Only one elevator that didn’t work very well. There was one other but was out of order the 20 days we were there. They have a nice setup for laundry but many machines didn’t work. Some marked some just took your money. TV didn’t work in our room. After 3 days they had us move to another room instead of fixing the tv or getting us a new one. So we had to move all our stuff to another room. We had stuff for 20 days so a lot of trips. Which brings us to another problem. They had just 2 luggage carts one with a bad wheel that you hardly control. I must say that the staff was friendly.

First of all, when we got there, they had no keys, they were out of them. Because of that, they did not give us a room. The manager finally came in and gave us the room. It was all torn up. There was no curtains, there was no curtains on the shower, the drain in the shower did not work, the elevator did not work, it had a horrible marijuana smell. I checked in for five days but checked out after one day. On the Internet, it had a very nice presentation. They deceived us and rest of the other visitors. When I ask for money back, they refused to give us. Currently, I’m fighting with my credit card company to get my money back.

Check in was quick and efficient and staff was friendly. Hallway was poorly lit and very dark. Room was very dated. Wallpaper painted over in the bathroom was swelling and peeling. Most annoying was the sketchy "free Wi Fi". The free version was not robust enough to support streaming or much else. The property offers upgraded wifi for a fee, essentially saying they know their wifi is inadequate but still advertise "free" wifi. We only stayed here because it was the cheapest in the area in mid-July and I guess we got what we paid for. We will not stay again.

The place looks kind of sketchy and there was no security after hours. After 12:30am, we walked right in and didn't have to swipe the key card or anything all while no one was at the front desk. That is not safe. There was blood in the creases of the toilet seat. It's a place to stay for one night so you can't expect too much.

Check in took forever and the staff person checking us in wouldn't share with us what the problem was. There was only 1 functioning elevator and that one was slow, noisy, and a little scary. Another guest told us the staff were replacing all the beds and just entered their room without knocking. We cancelled our reservations through Expedia and left because it was so filthy. The hallways were littered with debris. The room was disgusting with cigarette butts under the bed ( I counted at least 3 and this was a nonsmoking room), dead spiders on the rug, stains on the rug. Finally, there was the smell of a heavily scented room freshner that was doing a poor job of covering up a bad odor in the room we were given. I've never experienced anything like it. We're so grateful Expedia facilitated a cancelation of our reservation with the hotel. We had reserved the same hotel on our return trip but cancelled that right away!

Floor was dirty and sticky. You could smell pot every time we went out of our room. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. Had only a very small soap to share. No ice machine and a very small ice tray. Trash everywhere on outside of building.

The Hotel to start did not honor my prepaid reservation! Almost did not have a room for me and my employee, they had to put one of us in a double full size bed room and the 1st room they gave me already had a tenant occupying the room. The attendant then said they did not have any more rooms, but I insisted that she check one of the listed unclean rooms, fortunately for me, one room was clean, but not listed as such. The hotel is pet friendly, but the odor was far too much for a cleaned hotel. The hallways stunk. The laundry room over the weekend only had 4 of the 6 washers operating and only one of the six dryers worked. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

Property is very worn. Staff are ok, but one staff member sat on the desk in the corner and worked from there everyday. One staff member folded laundry at the front desk while FaceTiming with someone. One exit door was broken and the stairwell smelled of mold or pet. Hallways were kept at 77 degrees and just absorbed the cooking smells from every room. Only one elevator worked. Not sure I call mini muffins and granola bars a breakfast. I think my microwave was close to blowing up. Couldn’t get any hot water out of any faucet other than the shower. Seemed like there were a lot of people living there, not just staying there as a guest.

Smelled like pot and cigarette smoke with a hint of dog. Noisy neighbors. Linens were stained. Tub clogged. Shower curtain dirty. Corners of rooms were dirty. We walked in and floors were freshly “washed” and wet. I used a towel to dry the floors and the towel was filthy. Hole in the window screen. No hairdryer.

The whole place is dirty, unkept, smells bad, and some staff were rude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Gouges in walls, urine droplet stains on ceiling of shower, leaky toilet. Hallways not vacuumed or shampooed. They ran out of clean towels, had skimpy "breakfast",of nutragrain bars, instant oatmeal in a packet. Flooring curling up in bathroom, and gouged. Needs total renovation

The room and common ares was dirty. The room smelled had a light fixture hanging from the ceiling,, cabinet door broke off and sitting on counter, TV was ancient/remote worked intermittently, the bed was terrible and the AC was not good. This hotel should be closed and remolded before ever booking anyone else.

The hotel needs a complete makeover. Started with when entering the building there were piles of garbage (invitation for rodents) The interior of the hallways- walls filthy carpeting was beyond filthy. The room- the lock on the door did not work, the cabinets in the “kitchen” were falling apart, Take a shower and there was hair in the tub go to grab a towel and it was stained. We slept with the lights on but that didn’t matter because we woke up to a cockroach on shower curtain. We quickly checked out once we saw that. Would never ever stay here again. Place should be shut down permanently. Front desk staff also not helpful.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Completely dark hallways filthy dirty rooms smells like weed ! Every hallway smelt like urine and weed! Everything smells and is so unacceptable for a human being to be in! I will never ever book at this hotel chain again in my life!!!!! Grab and go breakfast is coffee and a stack of granola bars that look like they have been there for months! Dirty counters dirty everything!

