Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zion by IHG

Friendly staff, helpful, convenient location rooms were clean bed slept great! Only issue I paid for a suite and the TV in the living didn’t work. When I asked the staff they said oh we don’t have the antenna connected to play that TV. So I paid for a room that didn’t provide full accommodations, and there was not another suite available. Also the breakfast was good!!

Pool was nice but no hot tub. Small but tasty breakfast. Too bad no Oatmeal and the toaster was broken.

It was good nice and cozy

Air was not available, room got to 78 degrees at night. Turned air on, just blew hot air. Fan in bathroom did not work, and large gaps in door to bath and main hallway. So some maintence issues.

My room curtains became off track and I ask the front desk to have someone come look at it, nobody came they said Maintenance hadn’t made it in yet mind you it’s 8 am in the morning so I planned on goin some where got pick up at 12:30 still nothing I checked with the front desk again and the lady said she would make sure somebody come look at it . I left and came back as t 6 pm I went to my room and it was still broken I called the front desk and it was a new person and he said nobody told him of the issue but I can move rooms well I had a handicap accessible room and there were no more available , at this poor I’m annoyed my daughter came up took a look at it and thank goodness she fixed it . Other than I love this hotel but I’m assuming they was having a off day
