toilet was elongated but seat was for a round toilet which was also not a big deal but just kind of awkward. Also, I love the keypad option to get into the room, so much easier than carrying a keycard around.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to call the number listed at the front desk and wait. The gentleman was very nice and wrote our room number, our door code (keyless entry - number lock on each room) and the Wi-Fi password on a small piece of torn notebook paper. While it was nice not having to worry about losing a room key, it was a little strange to have this very informal slip of paper. There was a very nice, new, large Galanz retro-style black refrigerator in our room. It would be lovely to have a larger fridge if you were planning to have a longer stay. It might be nice if they added a small dining table and two chairs as the room actually has the space for it. The beds were on the harder side, but nice sheets and pillows. They were made with only a top sheet and a blanket though, no comforter or top cover. Thankfully we always travel with our own blankets too so we were not cold. Walls are a little thin, as I could hear a loud gentleman having a phone conversation and laughing a lot, I think two rooms away. The room could stand to have blinds or some type of additional covering on the windows, maybe a roller shade. The curtains kept blowing up/open from the A/C unit below. There was no way to secure them and anyone could see in, as it's a ground floor unit, right by the parking lot.

Very clean but stupidly furnished. No flat surface upon which to put anything, a small but full size refrigerator that is noisy, a flat screen tv that occupies the entire top of a bureau. No chairs. No table - and there is room for all of this. It's ridiculous. Air conditioner is too noisy.

Super easy check in!! Bed was very comfortable. I need to sleep in a recliner part of the night, so that's the main reason we booked this motel (each room has one). It was an OLD, beat up leather recliner that was disgusting looking. I used a sheet to cover it while I sat on it, but it still disgusted me! If they're going to have that comfort, they need to keep them updated as they get that old!!

Place that everything I needed as I was staying to visit some friends. It had all the amenities needed, and it was super quiet. Definitely recommend this place for those that are looking for a budget option if you are visiting the Evansville area since it’s about 15 minutes away

Walls are paper thin. I got to listen the next unit's TV until 1am. Advertised breakfast was canceled due to "remodeling".

Terrible. 30 mins to just give my room code. outlets didnt work. no cleaning after the first day room was freezing cold, not much help in operating the heater breakfast, promised but no where in site. Never again.

The bed was super comfortable the staff went above and beyond to help. Very clean facility with an outstanding staff. A special shout out to "Jay" who made our experience an absolute delight the reasons we keep coming back every year.

False advertisement. Stated there was free breakfast when in fact there was no breakfast. Nothing in fact. Not even coffee or a packaged muffin. Just an empty table. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Area felt safe.
