The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return.

The property had everything you needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The only thing I would recommend is maybe placing a towel pick up closer to the beach. Also provide more places to drop off towels. There is just one location and it is out of the way. We had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend the westin to our family and friends

Locals constantly coming up and offering something when you just want to relax No private beach. Be prepared to share the beach with locals. You can request lounge chairs/umbrellas from the resort but be ready to wait 30-40 minutes for them to service up Only one area (the activities center) where you can get pool towels but the resort is big therefore very inconvenient Dirty around the pool area No pool side service. You have to go to the bar area to get any drink. Only one bar area List of stray dogs just walking around the beach and inside the resort. Stepped in dog poop by the pool accidentally. Transportation around the resort takes longer then promised 5 minutes arrival time. On occasion Would have to wait 10-15min to get transportation and on occasion denied. Noellia at Swiss travel next to the beach access was non informative, very very rude ,hesitant to assist and just overall rude One bathrobe in the room Be prepared to wait over 30 min for breakfast at the restaurants. Its first come first serve however they accommodate people of Hispanic descent more quicker and kinder. Not clean resort around the pool and walkways Rooms are spacious the cleaning could be better. Showers, bathroom floors are dirty. Poor WiFi and service despite having all the bars Not the Westin quality experience Pool temperature is very warm and outside is like 90 degrees Poor lighting around the property. It’s gets pitch dark starting around 6pm. Path to rooms or getting to the lobby.

Really liked staying in The Westin Club towers, since we did not have family there. Separate pool, which is still large but not as crowded, premium liquor, and an additional restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Also went to the entertainment at night, somehow missed that last year. Beach is gorgeous.

The resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The pool is huge and I never felt crowded. Swim up bar was also very nice and the drinks were decent. The food at the restaurants were mediocre and breakfast options are extremely limited. We booked an excursion through the resort and they did not even send a trolley to come pick us back up even though they stated that would be included. We had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle from another company to come and drop us off. The beach is great, but expect vendors at the beach entrance as it is a public beach. They are nice, but it can get annoying after getting propositioned after every pass through. Housekeeping was always decent. The reservation desk told us not to take our wristbands to the beach as it was a high risk of losing them and they are $25 for new ones, however the security guard at the beach entrance will not let you through if you do not have it on...so that was very confusing and frustrating. Overall, it is a nice resort with great scenery and very nice staff, however not worth the thousands we paid to be there.

Stayed 6nights in the club room and it was worth the upgrade. Property and rooms were beautiful, hot water all the time ++, the premium liquor was top shelf the staff/bartenders were overly generous w their pours. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They didn’t skip a beat. I travel regularly out the country and have stayed at plenty of all inclusive resorts and the Westin Resera was excellent, they did not disappoint. The beach was beautiful, no seaweed in sight, a lot of complimentary activities. It was a very chill, relaxing vacation and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a bday w adult family. I would 100% recommend this resort for both families and adults as the adult amenities were very separate very much enjoyed.

Very nice facilities with easy beach access. Food was excellent but getting into the on site restaurants was a challenge due to limited seating. Swimming pool was very warm (might benefit from overnight aeration to cool the water temperature). Staff (Fabio in the lobby, Vinicio and Bryan at the Imperial Bar) was friendly and very attentive.

Please read your confirmation prior to arrival for a link to the Westin Reserva Conchal app. This will allow you to make all of your dinner reservations prior to your arrival. We had dinner reservations for every night of our stay prior to our even leaving for vacation. We found the staff to be exemplary in every way. We stayed in a Club Room in the adults only section and everyone went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. We loved everything about our experience. Please know that this resort does not have a night life after dinner so if that is important to you, you might be happier somewhere else. The resort is in a beautiful setting and there is abundant wildlife.

Fantastic vacation at the Westin. We loved our walks on the beach. The pool was relaxing and the staff was entertaining. Everything that you want from a all- inclusive resort on the beach. We loved our time! Shout out to our favorite staff member in the activities section Bryan!!!

The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small for kids; looked like they were made for a 2 year old. Other than that, the food was great, and the stay was enjoyable.

