We were assigned to a room on the first floor when we first got there. It was run down with torn carpet and worn out furniture. We switched to a third floor room later, and the condition of the room was much better, and up to standard.

When we arrived and saw the condition of the property we decided not to stay and we booked another hotel for that night that was excellent. We thought that booking at a Wyndham that was rated by Expedia at 8.0 would be very good quality, and we were shocked to see the condition of this hotel.

We had to cut our stay here short because of the accessbility of the bathroom. we booked a roll in shower but the room that we were given wasnt a roll in. They did try to help us after we checked in / they showed my husband another room but didnt tell him that the lip to the shower was compressible so we didnt think that one would work either. the next morning the GM checked but the room that could have worked out had already been booked.The GM was SUPER helpful, way more helpful than the hotels.com app and the phone number. I was on hold for over an hour whenit was supposed to be a 30 minute wait. Im never booking through hotels.com again. i'll use it to find the hotel then book directly

Property needs serious facelift and thorough cleaning. Curtains torn in our room. Made reservation for two rooms occupied by family members with the same last name, because we didn’t specifically request adjoining rooms, we were assigned rooms on two separate floors., “randomly assigned” no chance of correction. Would not stay there again.

Nice, big room but the carpet was filthy, sticky and stained. Staff was mostly helpful. Toilet ran after 1st use but hubby has become quite adept at fixing running toilets. Hiked Little Mountain park. What a gem!