Nothing. I found roaches and fruitflies all over my room. Their room cleNing and trash policies are disgusting, and the "trash room" is so vile you cant even set your trash down without nearly puking. I will never stay at extended stay America again. I will chose to sleep in my car for a week over this place. I only stayed 2 of the 7 nights and still have yet to be contacted about reimbursement.

Sink was clogged. Sheets were dirty. Floor was dirty. Toilet seat was up and not clean. Over all it was gross! If we hadn’t been on the road all day and if it wasn’t so late we would have left. My experience, room 233 had some serious issues. It was not just the room it was the experience as well. Water from the tub turn from black to clear. Walls were clearly damaged, and the towels were not white, just slightly white (if you know what i mean). The place was not to my liking, the inside environment is in need of great repair. Hopefully, they can find a way to upgrade the rooms.

Check in was at 3 I didn’t get a room until like 5 ish cause the room I booked was still dirty I finally asked if I could get a different room got it the kitchen sink was leaking really bad the tv remote didn’t work for the tv but other then that room wasn’t bad for the price and for only staying a night

Made reservation months in advance. Didn't have my room ready for me. Reception was no where to found at first arrival. Traveled 3hrs with 3 month old and after a 15minute wait for someone to speak to, the lady was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. Blaming it on the morning crew and couldn't care less about not having my original reservation. Just a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone and actually advised HOTEL.com to take them off of their site. This place is a dump and I'm actually glad I didn't stay. Thank you for being such an overall dump.

We booked a room through Expedia and when we arrived, we were given a key that opened a room that was already in use. Then we were told they didn’t have any other rooms and we couldn’t stay there. Then the hotel couldn’t give us a refund and told us it’s out of their hands and we need to go through Expedia.

BEWARE!! DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL! We reserved a room here through Expedia to stay one night to break up a long car trip. I called at 2:44 pm, spoke to a very nice woman to let them know we would be arriving late - around 10:00 pm. My exact words were ‘please don’t give our room away, we are planning to be there.’ She kindly assured me that she would make a note and we would have a room. Later, at 8:29 pm I received a phone call from the hotel telling us that we no longer had a room reserved there. The clerk explained that they ‘are an extended stay facility and sometimes people just don’t check out when they’re supposed to.’ What? We were scheduled to arrive in an hour and a half and had no place to stay. It’s graduation season and so, whatever wasn’t booked was triple the rate. After 35 minutes on the phone, Expedia finally processed the refund and offered to help find a replacement hotel where we would be responsible for the difference in cost. Too little too late. We figured it out on our own causing us additional expenses we didn’t plan for. Expedia should remove this facility from their platform OR figure out a way to make amends without additional expense to its customers.

Upon my arrival, outside and in the elevator smelled like marijuana! During my check-in at 4 pm, I had to wait 45 minutes because the manager was not sure if the room was ready. When I went to my room, the key did not work, so I went back to the lobby, and no one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. The room that was given to me was the wrong room, so the manager was willing to give me a room with two beds. I informed the manager that I would return later to check into my room. I returned at 8 PM, and there was no one at the front desk for about 40 minutes. While waiting in the lobby, this young girl’s dog tried to attack my son. Finally, when the staff came, I asked her if she could cancel my registration, which she willingly did.

We made reservations and one hour prior to arrival I was notified the property could not honor my booking due to overbooking! It took many emails and 2 calls, waiting 45 minutes for hotels.com to reserve a new room after going back and forth with them! A complete shot show all the way!

Alicia at the front desk was awesome! She was very busy and she remained friendly and professional. My room was clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again if I’m traveling in the area.

The location was great, close to restaurants and entertainment, and check in was fast. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was good, great water pressure and temperature, but they missed a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The kitchen was lacking. They advertise a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee/tea maker but there wasn't a microwave or coffee maker in the room, nor was there any pots, pans or utensils. When I asked the front desk about the missing microwave, he said he didn't know. I chose them so I could bring food,cook in the room and not have to go out and save money. I'm not sure if I'd stay at this location again.

I’m very upset because you have a very rude front desk attendant in the morning who when I asked her why there was no coffee at 8 AM proceeded to tell me that because she’s eight months pregnant. She can’t carry two coffee pots in the night time attendant it’s his fault that he didn’t put out more than one. This is not right I paid for this room specifically because I knew I’d get free coffee in the morning and a little bit of breakfast. I wasn’t expecting gourmet but just coffee would’ve been nice. You’ve lost a customer. I hope you do something about this and your employees.

I wasn't so Happy to find that there were no utensils plates cups pans or anything in my suite which had a full refrigerator stove top sink microwave. After a day and a half of being there I finally found this cardboard cut out that said, you can have your customized kitchen just contact the front desk. My question is why didn't they tell me that when I checked in, why didn't they ask if I wanted to have the pans the plates the dishes when I would checked in because I would have said yes. Nope I went and I spent money on stuff that I just had to give away. So maybe they should at the beginning when you check in offer you the kitchen kit before they give you your key

Overall good but some prior garbage under bed, wifi went in and out and any calls we're $1.00 including local. Enhanced wifi for $1.99 per hour. No breakfast. Staff friendly and courteous and attentive to needs.

at first glance, the hotel looks and seems nice. Once booked, I had to get my cards re keyed three times. There are NO kitchen supplies, pots, pans, etc...so why bother having a kitchen? Loud babies crying in a dark and dingy hallway. So glad we only stayed one night.

I would not call it breakfast. They only served coffee and no creamer. They only had hostess muffins and oatmeal. The rooms smelled and half the outlets didn’t work. I had to run an extension cord for the tv from across the room.