Costa Rica is a beautiful place to visit. That said, our stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal was mixed—some highlights, but also many disappointments. Pros: • Spacious rooms with nice design. • Faisanella restaurant had the best food and service. • Chef at Caracola was kind and attentive. • Imperial Bar was fun and lively—Ruddy made excellent cocktails. • Ivan (by the pool) and Vinicio (by Couri restaurant) were wonderful and friendly. Cons: • No private beach—locals frequently approach selling goods, makes it hard to relax. • Stray dogs on the beach and resort grounds (stepped into dog poop by the pool). • Dirty pool area, old lounge chairs, and very warm pool water, which was uncomfortable given the hot weather. • No poolside service; only one bar and one towel station for a very large resort. • Long waits: 30+ minutes for breakfast/lunch 30–40 minutes for chairs/umbrellas, 10–15 minutes for transportation carts. • Rooms not well cleaned; some lacked shampoo/shower gel, only one bathrobe. • Poor WiFi/service, very dark pathways at night, and on-site construction. • Some staff (especially Noellia at Swiss Travel) were rude and unhelpful. You have to go to the bar area to get any drink. Only one bar area List of stray dogs just walking around the beach and inside the resort. Stepped in dog poop by the pool accidentally. Transportation around the resort takes longer then promised 5 minutes arrival time. On occasion Would have to wait 10-15min to get transportation and on occasion denied. Noellia at Swiss travel next to the beach access was non informative, very very rude ,hesitant to assist and just overall rude One bathrobe in the room Be prepared to wait over 30 min for breakfast at the restaurants. Its first come first serve however they accommodate people of Hispanic descent more quicker and kinder. Not clean resort around the pool and walkways Rooms are spacious the cleaning could be better. Showers, bathroom floors are dirty. Poor WiFi and service despite having all the bars Not the Westin quality experience Pool temperature is very warm and outside is like 90 degrees Poor lighting around the property. It’s gets pitch dark starting around 6pm. Path to rooms or getting to the lobby.

Although quite nice, this is not a 5 star property. Period. The staff were wonderful and helpful and you couldn't expect more from them. The food, although attractively presented was bland and I don't understand why. Most of the dishes we had should have been very flavorful prepared in any way but were not. The activities were numerous and very nice. The pool was wonderful and constantly maintained for leaves and other debris, as were the surrounding areas. Our room was a junior suite with the oddest layout. The only place you could see the TV was from the bed! Don't expect to sit on the sofa with a cup of coffee in the morning and catch up on the news. The shower had soap scum buildup where the glass wall met the floor. This was disgusting. Yes, a strong word but appropriate here. The AC unit was not adjustable. There was an adjustment on the fan speed from jet engine to industrial shop fan, but nothing for the thermostat other than off. When it was running you couldn't hear the TV. Bottom line: it is attention to the details that make a 5 star resort and this one doesn't have it. We will not return.

Check in lento y confuso, nos dieron una habitación que al entrar estaba usada y con ropa interior de alguien más en el piso, el mini bar no funcionaba y desde que hicimos check-in quisimos hacer reserva en alguno de los restaurantes y todo estaba lleno el resto de la semana… El día del check out llamamos y estuvimos esperando algún carrito que nos llevara a recepción y nadie llegó en 25min.

The food at the resort was very low quality. After trying several restaurants and their buffet I found almost everything unpalatable and bland. The notable exception was the fresh fruit. There were also some maintenance issues with the room, including a leaky roof. We did change rooms, but for some reason the front desk told me it was a favor as rain in your room was normal. I except a lot more for a Westin than this one delivered.

Too many bird droppings.. the pool is surrounded by many trees , bird keep popping into it constantly, pool water was very warm … staff cleans the pool by scrubbing the dirt around the edges and washing it into the pool itself … 2 :heat , many of the restaurants have no AC , open air … it was very hot inside the main restaurant. 3 Bugs and mosquitoes were all over … 4: Beach , not nice at all , the sand is very rough , water become deep within a few feet’s … 5 : solicitation: the moment you step out of the property, you have all kind of people trying to sell you something. 6: transportation within the property, they can use more shuttles. We had received wonderful reviews from family and friends about the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We decided to spend 8 days at this resort for our honeymoon. Our first night was in a room with 2 full size beds and we had reserved a king bed. The second day, they moved us into our King room. Both were large and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. We were able to walk comfortably to the pool, food court, restaurants and the beach area. There was always access to drivers with large golf carts for transportation on the resort. We used them several times. We felt like we were in a luxury jungle! There were Howler monkeys in the trees and lizards on the ground. The pool was clean and large. The restaurants offered a variety of different foods. The beach was clean, long, wide and beautiful! We had 4 relaxing massages on the beach from Sammy. (I would highly recommend you check out the BLUE TENT!) We scheduled several private excursions with ERIK. If there is anything you want to see or do in Costa Rica, contact Erik-he was the best! Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.

