Its within walking distance to the Brown County Music Center. The pool was drained, which would have been nice to know before I arrived. The breakfast was the most disappointing I've seen to date. Only exception would be during Covid.

Hotel was close to original destination. No elevater available, my husband has COPD. Would not have booked if we had known. Pool was not open, one reason we chose thus hotel, really feel let down with this booking. You pay outrageous pries for a one night stay and do not have adverised facilities available. Disappointing! The room itself had a moldy mildewy smell. I made a cup of coffee....lol if you can call it that...more I feel that I really over paid for this stay!like weak coffee colored water.

The pool was closed until further notice. Nothing on their website. Their free breakfast was a joke. Needs updated about 5 years ago. Acted like it was a bother when I needed more kleenex for the room. Unless nothing else is available, will not choose this one again. Would have to be super cheap.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a mildew smell. The room had an unpleasant odor. There was a large dehumidifier in the room that ran nonstop. I emptied it twice daily. The room had signs of wear. I understand that the food is complimentary but at the very least I would expect it to be palatable. I'm surprised that Expedia would recommend this property and that Choice would allow this level of quality. Especially for the amount I paid. Very disappointed. No, I would not recommend you stay at this property!

Overall our stay was decent. It was close to the shops and music venue. However, the pool needs attention! Dark green water. I’m sure that’s the source of the overwhelming musty smell. Also, we pulled back the mattress to check for bed bugs. We didn’t find any bugs, but we definitely saw blood spots from them. There was also quite a lot of hair at the top of the box spring cover. The bed could use a deep cleaning and ALL the linen washed.

While the room was clean and it was in walking distance of the Brown County Music Center, we will not be returning to this hotel. First, our rooms were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Secondly, the fan in the bathroom did not seem to shut off completely with the wall switch and got to be annoying when trying to sleep. In the morning, my husband took a shower but the faucet handle came off when he tried to turn off the water. He got it turned off by hand but we were unable to turn it back on for me. We weren’t expecting a great breakfast but nothing seemed up to par. We were there by 8 am but there were no hard boiled eggs, despite the sign warning us to not microwaves whole one. Apple juice was watered down. Biscuits were half- baked. The whole experience was just sad.

Check in and check out went smoothly, and the overall cleanliness was good. The only complaints are the nozzle on the shower was broken and the air conditioning didnt work properly. We did let the desk service know, so hopefully it'll be fixed for next visitor.

Good bed, receptionist sitting behind behind desk on phone. The morning receptionist was doing yoga behind the desk. would not stay here again. Breakfast was typical. I do not like the new coffee machines being used in the choice hotels it’s too strongand just not as flavorful as it used to be.

Employee assigned a room that had not been cleaned. It was on the first floor across from vending and the pool. We requested a room on the second floor but were told they were sold out for the next night. I explained we were only staying one night and would be gone by the next morning. She would not move us. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The manager on duty the next morning was extremely pleasant. He was very cordial. They have hanging flowerpots on the front porch but all of the plants are dead. Not very inviting. We have always stayed at this property in the past but will not be staying there going forward.

All the issues I had with check-in were due to hotels.com, but the hotel staff was very patient and helped tremendously in getting everything resolved. Facility was clean and in good condition (I saw signs of recent updating). Room was spacious and comfortable; jetted tub was relaxing. Within walking distance of nearby attractions and commercial sites. Hot and cold options on continental breakfast. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked very inviting and the exercise room was clean and functional. I would definitely stay here again (already have another trip planned here).

Pretty good hotel in a great location! It was close to all the shopping and dining in the area. I've stayed here before for a concert at the Brown County Music Center amd we were able to walk from the hotel and not have to worry about parking.

The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely will be back. Within walking distance to the Brown County Music Center. took us less than 4 minutes to arrive.

While the room was clean and it was in walking distance of the Brown County Music Center, we will not be returning to this hotel. First, our rooms were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Secondly, the fan in the bathroom did not seem to shut off completely with the wall switch and got to be annoying when trying to sleep. In the morning, my husband took a shower but the faucet handle came off when he tried to turn off the water. He got it turned off by hand but we were unable to turn it back on for me. We weren’t expecting a great breakfast but nothing seemed up to par. We were there by 8 am but there were no hard boiled eggs, despite the sign warning us to not microwaves whole one. Apple juice was watered down. Biscuits were half- baked. The whole experience was just sad.

This hotel is very clean! A room smelled like someone had smoked in it and it is a non-smoking room. We complained and they asked do we want to move and I said no so they just open the window for us. Everything seemed great and clean. My biggest complaint is that the coffee is basically undrinkable. It is the weakest coffee I’ve ever had and when you’re staying in a hotel, you need a strong cup of coffee. Fortunately there is a McDonald’s nearby and my husband went and got us each a nice size cup.

Hide-a-bed sofa very uncomfortable for sitting, and TV way off to the side anyway. Breakfast was not up to par. There were very few items available, and they were out of most over 45 minutes before the published end of the breakfast hours. No one available to refill.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, humorous and quick! Our king room with jetted tub was nice... that tub was HUGE! My only complaint would be the sitting area out front had a nice set up of rocking chairs, but half of them were missing slats, so you couldn't sit in them. Luckily each time we were out, chairs were available! A very short drive down the street is where all the shops were, very convenient! Would stay here again

The bed was comfortable and it was a great sized room but I had to reset the tv to get it started and we paid extra for a jet tub room and the jets didn’t work at all. We read the instructions for it and even checked the GFI button to make sure it was working in the bathroom, nothing! I told the lady when checking out, but there must have been a language barrier because all she said was I’ll figure it out…I doubt a thing will be done about it now. It was only 5 minutes from the distillery and town we were at so that was good.

We had a great experience. Close to the historical town of Nashville. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast always ensured there was always food even for us last minute guests.