First I commend the entire staff at this property. Everyone was so nice and accommodating - they have obviously been well trained and most of them love their jobs! The grounds are magnificent as well. We were upgraded to the adults only Club level which gave us access to a private pool, concierge service and private restaurant for breakfast and lunch - all totally great! Poolside and pool bar service was good too. The only odd thing about this was that I had originally reserved a king bed but they only had 2 queens to offer us. We spoke to a few other couples who had the same room set up which we found odd since most of the people in the Club section were couples. We played golf a few times at the on site course. It was just OK due to the maintenance staff doing work while we were playing. They aerated a few of the greens just before we got there making them slow and difficult to play. The rate of play slowed waaaaay down towards the last few holes too - ruined the flow of the game for us. The food was OK - great breakfasts all days either at the club restaurant (Faisanella) or at the Mirtra Market. All other food was iffy at best. Our favorites were the Asian restaurant, Bamboo and Manglar, the seafood spot. That being said, service at every restaurant was exemplary. Beach was nice though the surf can be rough with a very strong undertow. Don't go near the water unless you can swim. All in all a lovely week - thanks Westin Reserva Conchal!

The restaurants were super but the room felt tired and dated. Layout was odd and minimal usable furniture. Electrical hazard with one light’s wiring exposed. Housekeeping was only ok. Beach nice but note that all Costa Rican beaches are public and there are therefore a lot of beach vendors. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and picturesque setting! The beach was lovely and we enjoyed to walk on the large and expansive shore. We were able to get lounge chairs for a small fee $4 for the day. The food quality was excellent and they had a variety of different options. The entertainment was wonderful and they offered a variety of differing experiences, the pool was also very beautiful and the water was warm. The rooms were large and the patios were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying at the Westin hotel when visiting Costa Rica.

The resort is nice and convenient right next to the beach. The dining options are ok. Not spectacular. The Italian restaurant was the best of all the ones we tried. It is a great option for families. We made a reservation for a room with a king bed. When we checked in we were told we received an "upgrade" and we given a room in the family area. As a couple traveling just the two of us we would have preferred not to be in the family area. And we would have preferred a king bed instead of a room with two smaller beds. Not much of an upgrade for us. I asked at reception if we could have a room with one bed but was told none were available. This is a nice place but for all-inclusive options I have definitely had better experiences elsewhere.

My wife and I selected this property after a friend recommended it to us and doing our own research. We booked this resort on Expedia and selected a junior family suite with a king bed. When we got there we were told we were getting a junior family suite with two queen beds. We insisted we booked a king size bed and they said that it was not guaranteed and that they would try to accomodate us. After about 10 minutes of waiting they were able to get us a suite with a king size bed. Sharing this because in the small print of our booking it did state that it was not guranteed. The room was great and we ended up with an ocean view. Granted the ocean view was a little obscured by some jungle growth, but we enjoyed the birds and iguana's that would hang out in the trees. The room also came with a small refrigerator that they kept well stocked with water, soda, fruite juices and beer. The main restaurant and the five seperately themed restaurants were all enjoyable. The food selection was great and picky eaters can find something they like if they don't want to eat the local cousine. They have two pool areas depending on you package. One is adults only and the other is for family. We were able to enjoy both although a large corporate booking kept us out of the adult area for three days. Plenty of areas to get adult and non adult beverages around the pool. All in all we would recommend this resort to any of our friends who travel with our without kids.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing — every restaurant we tried offered delicious options, and the service was consistently top-notch. The resort itself is stunning and beautifully maintained; the lush grounds, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views made it feel like a private paradise. There’s so much to do here — it truly feels like its own little city. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the beach, or taking part in the many activities offered, we were never bored. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. This hotel is amazing! It’s incredibly big, clean, the staff is amazing and you’re able to see the animals all throughout the property! We saw iguanas, monkeys and various birds.

The Westin Conchal is an incredible resort. The thing that impressed me the most was the top notch service at every turn. It didn't matter what we are doing or who we were interacting with at the resort, the staff was exceedingly helpful. The facilities are beautiful and the shared areas such as the pools, bars, shops, and workout studio are all well kept and clean. There is a decent amount of wildlife on the property, so if you are bothered by animals roaming about (different types of primates, iguanas, birds, and etc.), this might not be the resort for you. I highly recommend this property.

Our tower staff from Pablo our concierge to our housekeepers truly made our experience the best we ever had….and I’m saying this after doing the summer in the Amalfi Coast!
My wife and I have been trying to get down to for years now. We were worried about doing an all inclusive resort for our first time to CR. I must admit the Westin was the right choice for all the reasons, location, facility, amenities, hospitality, staff and even food!!! Our tower staff from Pablo our concierge to our housekeepers truly made our experience the best we ever had….and I’m saying this after doing the summer in the Amalfi Coast!

My adult family of five enjoyed our all inclusive vacation at the Westin Playa Conchal. Lots of food options and between the 5 of us we ate at all the restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful - from reception, valet, hostesses, waiters, bartenders - we could not ask for better service. I highly recommend.

This property is unique because of the staff. They are excellent. They are attentive and will do anything they can for you. Gabriel Angel, Luis, Diana, Hector, Edgar, Edison, Myra, Gabriel, Brian and Andres and several others at both of the bars, whose names regrettably I don't recall, made the stay an absolute pleasure. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The beach and pool are very nice. The food was wonderful. They have great choices, and the food is very well prepared. One warning: the lack of available medical care was frightening. We had a medical event and were sent to the doctor's office. When we arrived at the office it was locked. We were told the doctor was at lunch and that any consultation with the doctor or any treatment would be an additional charge not covered by the all-inclusive fee. Fortunately, we were able to resolve our problem before the doctor returned.

Erik at the beach was very helpful and informative in reference to activities on the beach. The restaurants were very good but make reservations in advance. Umbrellas and beach shade were very limited and do this early. Be aware the resort is 1 hour and a half from airport.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return.

Loved our stay. Clean and large room -loved hearing the holler monkeys! Shuttles ready available if needed. Beach could be rough but warm and beautiful. Chairs easily brought to you upon request. Food good but all staff excellent, helpful, kind, informative and fun! Shout out to activities Bryan and servers Evon snd Pablo! We would love to return.

Pros: On the beach, nice rooms, variety of restaurants, excellent staff, club level provides additional services (separate, quick check-in/out) & adults only areas. Adults only area provided a quiet, laid back atmosphere especially at the pool, breakfast, and lunch & felt like a different resort. Cons: This hotel is not set up for the beach & they make it inconvenient. There are a lack of: amenities (e.g., no palapas, towels are located out of the way in the pool area), service (e.g., have to go back to the pool area to get free drinks or food), & no water views from rooms/restaurants which is unfortunate. They basically force you to go to the pool instead. It's also a public beach so everyone is trying to sell you stuff. You can get beach layout chairs and sometimes small umbrellas (if it's windy, they won't set them up) and shade is a must so everyone is squished under a few trees. The restaurant food is okay but as expected for all inclusive. They don't allow reservations (except for 1 place, Bamboo). If you have a larger party (e.g., 5 people), they force you to wait longer. Also, the majority of people want to go to the Italian restaurant & that restaurant is so inefficient & just can't keep up. The hotel should have their other restaurants offer a better variety of food so other people will go to those as well. For example, the seafood restaurant needs to offer more than just seafood. Offer 1 basic/normal pasta dish, chicken dish, and steak dish.

The property and the beach front are beautiful, clean and peaceful. All of the staff, from the concierge to the bartenders, drivers, waiters / waitresses and cleaning personnel were polite, kind and dedicated to ensuring we all had a great experience.

Locals constantly coming up and offering something when you just want to relax No private beach. Be prepared to share the beach with locals. The resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The pool is huge and I never felt crowded. Swim up bar was also very nice and the drinks were decent. The food at the restaurants were mediocre and breakfast options are extremely limited. We booked an excursion through the resort and they did not even send a trolley to come pick us back up even though they stated that would be included. We had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle from another company to come and drop us off. The beach is great, but expect vendors at the beach entrance as it is a public beach. They are nice, but it can get annoying after getting propositioned after every pass through. Housekeeping was always decent. The reservation desk told us not to take our wristbands to the beach as it was a high risk of losing them and they are $25 for new ones, however the security guard at the beach entrance will not let you through if you do not have it on...so that was very confusing and frustrating. Overall, it is a nice resort with great scenery and very nice staff, however not worth the thousands we paid to be there.

Very nice facilities with easy beach access. Food was excellent but getting into the on site restaurants was a challenge due to limited seating. Swimming pool was very warm (might benefit from overnight aeration to cool the water temperature). Staff (Fabio in the lobby, Vinicio and Bryan at the Imperial Bar) was friendly and very attentive.

I've travelled around the world and stayed in many beautiful Hotels, but this has now moved to the top of my list as one of the best stays, experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I was very hesitant about staying at an All-Inclusive because the experience is typically sub-par when it comes to food freshness. This was NOT this case here. I was blown about by the quality of the food. The genuine helpfulness of every employee, and the service is impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Beautiful property and picturesque setting! The beach was lovely and we enjoyed to walk on the large and expansive shore. We were able to get lounge chairs for a small fee $4 for the day. The food quality was excellent and they had a variety of different options. The entertainment was wonderful and they offered a variety of differing experiences, the pool was also very beautiful and the water was warm. The rooms were large and the patios were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying at the Westin hotel when visiting Costa Rica.

The staff here was amazing, all friendly and accomodating. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Where they have some issue is the food; the food was not great. Most of the food I tried here was very bland and a lot of it was very overcooked. They could use some work in the food department. Also, I upgraded to the Club Access which included adults only; it was nice to have a pool space and some dining without kids around but all and all it didn't appear they you get much more than separation from kids. The club lounge itself was underwhelming compared to many other resorts in other caribean nations I've visited.

The Westin is a great resort for a family vacation in Costa Rica. I've been there twice now. Although I like the resort, I'm not sure we will return. The biggest issue with this All-Inclusive resort is that it's impossible to get dinner reservations at any of the restaurants. I tried for a full week before my arrival when the reservations open. My family of 5 ate dinner together only twice because we had to split up across restaurants. Each time, there were plenty of available seating. I can only imagine that people made reservations and didn't show up. Unfortunately I had this issue the first time I stayed at the Westin. The hotel cannot be considered All-Inclusive if you are unable to enjoy all the restaurants. The hotel needs to incorporate a strict no-show policy or figure out a better way to accommodate all guests.

Westin Reserva Conchal stay was amazing. The beach, the staff, the grounds, rooms, food, drinks, everything was chef kiss. We were able to see many iguanas, howler monkeys, and birds. The only downside is that the beach has public access and they got sellers and they can be pushy, otherwise amazing stay. My family and I were able to enjoy the grounds, beach and pool. I will definitely be back.

Everyone at the Westin was incredibly accommodating and made our stay truly memorable. Some of the restaurants require same-day reservations, which can be difficult to secure, but the restaurant captains, Ivan Elizando and Sady, went above and beyond to help us book reservations at three different restaurants. We also had wonderful experiences with our drivers, Brian and Mario, who were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The aqua fitness class led by Eduardo and Samuel was energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun. Ernesto, who checked us in upon arrival, took the time to thoroughly explain the resort’s activities, amenities, and everything we needed to know to make the most of our vacation. We’d also like to recognize several outstanding staff members for their exceptional service: Alonso Vasquez and Jeremi at Mitra Market, Denis Reyes from Mitra who served at the dessert bar, and Christian from Cauri. Each of them was attentive, welcoming, and helped make every meal enjoyable. The Westin is exceptionally family-friendly, offering a wide variety of activities such as a silent disco, coffee tasting, Kids Club, painting classes, and multiple pools, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Overall, my family had an amazing experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
Everyone at the Westin was incredibly accommodating and made our stay truly memorable. Some of the restaurants require same-day reservations, which can be difficult to secure, but the restaurant captains, Ivan Elizando and Sady, went above and beyond to help us book reservations at three different restaurants. We also had wonderful experiences with our drivers, Brian and Mario, who were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The aqua fitness class led by Eduardo and Samuel was energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun. Ernesto, who checked us in upon arrival, took the time to thoroughly explain the resort’s activities, amenities, and everything we needed to know to make the most of our vacation. We’d also like to recognize several outstanding staff members for their exceptional service: Alonso Vasquez and Jeremi at Mitra Market, Denis Reyes from Mitra who served at the dessert bar, and Christian from Cauri. Each of them was attentive, welcoming, and helped make every meal enjoyable. The Westin is exceptionally family-friendly, offering a wide variety of activities such as a silent disco, coffee tasting, Kids Club, painting classes, and multiple pools, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Overall, my family had an amazing experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Property and resort staff were amazing. Didn't like that room security was non existent. My sons were hanging out in their room and another guest walked in. We complained about the mishap. It was never followed up by the hotel staff. Also, didnt care for the wrist bands/room keys associating your "status".
